!!For Those Who Read My Works Before!!

I wanted to quickly let you know that after much learning and reflection about "The Lionhearts" series, I decided to make some changes to the story and world-building. That is because I realised that some of the things I found in my old stories (both online in Wattpad and offline in my notebooks) are either cringy, awkward, or just not giving me the reactions/feedback I wanted from readers. Some changes are going to be minor while others are major. So here they are:

Main Title: as you may know, months ago, I announced that I was going to change the main title of this series because the previous one (formerly known as LOD) wasn't impressive or intriguing to readers. Instead, it gave them the idea it was some kind of fantasy fanfiction instead of an original story. So I changed the title to, as you already saw, The Lionhearts: (subtitle).

The Name of The Kingdom and Race: For a similar reason, I also changed the name of the kingdom the characters live in and also changed their race name. Previously, the race were known as Meanians, which didn't sound epic or even good when I spoke with other people. So from now, they're called Vulcanthians in the kingdom known as Vulcanthor! (as you read already in the blurb). Again, I changed it because it felt like an equivalent of saying The Human Kingdom and the name Meanian felt funny rather than good or great.

The Story: As I already said in the previous announcements, I changed the plotlines due to cliches, cringy writing, and overused tropes. Also, I was stuck in terms of how to execute these ideas of mine about this series. The first story I've written (LOD) is rough as you can see. So it's going from 

"A strange star appeared and disappeared only to reveal that there was an evil person inside it who's now free" 

To 

"A princess needs help from the king of this male-only kingdom but when she arrives she stumbles upon a group of unlikely men who help lead her to the king"

And from here the Lionhearts series begins. As I said, this book is going to be some kind of a prequel so you can have an idea of how these characters met (found family 😉). Fun fact: I finally got unstuck with the plot when I had a dream about how the characters met and so I used that as inspiration 😆. 

Soooo... I think that's all I have to say about the changes. Except, I have to give you a brief warning; this story has violence which may become severe and graphic, swearing, and deep themes. Don't worry though, I will put trigger warnings when the chapter has it.
