~Alison~

After I saw Chloe leave the cemetery I let out a loud scream. She was being selfish, and didn't realize how much her family need her. I tighten my grip on the necklace ready to throw it, but held back. I sighed and went to the back to Chloe's family's grave, where I saw Country siting at one of the benches again. Once she heard me, her head shot up.

"What the hell happened between you two? All I heard was screaming." She asked worried.

"Everything is fine, lets just go to the hotel. Mom probably waiting on us anyways." I told her walking pass her, but she grabbed my arm. "What Courtney!" I screamed at her.

Courtney quickly pulled her arm away, "W-will she come?" She mumbled.

"What do you think, Court?" I hissed at her. "Do you honestly think she cares about us? She wants us dead! We're nothing to her!" I yelled at her.

Courtney's eyes started to water, "I'm sorry, I just wanted to know."

I sighed, "Don't cry, please." I notice a tear go down her cheek. "Courtney please don't cry."

Courtney then looked at me, "'Don't cry' that's all you have to say! I trusted you, Alison! I thought you were my way out of hell! But I was wrong!" She screamed. "Did you know my doctors forgot my name! They don't know anything about me! Only that I'm 'crazy'!"

She kept rambling about Radley and stuff, and soon I just couldn't take it anymore. "Courtney! Stop it!" Finally she stopped. "Let's make a deal," That got her attention. "If I my choice, I'll let you stay on one condition." I smirked, "You help me make sure that Chloe stays with us and comes home."

Courtney looked up at me with the same smirk I had, "Deal."

~Chloe~

"Well, it looks like you two have a strong case." Amber's lawyer told us. "I mean, what happen when you were little, the black eye, everything. This will probably be the strongest case, I've worked with."

Amber grabbed my hand and gave it a light squeezed. She looked over at me and smiled then looked back at the lawyer, "So we have a chance at winning?" She asked him.

The man nodded, "A very high chance." The man paused and looked at me, "But I have to ask, Chloe. Do you really want this? I understand that you have your sister, but with the DiLaurentis you have a complete family. Maybe your sister won't be enough, you might want parents again." He suggested.

I tried to let all of the information sink in and process it. "I-I never thought about that..." I mumbled.

"I understand it's a lot to take in, but you most understand, Chloe. Once you do this, you probably won't be able to see them again. I just want to make sure this what you want." He explained.

My eyes soon began to water, as I stood up from the chair and went into the living room. With Amber following. I sat down on the couch and began to cry. I felt Amber sit down next to me, and pull me into her chest. "Shh, it's okay. I understand if you don't want this."

I pulled away from her and wiped my tears, "I do want this, I just thought about what he said. I mean I love you to death, but what if your not enough Amber? And you have a life too, I don't want to take you from that." I cried.

"Hey, hey. Look at me." I looked up at her straight in the eyes. "My life is with you, Chloe. Yes, it will be hard at first but we'll get over it. Because that what we do." She explained to me. She looked back at the kitchen door, then at me. "You don't need to continue, you can just stay here or go to your room. But I need your response."

I paused and thought over what I can have with Amber that I can't have with the DiLaurentis. In the end, though, the DiLaurentis won. But I just couldn't go back there. "I want to stay with you." I whispered.

Amber nodded, "Okay, I'll tell him that. You can watch TV if you want, or go play with Smokey outside." She suggested.

I smiled at her, "I think I'm just going to go to my room." I told her and got up from the couch. I went straight to my room and closed the door behind me. Even though it was still the middle of the day, I climbed into my bed and pulled the covers over me. I reached over to my nightstand to grab the TV remote and turned on the TV. I didn't change it though, I left what ever was on going.

Soon I got really comfortable, and fell asleep.

~

I woke up to the sound of Smokey barking. I groaned and reached over to nightstand and grabbed my phone. I turned it on to see it say it was 6 o'clock. Also that I had a text from Amber saying she called into work and won't be home until later. I looked back over at the TV and saw it was still running. I grabbed the remote and turned it off. Smokey kept barking, so I put a pillow over my head to block the sounds. Then the doorbell rang.

I groaned and pulled the pillow off. "Who the hell would be here at this time? " I whispered to myself.

I climbed out of my bed and left my room. Not looking out my window to see who it was. Once I was in the living room the doorbell went off again. Can't these people wait for a few seconds. When I reached the door, I unlocked it and opened it.

I rubbed my eyes, still tried from my nap and didn't notice who was at the door, "What do you want?" I hissed tried.

"Chloe," My eyes shot up, at the sound of her voice. My eyes soon adjust to the light, and saw that it was my mother.

"Mom," I whispered.

My mother pulled me into a giant hug, just like she did when I first arrived at the DiLaurentis house. Soon she began to cry on my shoulder. "Chloe, I miss you." She pulled away and wiped her tears with the back of her hand. "Why won't you come home? Everyone misses you, even Jason! And we would never hurt you! Only your sisters, but they've done since you were little!"

I think time froze for a second, after hearing that. "What? I don't remember that." I whispered.

"You were too young to understand what was going on, Chloe, but they always fought with you. One time it ended with Courtney pulling at Alison's hair and Alison bit her." Jessica explained.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

Her eyes started to water, "I thought you knew. They never got along with you, they always had to have you."

I paused and thought about what Alison said. "Why are you sending Courtney back to Radley? She doesn't deserve that."

"Chloe, she slapped you. She promise us before we got you that she wouldn't hurt you. She lied to us, we can't have that." My mother explained.

"They told you what happened?" I asked. I thought they were lying when they said that.

"Of course they did, they love you Chloe. They would've done anything to bring you home." She paused and cupped my face, "Do really want to go through this? You can just come home."

I shook my head, "No, I don't want to go home."

My mother held her arm out, "Chloe please. I hate not having my daughter with me." She cried as a tear went down her check.

I looked down at her hand, wanting to take it, but I quickly snapped myself out off it. She had been without me for the pass 12 years, I'm sure she can do another five years. "I'm sorry, Mom but I don't want too."

She quickly wiped her tear and pulled a yellow envelop out of her purse, "Well then, Chloe. I guess you gave us no choice, but I need you to give these to Amber." She told me as she held it out.

I took it from her and looked at it confused, "What is this?"

"I'm suing your sister, Chloe. She had no right to take you in, she should've called us the second you came here." My mother explained to me.

"What! You have no right to sue her! She's done nothing wrong!" I screamed at her. I paused looked at her, "You know what, Mother. You should also know that my sister is filing custody for me. Maybe this was just a waste of your time." I hissed at her.

Her eyes narrowed, "We'll see about that, Chloe."

"Goodbye, Jessica." I snapped as I slammed the door shut in her face. I went into the kitchen and opened the envelope. I pulled out the papers and began to read them.

~

Around 9 o'clock, Amber finally came home from work. I smiled when I saw she had Chinese food, but them Amber notice that I was reading papers. Something I don't do.

Before I could grabbed them, she snatched the out of my grasp. She then began to read them. "What!" She screamed, and I'm guessing she got to the end. Amber slammed the papers on the counter, "She's suing me! For taking in my own sister!"

I quickly grabbed something out of the of the bag and began to eat it, so I wouldn't have to talk to Amber. But Amber being Amber, grabbed the food away from me. "When did you get this?" I held my finger up, telling her to give me a moment, which I didn't really need. I just continued holding until she grabbed my finger, "Chloe, answer me."

"My mother came and dropped them off." I whispered.

"She came here, while I was gone! Why did you open the door!" She screamed at me.

"I was tried! I wasn't thinking!" I fired back.

"Oh so you won't thinking when you yelled at Mom! Mom loved you and you treated her like shit! She's dead because of you!" My heart broke in pieces, Amber was bring back memories that I had buried in the back of my head. She was blaming me for our parents death, again.

My eyes started to water, "Don't." I whispered.

"Why not! You know it's true!" She continued. She pauses and took in a deep breath, "You were always told that when Mom lost my sister, she adopted you. But that was never true. Yes, my sister was Mom and Dad's last chance, but they adopted you because they were sorry for you. They knew about your past, and wanted to help you. That's why they adopted you, out of pity."

A tear fell down my cheek, and I quickly ran into my room. Once I got in there I slammed my door closed. I grabbed my Nike bag again, and stuff clothes inside. I was about to grab my family picture, but I stopped. I didn't want it, after hearing what Amber had to say. I quickly grabbed my phone, and went over to my window. I opened the window and jumped out. I closed the window behind me and ran.

~

I finally stopped in front of my old house and tried to slowed down my breathing. I fished my phone out of my back pocket, and saw I texts from Amber. I ignored them, and went to the phone app. I struggled to remember Alison's number, but couldn't. I went into my contacts, and saw Alison's contact. I looked at the phone confused, being the fact it was a new phone and I never put it in.

I ignored the fact she put it in my phone and called her. She answered on the first ring.

"Alison speaking." She introduced.

I sighed unsure whether or not if I should ask her, but I didn't want to stay here. "I need you to pick me up."

Alison gasped, "Chloe is asking me for something? Oh my god, I think I need to tell everyone." She joked.

"Alison, I'm not kidding. I just found out something about me, and I don't want to stay here anymore. I wanna go home." I explained to her.

"Finally your coming to your senses I see," I could tell she was smirking behind the phone. "Where are you?"

"I'm at my old house, the one that burned down." I told her.

"Give me five minutes." Then she hung up.

I sighed and then called Amber, and she answered in the first ring too. "Chloe! Where the hell are you! You can't just run off!"

"I'm leaving." Was all I was about to get out.

"What?" Amber whispered.

"I'm going to go with the DiLaurentis, maybe it's better is way Amber." I paused as a tear went down my cheek, "Why didn't you tell me soon about me? That Mom and Dad only adopted me out of pity."

"They told us not too, Chloe. They also told us we had to treat you like family." Amber continued.

Tears went down my cheeks, "So everything was a lie? Did you even love me?"

I heard Amber sniffed, "No, not at first." I started to cry even more. "But you grew on me! I loved having a sister!"

Just then Alison pulled up, "Don't call me ever again, Amber. I don't want to hear from you again. And don't even try with the whole custody thing." I snapped into the phone and hung up. I got up from the curb and went in front of the car. I dropped the phone in front of the tire.

I then went back to the passenger side and opened the door. I threw my bag down by my feet, and sat down. I didn't say a word to Alison, but I could feel her staring at me. I turned and looked at her, "What?"

"What did you put I front of the car?" She asked me.

"My phone, can we just go? Please Alison." I begged.

Her eyes narrowed, "One more question. Why? Why do you want to come home now?"

I sighed and started to tell her what happened with me and my sister. I knew right away when I started talking that Alison was listing. After I told Alison, I was crying again. Alison quickly pulled me into a hug. "I never knew until then, Ali."

Alison pulled my head off her chest and wiped my tears. "Everything is going to be okay, Chloe. I promise."

"C-c-can we just leave? Please." I begged again.

Alison nodded, and turned on the car. She stepped on the gas, and I heard the tire crush the phone.

~

Soon the car stopped in front of a hotel, and Alison turned off the car and looked at me. "You should know, Mom and Courtney don't know that I went to get you." Alison then smiled, "They'll be surprise."

She was about to get out but I grabbed her arm. Alison looked back at me confused, "Thank you, for picking me up. And I'm sorry that I yelled at you."

"It's fine Chloe, you were just letting it out. And we're sisters, we fight. Now come on, I want to see Mom and Courtney's face when they see you." She chuckled and got out of the car. I quickly follow her and got out too.

We entered the hotel and saw how nice the place was. My grip tighten on my bag as I pulled it close to me. Alison led me to the elevator and pushed the up button. In seconds the elevator arrived. We walked into to the elevator and Alison pushed fifteen. The elevator shot up and was at the fifteen floor in a flash. Once the elevator arrived at the fifteen floor and Alison quickly exited it. She went down the hallway until she stopped in front of the one that said 527.

Alison turned around and looked at me, "Wait out here until I say, 'Come on in.' Okay?" She asked me.

I quickly nodded while Alison smiled. She pulled the hotel card out of her back pocket and pushed into the door. Alison pushed the door open.

"What the hell took you so long? And where is my milkshake? You promise me that you get me one, Ali." I heard Courtney snap at Alison.

I could just imagine Alison rolling her eyes. "You don't need a milkshake, fatty. But I brought someone."

I heard my mother sigh, "Not another boy, Alison. We are not here for you to find a boyfriend. We're here for Chloe, and now I have to figure out how the hell I can stop this stupid custody."

I walked through the door, not waiting for Alison to tell me to. I looked at my mother, "You don't have too anymore. I'm staying."

My mothers eyes widen and so did Courtney's, both of them came running over to me. They pulled me into a bear hug, and they both started to cry. My mother was the first to pull away, and Alison had to pull Courtney away.

I looked at my mother with watery eyes, "I'm sorry that I yelled at you, Mom. I didn't mean too." I cried.

She pushed some of my hair out of my face, "Its okay baby girl. Every thing fine, Chloe, I promise."

"Thank you, Mom. For forgiving me." I whispered.
