This was the morning of Wednesday. Outside it was snowing which promised a cold day. Inside Y/N's room we could see the said boy sleeping on the floor leaning onto the bed while Kunou slept in his bed with his hand under her head while she held onto his wrist. Soon enough weak rays of sun started to shine through the window successfully waking up Y/N from his sleep. He looked around and noticed that he was on the floor and saw that his hand was trapped. He tried to gently get it out but Kunou held onto it even tighter not letting him go. He looked at the alarm clock and saw that it was only 9. He looked on the desk next to his bed and saw an empty tray and remembered what happened yesterday. He smiled softly and felt Kunou stir in her sleep and when he looked at her he saw her slowly open her eyes. She let go of his hand and sat up in the bed yawning while her ears stood up.

Y/N: Good morning sleepy head.

Kunou: *looks at Y/N and suddenly hugs him* I thought that this was a dream and I'll wake up in that place again.

Y/N: *pats her head* Don't worry it's all real. Now come on, go wash up I'm taking you on a stroll around town today.

She nodded and got out of bed and went to the bathroom. Y/N took out some warm clothes and put it on her bed so she could change and finally give back his favorite shirt she was wearing as it was too big for her. Y/N meanwhile went downstairs and started to make some quick pancakes. After he finished he put them on the plates and took them to his room. After he and Kunou ate and Y/N changed into warm clothes, and his signature mask, both of them left the house. While walking around Y/N couldn't help but smile at how Kunou was acting. Looking around exited and feeling snow on her hands. Despite her age she still acts as a child.

Y/N: Now come on. I know a nice bakery not too far.

Kunou: Okay!

Many people mistook her as child because of her face but in reality she was a bit too tall for a child. Standing at 5'7 was quite tall for her. After a bit they arrived at the bakery and walked in. Inside there weren't too many people. They both approached the counter and saw an elderly lady drinking tea.

Y/N: Good morning granny.

Granny: Ah good morning Y/N. How have you been?

Y/N: Good. Decided to show a friend around. Her family is staying over with my family for a while.

Granny: Awww, aren't you an adorable girl. Come on, choose anything you want, it's all freshly out of the oven.

Kunou: Ummm.

After a bit of thinking she chose a few freshly baked croissants and Y/N payed for them. They sat down at one of the tables and as soon as Kunou bit into one her tails started to wag like crazy and thankfully no one except Y/N could see them.

Kunou: This is so good!

Y/N: I know. Granny makes the best snacks around here. They especially taste great during winter so I always make sure to visit her from time to time.

After their little snack they left and Y/N took Kunou to one of the best places he used to kill the time. The Arcade. To say that Kunou had a lot of fun would be an understatement. She played almost all of the games and Y/N was surprised how good she was at some of them. After getting enough tickets Kunou bought herself a fox plushie. Right now they were heading back home and they stumbled upon a familiar face who was on his morning run.

Y/N: Oh hey Ernest.

Ernest: Hello Y/N. And who's this?

Y/N: This is Kunou. Kunou meet the man who taught me almost everything I know. Ernest Khalimov.

Kunou: H-hi.

Ernest: Finally got yourself a girlfriend? Hahaha! Congratulations my boy! Well I'll be on my way have a nice day!

With that he continued on his run while Y/N simply shook his head.

Y/N: Don't worry about him. He's always like this. Let's go. 'She's blushing isn't she?'

Ai-chan: 'Yup. Also the house upgrade will finished today evening'

Y/N: 'Thanks for the heads up'

Both of them continued on their walk and soon enough arrived back home and when Y/N looked at the clock he saw that it was 1 in the afternoon. Kunou went back to Y/N's room while he stayed in the living room where his family was.

Artoria: Where were you?

Y/N: Was showing Kunou around. Now I will explain everything today in the evening. I have places to be right now.

Aria: And where exactly?

Y/N: Somewhere more important than this place.

With that he left to his room and when he entered he saw Kunou sitting on his bed, in normal clothes, with the fox plush next her.

Kunou: What are we doing next?

Y/N: We're going to another place. I cannot leave you here alone so I'm taking you with me. I have a person who will look after you while I'm gone.

Kunou: Will you come back?

Y/N: Of course. Why wouldn't I? Now hold my hand.

She did as he said and both of them wanished and appeared in that place.

Kunou: W-why are w-we here?

Y/N: *squeezes her hand* Don't worry. This place now belongs to me and I'm planning on getting everyone out of here. Now let's go.

They walked in through the needed door and appeared in front of the guild. Y/N led her inside and approached the desk where Eina was standing.

Y/N: Hey Eina I have a favor to ask.

Eina: What is it?

Y/N: Can you look after Kunou while I'll take a quick visit to the castle?

Kunou: Hi. *waves*

Eina: What is it for me?

Y/N: I'll owe you one.

Eina: Hmmm, fine.

Y/N: Great, now Kunou be good for Eina okay? I'll be back for you later don't worry.

Kunou: O-okay.

Y/N: Good girl.

He patted her on the head and her tails started to wag which many adventurers found precious and had one thought in the head.

Adventurers: 'PROTECT!'

Y/N then left and once he was outside he equipment his armor, except the helmet, and wings and flew to the castle.

-Y/N POV-

As I landed I made my way inside and to the throne room. Upon entering I saw only Felix there as well as a few guards and Seruel.

Felix: Ah Y/N you're here. And quite early too.

Y/N: Yup. Also I forgot to ask you yesterday, what's your daughter's name?

Felix: Pardofelis.

Y/N: Good to know.

After a few minutes of waiting 3 more people walked in.

Felix: Now that everyone is here please introduce yourselves.

Kai(Stardust): I'm Kai, nice to meet finally meet you Solar. Took you long enough to appear.

(Black hair, green eyes with Black wolf ears)

Liam(Vortex): Shut it dumbass. Anyway I'm Liam, this dumbasses brother.

(Black hair, yellow eyes with black wolf ears)

Y/N: *chuckle* I can see by the matching wolf ears. And you are?

Leah(Nebula): I'm Leah, Liam's girlfriend.

(Purple hair, bunny ears, blue eyes)

Y/N: *Nods* I'm Y/N, nice to meet you.

Felix: Now that the introduction is out of the way. I called you all here to inform you that in seven days the hero contest will start.

Y/N: Hero contest?

Felix: Correct. In that contest the heroes from the three factions are teleported to a secluded arena where they will be fighting and the winner will be determined by the last one standing. The battle will be also watched by the whole world and the ones supervising it will be the Gods. The winner's nation will also get the blessing from the god of our choosing as well as one of the ancient artifacts.

Kai: *whistle* Not bad, not bad at all. That also means that we have 7 days to train and prepare.

Felix: Correct. I sent out my best scouts and found 4 separate dungeons for each of you and I will give you the keys to access them. Kai will get dungeon of B+ Tier. It is best suitable for him and his summons.

Kai: Hell yeah!

Felix: Liam will get an A Tier dungeon to help him train with his aim and skills.

Liam: Very much appreciated.

Felix: Leah will get a dungeon of A+ Tier. Our sensors located a big library inside of it so hopefully you can learn many spells from it.

Leah: Most certainly.

Felix: And for Y/N, I prepared an S+ dungeon. Seeing that you're the most underleveled it will be a great chance to raise your strength.

Y/N: Thank you. It seems like I'm going farming.

Felix: That's is all for now. Train hard and when the time comes show no mercy, we all will be cheering on you.

We nodded and after the king handed us the keys to the dungeons we left the castle. Once we were outside Kai stretched.

Kai: I don't know about you guys but I'm going to go and take a break. I'm exhausted after the training.

Liam: Not my problem that you wanted to try it. I told you you couldn't handle it.

Kai: Who knew that your training was pure hell! What about you two?

Leah: I'll go and check on my family.

Y/N: And I'll go and prepare for the dungeon. If it's S+ Tier I'll need to prepare properly.

Liam: Good decision. Good luck.

Y/N: To you all as well.

With that I flew back to the guild and upon entering Kunou saw me and immediately ran up to me and hugged me and I hugged back.

Y/N: She didn't cause trouble did she?

Eina: No. She even helped around a bit.

Y/N: Good girl.

I patted her again her mood drastically increased which also brought up the mood of the adventurers in the guild. We then left and I teleported us back to that place.

Y/N: I really need a name for this place. Eh, I'll worry about it later. (Suggest your names people!!)

Kunou: W-what are you g-going to do now?

Y/N: Prepare. I need money and for that I'm going back into the mine. But this time on level five. You can go back home through the first door if you want or you can wait for me here. It's your chose. Ai-chan can keep you company while I'm away.

Kunou: O-okay.

-3D POV-

With that Y/N left to the elevator and went to the 5th floor while Kunou looked at the big screen where Ai-chan was.

Ai-chan: Hello. Wanna play some games?

Meanwhile as Y/N reached the 5th floor he saw that it was just a really huge cave with a lot of water occupying half of it. Y/N saw some strange crystals on the wall and went to mine them but as he was about to do the first hit something huge appeared from the water and tried to attack Y/N but he thankfully dodged it. When he looked behind him he saw a 3 headed hydra looking at him.

[Epic Boss encountered! Water Hydra!]

Y/N flew up and took out Solar Eruption in his right hand while in his left he had Daybreak. He started attacking the hydra while dodging its attacks midair. After a few tries he was successful in wrapping Solar Eruption around the base of one of the heads and as he held onto it tightly he flapped his wings with as much power as he could and the force that was behind the pull caused the head of the hydra to be sliced off and make it roar in pain and flee back underwater.

Y/N: Pussy.

The decapitated head that was on the ground glowed blue and went into the elevator just like the ores.

Y/N: I wonder how much I can get for it.

With that he went back to the walls of the cave and started to mine the crystals. After what seemed hours which was correct as it has been 6 hours, Y/N stopped and went back to the elevator and saw that the minecart was filled 1/10 with crystals and the rest was the hydra head because it was huge. He went back up and sold what he got and Ai-chan showed him his earnings while Kunou was playing Mario Kart 8 at the bottom of the screen.

Y/N: Fuck. Buy it.

Ai-chan: Done.

A pill then appeared in front of Y/N and he grabbed it.

Ai-chan: To be able to use that magic swallow the pill.

Y/N did just that and for a moment he felt unimaginable pain across his whole body but it wanished as quickly as it came.

Y/N: Whoa that hurt. Now, tomorrow I'll train with it and possibly go to the dungeon. Come on Kunou, we're going home.

Kunou: Okay! Bye Ai-chan!

Y/N unequipped his armor and both of them went back home. While Kunou was ready to go to sleep Y/N got ready to explain the things that happened to him to his family.

-scene change-

Right now Y/N and his family were sitting on the couches. Artoria next to him while Aria and Altria across from then.

Artoria: S-so, what was that thing Y/N?

Y/N: *sigh* I hoped to keep it all a secret. That thing you saw was one of my weapons, Daybreak. *takes out Daybreak* A spear that you can throw infinitely and it will just appear in your hand again. Upon hitting anything it sticks to it until it explodes. If it's a living being then it will burn the remains to nothing.

Artoria: W-wow. My brother has a dangerous weapon and can kill anyone.

Aria: T-that's all?

Y/N: That's what you think. I have many other things but why am I supposed to tell you? I'll explain what happened. In my sleep I woke up in a place that I cannot explain. Then I was told that I've been chosen to help fix what an evil God did. But I had a choice to agree or not.

Artoria: And you-

Y/N: I agreed, yes. Finally I could do something useful and I'm loving it. I got access to another world and power you can't imagine. Hell I am considered a hero by the whole nation! The king himself respects me and places his hope onto me and others to protect the world and I am going to live up to my title.

Aria: Wow, just wow. And the girl?

Y/N: She's from that world as well. I saved her from slave traders and until I find her mother she's staying with me.

Altria: S-slave traders? And what did you do to them?

Y/N: What do you think?! Gave them to authorities? No, of course I killed them. Scum like them don't deserve to live.

Aria: Oh God my son is a killer.

Y/N: Don't call me that! I told you, you lost the right to call me your son the moment you started to neglect me! And to your knowledge I bought myself a house and I'm moving there tomorrow. It's in that world and thankfully the time flows the same there and here so it'll make it easier to know when I need to go to school.

Trio: WHAT!

Y/N: Why so surprised? Never thought that I would leave? I cound do it even earlier and move in with grandma, she's the only one from the family that cared about me. Unfortunately they don't have a good school there so until I graduate this school I'm staying.

Artoria: *sigh* Thank god.

Aria: But-

Y/N: No buts! Do you think you suddenly caring will fix everything?! Artoria has the biggest chance of being forgiven because she started to try and fix our relationship and her mistakes. But you two? You two can forget about it. Now I'm going to bed. I have school tomorrow.

~timeskip till Thursday morning~

Y/N and Kunou were now walking to Y/N's school earliest than needed. Why is Kunou with him? You see, she didn't want to be alone without him for so long so she convinced him that he took her with him. So right now they were walking earlier to go and talk to the principal and see if he allows it. When they approached the school they saw the said man opening the school gates with the janitor. As they approached he noticed them.

Yaga: L/N, why here so early? And who's this?

Y/N: I would like to speak to you about something important.

Yaga: *sigh* Let's go to my office.

With that they made their was to the office where the principal sat behind his desk while Y/N and Kunou sat in front of it.

Yaga: So? Speak.

With that Y/N started to explain the reason why Kunou is with him and why he couldn't leave her at home.

Yaga: *leans back and sighs* Fine. I'll allow it but ONLY for a few days. I'll inform the teachers, now go.

Y/N: Thank you very much!

Kunou: Thank you!

With that they both left and Yaga sighed again.

Yaga: Youth these days. Well at least he found someone for himself. Now back to work.

Y/N and Kunou meanwhile made it to Y/N's first class. That being English. Thankfully the principal already informed the teachers via a group chat. Upon entering they saw that there were only a few students present. When the students looked at Y/N however, they were shocked that he didn't have his mask on. How they recognized him? His hair and eyes. As they took their seat at the end of the classroom, with Kunou sitting next to the window, many students started to arrive and all of them were shocked when they saw Y/N. A few people however approached Y/N. Those being the captain of the football team and his followers.

Y/N: *sigh* What do you want Brent?

Brent: Shut it freak. You think you can come here without your mask and everything will change? Then tough luck. And what's with the babe with you? Finally got yourself a girlfriend? How about I take her and me and the boys show her some good time? Hahaha ha!

Follower 1: You tell him boss!

In the corner of his eyes he saw Kunou's ears flatten which only he could see.

Y/N: Brent, leave. This is your only warning.

Brent: Or what!? Did you hear it people! The freak is threatening me!

Brent grabbed Y/N by his collar and made him stand up but it was short-lived because as soon as Y/N was on his feet he grabbed Brent by his wrist and head and slammed him into the table full force and Brent fell to the floor in pain.

Y/N: You chose this. Well? Let's go pussy.
