I woke up with a severe pain in my head , but it didn't matter me a lot because I was a mere friend of this pain from like 2 months .

Y/n's mom : Y/n ,come and have your breakfast

Y/n: I'm not hungry mom

Y/n/m: what you are doing is not right Y/n , it's not good for your health, the doctor has also told the same thing strictly......*you just sighed*
Look at me Y/n , you have to move on , you can't stay like this forever .

Y/n: mom please , I've heard this from you like a hundred times.... try to understand it really takes time , please give me some more time. I can..

By the time you finish your sentence the door bangs open , and you see your father with the same old cold expression .

Y/n's dad: the breakfast is already served, will you people take another day to come to the dining hall??

You were actually scared for facing the cold side of him , which was the all-time expression he had pinned on his face .

But once when you had unexpectedly left for your parents room , you eavesdropped your parent's conversation a bit

Flashback - 1 month ago

Y/n/d's POV:

Y/n/d: *with a very low voice* I'd never thought that I would treat my own daughter like that , but I've no other choice left . I've to do it for her future . She can't sit in her room forever . She is not able to come out of it .

Y/n/m: I can understand your point honey , don't worry whatever you're doing is perfectly fine. Any one inyour place would do the same .....

I somewhat felt like my father was crying , I could feel the pain in his words , but I couldn't make out why and I didn't understand what they mean by '' her future ''

Present

After yelling at you both , your father was waiting for your response ...

Y/n: Dad , can I please get the breakfast to my room *gulped after finishing the sentence*

Y/n/d: No *with a damn cold expression and I felt like I was in the north pole ( lol:/ )*

I would try to convince him , but not actually because he didn't let me speak

Y/n/f: I know what actually happens to the food after its brought to your room , and don't think I'm that dumb to not figure it out. I've an important news to tell and I want you both in the dining in 5 mins

Saying that he banged the door and left

Tears started rolling down my eyes , I had never thought for a reason why my father had become like that .

Time skip - 5 mins

Y/n/m : dont make him wait more , or else you have to face the consequences *sadly*

You gave up and went to the dining hall
and you saw the doctor sitting there with some papers , and explaining your father something .....

Flashback (10 mins ago) -In the hall

Y/n/m: honey breakfast is ready , I'll go call Y/n

Y/n/d: make sure she comes , she's starving from yesterday afternoon . I could make out she's just pretending as if she ate but not even a spoonful of food has been eaten by her .

Y/n/m: you're right *sigh*

Y/n/d: that's the only reason I'm tryna be strict towards her.. atleast by that she would eat something and come out of her sad memories...
