Antonio slid his arm under Sadie, pulling her closer to him. He couldn't wait to surprise her with what he had planned for her later. Sadie looked up at him, with a bummed look "I can't believe it's already been a week, and we have to go home tomorrow."

"I know, I hope you've enjoyed the trip so far."

"I have." she hummed "But, I'm ready to be back home with my babies."

Sadie rolled on top of him sliding her arms under his neck, she leaned forward, giving him a long passionate kiss. His hands began caressing all over her back, and up through her hair, tangling his fingers in her hair as their kiss deepened.

He rolled her over onto her back, and laid on top of her, kissing her urgently, like it was their last kiss. As he moved down kissing, and sucking on her neck, a soft moan escaped her mouth. The staffer says chuckling, not being able to hold it in any longer, especially when he knew he needed for Antonio to sign the clipboard, saying he received the package.

He sighed, and turned his head towards Sadie, making sure she was still covered, and opened the door to sign the paperwork "For the record, I couldn't find my robe, and this is my sleeping princess's robe."

"I understand, you don't have to explain. To make you feel a little better, I've seen worse." he says, handing him the box.

"Thanks." Antonio shut the door, and sat on the edge of the bed, next to Sadie, smiling.

"You like my robes, don't you?" she giggled.

"I'm beginning to think you're hiding mine on purpose." He lowered his face to hers, and kissed the tip of her nose. He then stared into her eyes, "I have a gift that I would like for you to wear today." He picked the box up, and laid it on her stomach.

"Wish I could have finished my breakfast before they came." he winked.

She scooted herself up, excited to see what was in the box. He moved over, and sat next to her with a smile, watching her open the box. She gasped when she saw the dress, and pulled it out of the box, placing the box onto Antonio's lap. She excitedly slid over to the edge of the bed, and held the dress up to look at it. She was in awe to see that it was a long satin purple dress, her favorite color. She was like Harlow; purple was her favorite color. The longer she looked at the dress she couldn't wait to see what it looked like on her, and wondered why he got it for her "What is this for?" she asked standing up, taking a closer look at it, and placing the dress against her, making sure it wasn't too long.

"I have something planned for us later, and I would like for you to wear it. I have to shower, and do a couple things first. Then I need for you to meet me up at the upper deck by the balcony, at noon." he smiled. He slid off the bed, and stood up wrapping his arms around her, giving her a long, hot, steamy kiss that sent wonderful sensations throughout her body. She wanted him badly, but when she looked at the time, she realized they had no time if he wanted her to meet him by noon. She then looked at him curiously, wondering what was going on in his mind, and what he had up his sleeve.

"I thought we were porting at noon, in Jamaica?" she asked, after realizing he said noon. It was one of the islands she was most interested in roaming after hearing they would be there for the day.

"We will be, we'll be ported there for the entire day, before heading back to Miami tomorrow." He already knew what the island was like, since he, and Harlow were there for their honeymoon, and had to shake his head. He couldn't believe how much she, and Sadie were alike in so many ways. What he had planned for them, he was hoping to do on another Island, but there were no availabilities.

Antonio hurried and took his shower, knowing he had a tux to pick up, and needed to make sure that it fit right. He could have tried it on earlier in the week, but had no time, as he was too busy making Sadie happy, and devoting every minute of his time with her. Between all the love making, hitting all the Islands they were ported at, to lying in bed with her in his arms, and not having to worry about a thing, he wasn't about to walk away from it, and knew he'd be able to make sure everything fit today.

Before Antonio left, he gave her another kiss, telling her that he would see her soon. Sadie took her shower, got dressed into the dress from Antonio, and loved it. She loved how it had a long slit going down the side of the dress showing off her leg. She then grinned an evil grin, when she decided to take off her panties, knowing Antonio liked when she wore no panties, and hoped it wasn't too windy, where her dress would fly up, and reveal her beaver.

She left her hair down, and placed bouncy curls throughout her hair, and finished putting on her makeup. She felt sexy, happy, and was ready to meet Antonio to see what his surprise was. "I know, I'm bringing you to him."

"Oh, you are?" She turned red in the face, and was now wondering even more what Antonio was up to.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, I should have mentioned that from the beginning."

They started walking, and as they got to where Antonio was, her heart melted when she saw Antonio standing with his hands clasped together, smiling ear to ear, when he saw her. Her head tilted to the side when she realized he was standing next to an officiant under an arch filled with flowers. Her heart started beating faster the closer she walked over to Antonio, and was beginning to feel weak when she started putting two and two together. His heart began to melt as he watched her walk towards him, and was in awe with how gorgeous she looked. He took her hand as she approached him, and pulled her close to him "Ciao amore mio, sei così dannatamente bella."

"What are you up to?" she asked, grinning ear to ear.

"I wanted to renew our wedding vows; hope you don't mind."

She never expected for him to do this, it made her feel happy, special, and felt more loved than ever, and wondered how much more romantic he could get. Taking her hand, he walked her over to the officiant, and stood in front of him, listening to what he had to say, Antonio knew she wasn't prepared for any vows, but he was. He wanted her to feel special, and to let her know how he still felt about her, when asked to speak, he turned to Sadie, held onto her hands tightly, and smiled.

"I Antonio, am reaffirming my love to you, Sadie, as I still want to share my life with you. You're still the most beautiful woman in my eyes, one of the smartest women I know, kind hearted, and one who has a heart filled with gold. You're also one of the most generous persons I have ever met, you have given me everything I have ever wanted. You gave me a new life, and showed me that life goes on, even when I thought it wouldn't. You gave me the family I always wanted, and am in love with how big our family became. I want you to know that I still promise to respect you, and to love you with kindness, unselfishness, and trust. I want to continue creating a wonderful life together, and continue being your husband forever. I'm still very much in love with you, and I hope you feel the same."

Sadie couldn't help but smile, and her heart continued to melt as he spoke, a tear strolled down her cheek, which Antonio wiped with his finger trying not to ruin her makeup, she leaned forward, and whispered in his ear "Antonio, I'm not prepared to say anything."

He kissed her cheek and whispered into her ear "It's alright, I know you're not, you weren't expecting this... you can say whatever comes to you." he winked.

The officiant looked at Sadie, and asked for her to say a vow to Antonio. She looked down, and thought for a moment before speaking. She looked back up at him, and smiled "I Sadie, reaffirm my love for you, Antonio, I will continue being the wife you want me to be, and will continue loving you, through the good times, and the bad times. I also want to continue my life with you, and to make you the happiest man, anywhere that I can. You are my rock, the most perfect man, husband, and father anyone could ever ask for. I am still very much in love with you now, and maybe even more than from the first time I confirmed my love for you. I want to be your wife forever, Ti amo più che mai."

After saying their vows, Antonio pulled her in for a long, and hot, deep passionate kiss, one that left her out of air when they parted "Ti amo." he says, before pulling her in for another kiss.

After renewing their vows, they walked back to their cabin, and made love for a while before hitting the Island of Jamaica. Sadie brought him all over the island shopping, wanting to buy souvenirs for the kids. After the day of shopping, and checking the island out, they stopped, and got a bite to eat. Throughout the meal, Sadie kept looking at him, still feeling over the moon with everything Antonio had done for her recently, and couldn't be more in love with him. After their meal, he took her dancing, then back to the ship after she had gotten tired, and just wanted to relax for the rest of the night. She started feeling sick, and wasn't sure if it was from all the excitement, or if it was from something that she had eaten earlier.

The next day they ported in Miami, and was met with a limo to take them over to their plane. Once they took off, and were in the air, Sadie fell asleep on Antonio's shoulder. He was ecstatic their vacation went as planned, they had fun, and was in awe with how they renewed their wedding vows. For her not being prepared like he was, he loved what Sadie came up with for her vows, all while being put on the spot. He ran his fingers through her hair as she slept, thinking about how much fun they had, and thought to himself, they needed to do this more often. He then started thinking about a family vacation, and was trying to figure out where to bring them, and one place where everyone would enjoy being.

Sadie was feeling happy to finally land, and couldn't wait to see her kids. Once they pulled into their driveway, Sadie looked up at Antonio, and gave him a long, desperate kiss. "Thank you so much for everything, I had a wonderful time." she moaned into his mouth "Now we're back to reality." she giggled.

Sadie wasn't in the house for more than five seconds when Carina realized they were home, and ran into Sadie's arms "Momma!"

"I hope you kids were good for Ilona." she smiled, while setting her down.

"They were really good." Ilona said to her, as she walked around the corner.

Sadie could hear someone playing the piano, and looked around when she didn't see any of the other kids "Where is everyone?"

"The triplets are with Gabriella, and Isabella in the music room watching them play. Brandon, Luca, and Lilliana are outside in the back making igloos. I was just getting ready to tell the kids to come inside and warm up, they've been out there for quite a while."

"I'll call out there, and let them know we're here." Sadie smiled as she walked over to the patio door, opening the door, and calling for the kids to come inside.

Antonio walked into the music room, and stood there watching Gabriella, and Isabella play a duet on the piano, when they finished, he clapped. All the kids turned around, excited to see their dad standing there. Aria, and Matteo ran over to him, hugging his leg, and clamped on while he walked over to the girls, kissing them on the cheeks "You both did good on your duet, I loved it."

"Thank you." The girls said in unison, smiling, and happy to see he was home.

Sadie, and Antonio unpacked, and gave the kids souvenirs from each of the islands that they visited, along with clothing from the islands as well. They also gave Ilona some earrings, and a necklace with a Larimar stone inside. "We wanted to thank you for watching the kids, and to show that you're very much appreciated. That there, is a rare blue stone from the Caribbean, hope you like it." Antonio smiled, pointing at the stone.

"WOW! They're beautiful, thank you!" Ilona was excited, she wasn't expecting anything from them, and was feeling grateful for them bringing her jewelry. Sadie helped put the necklace on her, and had her look at it in the mirror. "You didn't have to buy me anything, but I do appreciate it, and I like them a lot."

"It's our pleasure." Sadie smiled, and turned Ilona to face her to see what it looked like on her "I thought they were beautiful, and I think blue is the perfect color on you."

Antonio, and Sadie sat and talked with all the kids at the table, telling them about their vacation, and how Antonio surprised Sadie with renewing their vows. While they were talking, Ilona started to think about Grace, and wondered if they had spoken to her yet. Sadie noticed Ilona had become quiet, and could see she had something on her mind.

"Is there something wrong, Ilona?" Sadie asked curiously.

"Have you guys spoken to Ethan, or Grace since you came back?"

Sadie suddenly felt sick to her stomach, worried something happened to her mother, and Antonio snapped his head quickly over to Ilona, scrunching his eyebrows at her. "Did something happen while we were away?" Antonio asked.

Ilona sighed, now wishing she hadn't said anything, especially since Ethan told her not to, but felt they should know. She explained to them what happened to her while she was at work, and that she ended up in the hospital. She also explained what Ethan told her about the tests, and mentioned she thought there was more to the story than what she was told, that something else may be going on.

"I fucking knew something was wrong, I had a bad feeling all week." Sadie says, then looked at the kids "Excuse my language, I shouldn't have said that, don't repeat that either." Sadie stood up, excusing herself. She left the room, and headed upstairs to her room, wanting to call her mother.
