I wake up with tremendous stomach pains and nausea. I see that Jace is still asleep and so I just snuggle up beside him. I can feel his steady heartbeat from his chest on my back. His arms are wrapped around my waist and I feel a sense of safety and comfort. I try to fall back asleep but can't, I felt like I was going to vomit. I quickly get out of Jace's arms and run to the bathroom and vomit.

Jace must have been woken up by me running to the bathroom. "Are you okay?" He asks.

"Yes. It is probably just a stomach flu or something. There is a bug going around" I say.

"Okay. Do you need anything?" He asks me.

"No. I am fine. Thanks." I say.

When I am done, I hop back into bed and try to fall back asleep. I start to doze off but I keep thinking about what has happened this past few weeks-attacks on the institutes, Edom, Sebastian... With all of these things that has been going on, I completely forgot that I missed my period.
