I close my eyes turning up the volume to drown all the thoughts in my head. I really need some space to deal with whatever has happened through the night. Edward hadnt let it drop, I was sure of that. To say he was pissed was like calling Aslan just a normal lion. Adrian and Sydney were surprisingly quite calm with my decision. I wasnt too observational the rest of the night to actually know what others were thinking.

It was really stupid, desperate even, but this time there was just something in Dimitri's eyes that made me give him a chance. For now, I was just glad no one had questioned me yet. Mason was already asleep so it was a lot easier not facing a splitting image of Dimitri just after seeing Dimitri himself.

Bella's POV

"She has the right to make her own choice!" I argue with Edward completely pissed off. Rose wasn't a child, she was old enough to know what she was doing and what she wanted to do.

"I know that Bella! But we have got to tell her how stupid this decision is."

"And how do you know that" Carlisle asks Edward calmly before I could argue back. Edward looks at his father ridiculed.

"She is meeting everyone who broke her. How do you not see it as ridiculous and stupid?!"

"She is also meeting with everyone who need a chance to clear out misunderstandings. And those might as well be the reason for her to break, this explanation might just put light on things." Carlisle speaks pressing his fingers on the mahogany table looking serious.
Edward just gets more exasperated and scoffs.

"No Edward. Carlisle might be right. We have got to think of this one more time" Sydney butts in a gentle voice, her eyes shining with worry. I give her a grateful smile appreciating her support. Edward respects Rose and Sydney just as much as he respects Carlisle and Esme. Sydney's agreement was sure to make him reconsider his opinions. And Sydney had always been responsible enough to make mature decisions.

He pinches the bridge of his nose closing his eyes. I place my hand on his shoulder.
"I know its hard Edward, but we need to have some faith in Rose. She is our family"
Edward looks at me with a pained expression but nods once anyway. I smile and kiss him putting my fingers in his hair. Our time together might have been long but it definitely hadnt been long enough. Every passionate touch of our bodies was just enough to make me fall in love with him all over again...and we were never in control of the fire which this desire caused in both of us.
He bites my lip making me moan and kiss him harder. I feel him smirking into the kiss, so I take control dominating our actions. I hear the clearing of a throat but it is just too hard to concentrate on any interruptions.

"Renesmee!" I immediately move back from Edward in alarm. My eyes start searching for her as I try harder to cool myself down.

"Knew it would work" Alice shrugged with a smug smile. I glare at her.

"Oh come on! I was worried we were gonna have to use pliers to get your hands off each other!"

"Oh! you dont have to worry about the pliers now Alice, cause later when I am done with your brother..." I give her a smirk putting my arm around his torso seductively"...you are gonna have to peel him off the bathroom wall"

"Wow, that sounds more like a death threat and I am still turned on." He says in a low husky voice enough to get me want to rip off his goddamn shirt. I look up in his golden eyes which seem to have darkened. I dont smirk or look at him with a seductive smile. I know I dont need to...or rather I am too hot to muster one at the moment.

"Okay" Carlisle breaks our contact clearing his throat with authority. "Clearly we are all in a hurry. So lets conclude this meeting." He eyes Edward, clearly having some internal conversation in his mind. Edward grits his teeth, his jaw clenching and gives a stiff nod.
Jacob sighs looking utterly displeased at Edward's approval. It really is somewhat wierd when these two agree on something so strongly.

"Its her call to make" Edward gave him a fleeting glance over his shoulder.

"Not if you push it"

"I would clarify the topic if I were you before Rosalie actually does throw a dog bowl at your face" Alice tried to be very sober looking at Edward. He rolled his eyes varily.

"He wants to be in control of the meeting place" Edward replied gesturing at Jacob with his eyes.

"We cant do that. And no one is going to pressure her" Emmett speaks up with a decisive note in his voice as he took a step forward as if to spring on anyone who disapproved.

"Better listen to the bear, dude" Adrian mumbled. He hadnt spoken up the whole time and it was actually the most disturbing thing in the room when my mind went to it. Adrian never took orders from anyone when it came to Rose, maybe because the depth of their relation was far too deep for us to perfectly understand or maybe just because he was too proud of being a royalty.

The meeting was over, but my mind couldn't just let go of the fact that Adrian had let everything go so smoothly. I mean, what is the point of having the 'troublemaker' title when you let the meeting of a century go so smoothly? I knew very well it was going to ruin the whole mood I had set Edward in. There weren't any amount of places and kisses which were going to make me feel any better about the suspicions which rose in my head. I had to stop Edward from going any further just so that the guilt of interrupting him now would be a lot less than asking him to stop when he had ripped my jeans off.

"What is it, love" he asks, his fingers slowly making their way up from underneath my shirt.

"Don't think it was weird how Adrian acted today?" I ask stifling a moan as his thumbs circle my nipples. He stops and looks up at me with a sigh not bothering to remove his hands. And frankly, I don't want him to. It's just too good to be gone for a small conversation.

"Bella, can we please not talk about Rose right now?"

I look at him a bit shocked. "Not talk about her! Why?"

"Look, I care for her, we all do, but I really don't want to think of her while I plan on making you scream loud enough to let the house hear you" he says that with so much calm and sincerity that I completely forget about why I stopped him in the first place. Suddenly, the fingers feel a bit too sensual than they were before, the clothes too stuffy and my core too hot. I gulp at the passion in his eyes and rip of my shirt revealing my skin to him.

"Let's make Alice regret being our sister" I whisper in his ears while my fingers move down ripping out the buttons of his shirt. Maybe Adrian wasn't too suspicious, he might just agree with us for once. I give up all the thoughts about Rose and focus on Edward's tongue. Nothing was going to go wrong, I didn't need to care.

Third Person POV

"We don't need to think about this! You know we don't" Adrian jabbed his finger on Jacob's chest with a growl of annoyance in the back of his throat.

"He is right Jacob; it doesn't matter if it's what the Cullens choose. These people are a threat to Rose, to us" Seth backed Adrian's view. Jacob couldn't help but feel complicated. He trusted every decision Carlisle made, but this one was a little tough. He wanted to disagree to his pack and Adrian, he wanted to stick with the plan. But, what they said agreed with what he wanted to happen in the first place. Jacob knew the pain of getting betrayed by the first love all too well, he just didn't want to keep Rose and especially Mason away from it.

The little brown haired figure curled up further into the blanket with a befuddled smile on his face. Maybe some dream going in his head. The movement instantly caught Adrian's eye, it softened his eyes and his posture, but not his heart which was against the meeting of Rose with his cousin. He gently put a lock of the soft brown hair away from the boy's forehead.

"We have to keep it this way." Adrian spoke softly looking at Mason.

"We do" Jacob agreed standing next to him and looked Mason with an indescribable emotion on his face. Adrian looked up at the Alpha with a new sense of respect and gratitude.

"We attack as soon as we see" Jacob declared looking up at his pack with hard determined eyes. Everyone nodded, clearly happy with their leader's decision.

"No matter what it is, keep Rose safe and kill every single one of them. Our task is protection and killing, not letting them talk. Show them no mercy" he finished nodding at Adrian. Adrian gave a nod of agreement and smiled, his predatory smile.

"Welcome home Cousin" he murmured.
