Naira's POV

I looked around nervously , I was tensed . I felt a hand on my bare shoulder.

" Don't worry , everything will be fine" Swarna said.

I just nodded. Today Kartik and Me are going to be crowned as King and Queen , I was not married yet because we were still exploring eachother and we have centuries for that. Right?

Rishi walked inside the room in a black suite , he came towards me and hugged me , he has opened up to me lately and he literally behaves as an overprotective brother.

" It is going to be awesome" he said

" I know , but I'm not sure if I will be able carry out the duties and the responsibilities , it is too much" I said trying hard not to ramble.

" Well what is your brother hear for?" He smiled

I was wearing a maroon long strapless gown , which had heart-shaped front and was partly backless , because Kartik didn't wanted anyone else to be looking at my back , he and his possessiveness.

I walked down the stairs with Swarna and Rishi and from the other side Kartik walked downstairs with Manish. He was looking handsome and charming .

We both went to the stage by going between the guards who have raised their swords when I started to walk towards the stage , it was like a dream.

Some counselors were their , first they make Kartik wear the crown and after saying some promising words , Kartik turned towards me and made me wear the Queen's crown and we both sat at the thrones and everyone was bent on their knees and head bowed down even the guests and the counselors except Manish and Swarna ofcourse.
