Hey everyone!! Here is your update.

Naira woke up due to some shouting noises , she rubbed her temples and sat on the bed. It was dark outside and she was feeling cold. So she decided to check out the closet , well when she opened the door of the so called closet , she was surprised. It was not a closet , it was like walking in a small room , a walk in closet. There were many clothes there , so she went and took out a white simple sweater for herself and wore it. She again heard some shouting.

She came out from her room and went downstairs and saw Kartik shouting at each guard

"You can't guard the palace , how did you let him in?"

The guards looked terrified. Kartik bought his hands to the guard's neck to kill him that's when he felt a soft touch on his shoulder , he looked behind and saw Naira there.

N(softly) - Leave him

Kartik immediately put his hands down and ordered the guards to go.

Kartik turned around and was faced by Naira

K(coldly)- you should have not done that

N- Whatever I've done is better than what you were doing

K- Fine

Kartik starts to go but Naira stops him

N- Can you please explain why I'm here , I don't want to live here

Kartik turns around

K- You're my soulmate

N- Great , so I'm stuck with you for lifetime??

Kartik nods.

N- What about my family , they would be tensed

K- As far as I remember they were hardly concerned about you

N- but still they're my family's!! I want to go

K- Fine!!

Naira was surprised that he agreed so easily.

K- Follow me!

Naira followed Kartik upstairs to a big library.

N- Why are we here

K- Can't you just shut up

N- That was rude

Kartik took out an old giant dusty book from a shelf and opened a page.

K- Read it and then take your full name

N- Wh...what??

K- Aahh... can't you just do it

Naira made a face and read the lines

N- show me the world , show me the truth , meine vamily , Naira Singhania.

Suddenly  lots of smoke starts coming from the book and it forms a oval shape and inside it was shown Naira's family sitting and having dinner and chit chatting

N- How can I trust you?? If it's fake?

K- Naira ask anyone this is not fake

Naira inside felt something , that whatever Kartik is speaking is truth so she nodded

N- I want to hear there conversation

K- Keep your hands in the smoke , but you've only have 30 seconds and you will be invisible

Naira did as Kartik said and she was suddenly in that room , she heard them talking

"I called her a few days back , she was very RUDE"

"Leave it , Naira is always rude and dump"

"I haven't seen her in office for the past one week"

"Who cares"

And they all laughed.

Naira was then in a whoosh was brought back in the library , she collapsed on the floor , tears streaming down from her eyes , she can't stop crying , maybe she and her family were not in good terms but still they were a FAMILY and there was a little hope but that was also gone NOW.

Kartik shaking Naira

K- Naira Naira are you ok??

Naira just sat there crying , she slowly looked towards Kartik. Kartik sat down at her level.

N(crying)- They..they..do.. don't ....c..care...for...me!!

Kartik's heart pricked seeing her like this , he hugged her and Naira also let him.

K- It's ok Naira , they don't deserve you .

Kartik was trying to calm her down. So he picked her in a bridal style and led her to her room and make her sit comfortably. He gently wiped off her tears with his thumb.

K- I'm coming in a second.

And with a blink of the eye , Kartik was there with food. Naira eyes widened

K- What never heard of that Vampire speciality

Naira now have stopped crying

N- No no it's just seeing it in real was different

K- C'mon now eat

Naira starts to have her dinner

N- Can you also read minds??

K- Nope...These mortals have created their imaginary Vampires...hahaha The Twilight Saga , we are different from them.

Naira just nodded. Kartik removed the empty trays and made her lie on the bed. Naira was half asleep , he kissed her forehead and went from there.
