          Hello Bryan. And, please, call me Megan. Right off the bat, I want to tell you that you shouldn't be ashamed of getting help. Instead, you should be proud. People who decide on not telling anyone and keep concealed to themselves are the weak ones. You, you are the strong ones. Anyway, can you give me any details about this bully and what he has done to you? Can you just talk it through with me?

          You also implied some things about self harming. Are you participating in those activities? If you are, think about the gain in that? What are you truly gaining? A numbing sense of pain that helps you see clearly? Or a reason to draw blood? You talked about cause and effect. What is the effect of self harming? Nothing good. Nothing, nothing at all. I don't lie to the people I email, I don't fake it and say I understand. That's just not me. However, this time, I do understand what you are going through because I've seen it with my very own eyes. My friend committed suicide-the whole reason I started this whole thing. I wanted to prevent anything happening like that again.

          I'd like you to think about cause and effect again. Think about what effect this system I have created will have. Is it good? Or bad? Now think about the effect your death will have. Is it good? Or bad? Your death will only result with pain, for it is a selfish decision. Think about the effects selfish decisions have? Is it good?
