He looks similar but always wears that mask on and he has black hair.

Origin: He was originally human until mysterious people forcibly kidnapped him, experimented on the boy, abused, he would constantly want to die, crying and talking to himself quietly in his containment. He was given to eating kidneys. After many years, He escaped that foundation and he wears a little detailed dark blue mask. When he heard very odd music, he followed it and it came from Y/N. When EJ met Y/N, he told his horrid past and Y/N will never forgive the people that tortured EJ. They become good friends and Y/N made a promise to help Eyeless Jack no matter what.

Those experiments give him some new personalities; Depressed, Mostly Quiet, Uses Note As Communication, Taunting, Intimidating, Emotionless.

Powers: Can summon any powerful entity of every fandom, Increase any body part's size, Can't feel pleasure, Feeling/Personalities affect Immunity, Tentacles, Cloning, Eyeless Perception, Anatomical Knowledge, Enhanced Stamina, Self-Regeneration, Mutilation, Enhanced Intelligence, Snap Transition, Stealth Intuition, Enhanced Mobility and Supernatural Strength.
