SM-06's P.O.V

So, today was the three month anniversary.

Three months ago today the OG Spider-Man died.

I guess it's a good thing that New York has a new Spider-Man now.

Right now I'm swinging through the city in my suit.

SM-06: Woohooo!!!

I swing up and stick to the side of a building.

SM-06: Man, I love being Spider-Man.

I drop off the building and continue swinging through the city.

Just then I hear a scream and I look over to see a couple getting mugged.

SM-06: Oh, no you don't.

I swing in and kick one of the mugger's.

Mugger: What the...?

SM-06: Hey there. I'm your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.

Mugger: You're not Spider-Man. Spider-Man's dead.

SM-06: Oh, but I am.

I fire impact webbing at him and he sticks to the wall.

After that I jump up and stick to a wall above the couple.

Man: Whoa. Thanks, Spider-Man.

SM-06: You're welcome.

His girlfriend takes a picture of me before I web swing away.

SM-06: I love this job.

Just then I hear Kingsley's voice.

Daniel: I hope you're done enjoying yourself, Spider-Man. There's a bank robbery a block away from you.

I sigh.

SM-06: I'm on it, Danny.

Daniel: I told you to stop calling me that.

SM-06: Right, sorry.

I swing around the corner to get to the bank.

(Five minutes later)

I make it to the bank and land on a streetlight.

The bank doors have been burst open, whoever did this on the run.

SM-06: Where'd the robber/robber's go?

I look over to see someone run down into an alleyway.

I swing after him and manage to get ahead of him.

I land down infront of him to see it's Mark Mardon a.k.a Weather Wizard.

He's one of the rogue's in the OG Spider-Man's rogue's gallery.

SM-06: Hey, Weather Wizard. I thought you were in jail.

Weather Wizard: Ah, you must be the Spider-Boy I've heard about.

SM-06: It's Spider-Man, actually.

Weather Wizard: If you say so, kid.

SM-06: Look, how about you make this easier for both of us and give up.

Weather Wizard: I don't think so.

SM-06: Okay, fine. Just don't go crying to daddy when I kick your ass.

He fires multiple ice pics at me, but I jump into the air to dodge them.

SM-06: Too slow.

I land behind him and kick him in the back.

He turns and fires a fire ball at me, but I drop back to avoid it.

Weather Wizard: Walk away, kid. I don't wanna hurt you.

SM-06: If you say so.

I web zip towards him and we fly back through a fence.

We land in the street and Wizard hits a car.

I get up.

SM-06: Well, I didn't mean to do that.

Wizard gets up too.

Weather Wizard: You're done, kid.

SM-06: Nah. You're done.

I jump into the air and come down, hitting him with a left hook to knock him out.

After that I use webs to tie him up.

SM-06: Well, that was easy.

I look around and see people take pictures of me.

I wave.

SM-06: Hey, everyone! I'm Spider-Man!

After that I web swing away and head back to Kingsley.

(Twenty minutes later)

I swing up and land on the balcony of the condo.

I then walk inside to see Daniel sat at his computer.

He turns to face me.

Daniel: So, how was the bank robbery?

I take off my mask.

Y/N: It was fine. Weather Wizard was the robber and I stopped him.

Daniel: Very good.

Y/N: People saw me though. They took pictures too.

He stands up.

Daniel: They did?

Y/N: Yeah. I'm sorry. I know you said not to get noticed yet. It just sorta happened.

He smiles.

Daniel: No, don't be. This is good, kid.

Y/N: It is?

Daniel: Yes. I didn't expect to this soon, but it's good. We can make it work.

Y/N: How?

He steps forward.

Daniel: You'll see.

(The next day)

Third person perspective

The next day Barry's fiancée, Kara walks into the Daily Bugle.

Robbie Robertson walks over to her.

Robbie: Kara, you're here. Good.

Kara: Why? What's going on?

Robbie: There's a new Spider-Man.

Kara: What? But Barry's...

Robbie: Dead. I know, but take a look at this.

He hands her a picture.

Robbie: This was taken last night.

She sees the picture of the new Spider-Man.

Robbie: Oh, and you'll never believe this. He works for Daniel Kingsley.

Kara: What?

Robbie: I know. Kingsley is planning on doing an interview with Jonah in an hour to talk about the new Spider-Man. And tomorrow he's having a gala to introduce the new Spider-Man to the city.

Kara: This doesn't make sense.

Barry's dead body disappears and a new Spider-Man shows up.

That can't be a coincidence.
