The most common American tradition adored by some of us Brits is the traditional milk and cookies tradition.
Here's what some other countries put out for Santa Claus.
In Scotland, whiskey is big and so is all butter shortbread, yummy. Santa Claus, in Scotland would see him getting warm with a whiskey and a few fingers of all butter shortbread.
In England and Wales, Santa Claus is accustomed to a glass of sherry paired with a mince pie or two.
In Ireland, children with supervision of their parents, would leave a glass pint of Guinness.
In Denmark, children not only feed Santa Claus, also two of his head elves. They serve up a bowl of rice pudding. Commonly known as Risengrød.
Commonly, in the United States of America, the most famous Santa Claus snack of all is milk and cookies
In Chile, the children leave Pan de Pascua, or Fruitcake. Pan de Pascua is the traditional snack left for Santa Claus in Chile, as a part of the Christmas tradition in Chile.
In Italy, children believe that the snack on Christmas Eve for Santa is paneone bread. Christmas in Italy mean Christmas bread called panettone
