Chapter-27
I woke up much later. All groggy and disoriented from painkillers. When my husband jumped up saying when I was waking up with my cousin sitting beside him. She handed her something I couldn't exactly see what it was. But it looks like a bundle in a blue blanket.
"My love you're awake. Sorry we weren't expecting you to come to so quickly."
What happened did everything go okay. Where babies are they healthy are they okay.
"And I love their fine. They're both really healthy the boy and the girl. But I'm home heard about you you do realize. I'm going to have to split you open. Because of the fact that the sergical knife wouldn't go through.
I just want to make sure that you're okay. I did try to heal it would be best if I could. But the wind was too big for me to heal with my saliva. So they still had to stitch you up. Which the only thing they couldn't think of to use that could pierce. The skin so they can stitch the skin back together. When your frantic father found out. He came to the rescue. He specifically had made stitches bonded with his lightning bolts. Which was what saved you from bleeding out. But it'll take a while to heal. But don't push yourself." He said, in a gentle voice helping me sit up.
"Well that explains the tingling sensation on my wound. I mean it doesn't hurt it just tingles. Now where my babies?" I asked, looking around as my vision started to clear. To see that my cousin was only holding a blanket.
"They're just being looked at their okay. They're bringing them back in a minute. They got to get their Footprints and stuff make. A social security since you live in America and we did technically land. In case if we have any trouble we could call someone. If something went wrong which good thing because that's what saved your life when Hercules ran out panicked freaking out just came over to see what was wrong. And as soon as he told him the situation. Your father immediately jumped into action. You've got one hell of an amazing father. Although when he was making the Stitches he was so scared he was trembling. So much that he accidentally executed to the nurses. But they weren't even mad about it. In fact they even showed him when they were stitching you up to let him know that you were okay. It was actually really sweet. I'm back. Spurgeon your Father's at right now. He's watching them get their fingerprints. I swear you're going to have a problem. Your dad is absolutely obsessed with them." My cousin teased. I could feel myself feeling slightly depressed about not being able to see them. To the point point where I was out of it. While they were letting me heal which was for the next couple of days they. Had me on tons of medications antibiotic and everything just to make sure. That I didn't get an infection. And also to make it heal faster. Which meant I was completely healed within 2 days. But since my husband was the one who had split me open. I still have a scar. Which is the only star I carry on my body and I do it all again if I had to. But they wanted to keep my daughter till she had her wings completely grown in. Which only took 3 days. So I had to stay an extra night. I wasn't leaving without my babies. And they we're more than okay with it. Over the course time. I've been there had actually gotten really close to most of the nurses. But my favorite was the one that helped deliver my children her name was. Mary she was an older woman but she had a big heart and treating me just like. I was one of our own. She opened up to me a lot and I opened up to her a lot. But she was the first one that actually talk to me. After she talked to me. That's when the other one came around. She would make me special home cooked meals. She snuck them to me. When she came to check on me. Since I didn't want. Anything they tried to give me and she wanted to make sure I was eating." Which she would stay talking to me. Till I finished my plate. She even brought me in tons of gifts the day I was discharged. Even they were parked right behind my house. And it wasn't even a hospital it was a spacecraft have they made it feel like I was in the hospital so I wouldn't freak out. Since I was so disoriented from the painkillers they gave me. Which kind of makes me wonder how the hell did they make painkillers for a damn tight I mean. They can't make them the same pipe. They make for humans. But I wasn't going to question it because it worked. I'm not complaining." I could walk just fine by the time that we left. So I just carried out our children. We were greeted by every single Beast and the true gods. That was there the day I left. Which was very weird considering. That they were actually. Getting along and not trying. To tear each other's throats out.
"Okay we heard the baby born can we see is he cute?" My husband's mom asked. As they all gathered around. I laughed pulling out not one bundle but two.
"Try he and she. We got twins." My love announced. They just stared as we unwrap them. Revealing the little babies underneath in their little PJs.
Literally within seconds they were snatched out of her hand as they pass them around to get a good look.
"They're the same race as you. Coratulations that's awesome." Clara smiled hugging us.
"Well we are the same height in the same species. So we kinda figured that our kids would end up same." Hercules replied. As I was to busy watching where my babies were.
I heard his mother chuckle.
It's okay dear everyone here is family no one would hurt them or take them away from you. You remind me of how. I was when Hercules was first born. I never let him out of my sight. Every mother's like that with her first child. Uncertain. It's normal." She assured me. I calmed my composure.
