Prologue

Time: 0943 hours

Date: 21st of April, 1948

Location: Near the Houston Ship Channel

Near the Houston Ship Channel, a tugboat is seen. Towing the mighty dreadnought Texas. Her stop? The  Houston Ship Channel to be turned into a permanent memorial.

Captain: Steady as she goes boys.

Crew: Yes sir!

Captain: *looks through a set of binoculars* Almost there.

Sailor: Agreed sir. She is a beauty.

Captain: *looks at the Texas* She is. She has served our nations' navy for 36 years. She has done her fair share for us.

The tugboat steams on, pulling the Texas with her.

Sailor: CAPTAIN! STARBOARD SIDE!

Captain: *looks off the starboard side and gasps* WHAT IS THAT!?

A bright beam of light flies towards them.

Captain: HIT THE DECK!

They all throw themselves onto the deck as the beam strikes the Texas.

Sailor: THE TEXAS IS HIT!

The mighty ship then becomes engulfed in a bright yellow light. It blinds the crew onboard the tugboat.

Captain and Sailors: GAHHHH!/AHHHHHH!/MY EYES!!!!

They shield their eyes. Once the light is gone, they stand up to see the mighty Texas they were once towing, gone. Vanished into thin air.

Captain: NOOOOO!

Sailors: WHERE DID THAT LIGHT COME FROM!?!?!?!

Meanwhile

A ship sits in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

???: *groans* W-Where am I?!
