Chapter 8

Hey, so, I know this is slightly off cannon, but I'm just saying that Ban was found a few days ago and he's already been the cook for the boar hat. And they're just talking about King I'm sorry for any confusion.

The three were walking through a feild, Brooks in the lead while Tut and Aria were talking.

"So, how'd you find me?" Tut asked.

"It's kind of hard not to notice the amount of power. And the ground started to shake, so, we assume it was you." Aria said, "I see you haven't changed in all this time."

"Well, I was locked in a cell for 90 years. Didn't have a lot of chances to change." Tut muttered.

"And who's fault was that?" Brooks asked, looking behind her at them.

Tut looked at her, a sheepish grin on his face. "What? I had nothing else better to do. Besides, I got out of there on my own just fine."

"You destroyed the place." Aria said, giggling a bit.

"Well... I had to get out somehow." Tut muttered. "Not my fault those Hell Knights tried to pick up a fight with me!"

Brooks sighed, and stopped in front of a building. "Well, try not to destroy this place, okay?"

Tut looked up, "A pub?"

"The Boars hat to be specific." Aria said. "There are some friends that'll help us defeat the Hell Knights once and for all!"

"Hm. Who are they?"

"The Seven Deadly sins." Brooks said.

"What? No way! You ran into them?" Tut asked.

"Yeah. I talked with the leader, we joined forces." Brooks said.

"If both of us join up together... Then... Holy Shit, we;ll be unstoppable!" He exclaimed, his eyes shining. "This is great!"

"Hey Brooks, you back already?" A voice asked, and Brooks looked up to see Diane.

"Yeah, we got someone with us too. Meet Tut, the Sign of the Bull."

"Sup." Tut said, looking up at Diane.

"Hello. Oh, Meliodas is thinking about going to The Necropolis, we're hoping to find King there."

Brooks jumped up onto the ladder. "Cool. I'm assuming everyone is eating breakfast inside?"

Diane nodded, "Yeah."

Brooks nodded, and she climbed up the ladder, knowing Aria and Tut were behind her, she stepped into the pub, "Sup sinners, we're back" She announced.

"Oh, welcome back." Elizabeth said from where she was with Ban and Meliodas, or a sleeping Ban. She looked at Tut, "Who's this."

"Oh, this is Tut." Aria introduced. "The sign of the bull."

"So you found another?" Hawk asked, Tut looked down.

"Woah! Talking pig!" He shouted in surprise.

"Anyways you're talking about going to the Necropolis?" Brooks asked, walking up to the group.

"Yeah. We're hoping to find King there. If he really is dead."

"I'm assuming this is the best bet, huh?" Brooks asked, her voice in a distracted tone. She seemed to be lost in thought. "Well. Let's go."

Suddenly, the tavern started to move, Tut was the only one who lost his footing and fell down.

"Ow." He groaned.

Aria let out a small laugh, "Guess you haven't experienced something like this before." She mused.

"No." Tut groaned, standing up.

"Anyways," Brooks started, "You have your weapon?"

Tut looked at her, "They took it when I was captured." He reached behind him and pulled out a battle ax with a grin on his face, "Though I easily found it before the place crumbled."

"And you didn't fight with it why?" Brooks asked.

"Because I didn't feel like it." Tut said simply.

"Of course." Brooks muttered, "Well, I'm just glad you have it."

Tut nodded, and the sins started into the conversation, and after a while, Hawk's mom stopped and the place started to go down, everyone stepped out of the pub and looked down towards the city.

"Well. Welcome to the city of the Dead I guess." Brooks muttered.

Hello my sinners! I have something to share with you all!

Unfortunately, this book with be put on hold for a small while, mostly because I'm not getting a lot of inspiration for it, and I need to take a break. I am deeply sorry, and I will be trying to work on it more in drafts, so I'll have chapters prewritten.

Also, if I don't update, please don't beg me to update, it stresses me out and makes me feel like I have to get a chapter out as soon as possible, and then I end up rushing and not producing as good a chapter. I'm not pointing any single person out, this is just a simple request, I appreciate it.

I promise I will not leave this book to never be updated, I just need a small break for inspiration to strike me.

If anyone has any ideas, I would be glad to hear them!

-A deeply sorry Sin
