I figured I should add this now while I'm thinking about it- if you're curious about the trigger warnings in this book. Since that's important to add.

But first I'd like to talk about why I wrote this all.

So I started writing this back at the start of 2024 and now it's 2025! 😳 wow. It's been a year now!

This fanfic started as a little idea, made for myself, I thought there would be some fans that also wanted a gay fanfic- well... boy was I right 🤣

It started off sweet and innocent, not the best writing, but it was fun.
Then it turned into a whole story with all kinds of things happening. I didn't expect this "little fanfic" to become this- but I'm very proud of it 🥹

It may just be another fanfic on Wattpad... but to me, it means a LOT 🫂❤️
I've put so much of myself into these characters minds, building them so much, that they feel real.
They aren't just characters to me 💗
I've spent a year writing about them after all, they mean a LOT.

This was all written by me- Dakotahstacy3 ONLY on Wattpad. All of these words were written by me, created and imagined.
BUT- the original characters are from the book: Touching Spirit Bear by Ben Mikaelsen.

[Btw, this book does classify as a Mature Rating book, but sometimes I turn it off to check the Tags. Because they don't show up on Mature books for some reason]

‼️ Trigger Warnings:

• LGBT- obviously this is a GAY fanfic. Expect lgbt stuff, but that doesn't mean it's all sexual. There's ups and downs, meant to be realistic but interesting to read.

• Bullying- much like the original book, bullying is an important theme.

• Cursing- some people may not care about there being cursing, but some people might not like it. I use cursing when it's needed, trying to not over do it.

• Depression and SH- these characters go through trauma in the original book (plus the sequel) so we know they already struggle with their mental health. But I've traumatized them even more! 😀❤️‍🩹

• Abuse- bullying is one thing, but (parental) abuse is also a major thing talked about in this book. There will be warnings on chapters with Abuse, so you can read or skip.

• Sexual parts- there will be some sexual scenes written in. The story gets more in depth as it goes on, including the characters figuring their sexualities out- so keep that in mind.
(THIS IS NOT A SMUT BOOK) not all fanfics have to be!!!
So if aren't comfortable with sexual content, feel free to skip the labeled parts- usually marked with "***"

Important:

Each character has their own issues and trigger warnings could vary.
But I mainly want to mention an OC I later added- his name is Z.
His story is very dark, in depth and depression. It can be VERY triggering.
Please read at your own risk.

His story goes into depression, abuse and SA.
So please skip past the dark parts if needed.
He is an interesting character and I want to write more about him- but he is very traumatized... 💔

I wrote his story to bring awareness to SA and Abuse. Please keep that in mind.
