Peter's pov
^*^*^*^

"Ughhh, it's so hot. Waayyy to hot." Cole complained, sitting back onto the couch with a fan in front of him.

"Here, have this." I said, handing him a cold bottle of water.

"Thank you." He said mumbled, drinking some of it then placing the cold bottle on his forehead.

"Better?"

"Yes." He sighed.

We had been waiting for summer for so long and now it's in the 90's!? Ughhh, it's way to hot to enjoy anything outdoors and even some of the things indoor.

"Well I'm going to play a game, I guess you can just- sit there and cool off."

"Okay." He said quietly, leaning back with the cold bottle against his forehead.

While I sat on the ground, leaning against the couch, playing a game.

"Boys, I'm going to go to the store real quick then I'll make us some food." Cindy said, grabbing her keys then leaving.

"Alright, okay." We both mumbled, not paying much attention.

Focusing intently at the tv screen, no clue how long I'd been playing.
"Ahh! No! Stupid creeper blew up!" I yelled frustratedly.

"Hey, shusshh." Cole muttered, waving his hand around lazily.

"What? I was working on something and the creeper messed it up!" I said annoyed.

"Can you just be quiet! Ugh." He said, using his arm to cover his eyes.

Rolling my eyes at him then turning back to the tv. "Rude."
Continuing to play I really got into it. Working on something exciting and fun.

"Oooo, there's a cat! Two cats!" I said happily.
"Awww, look at them."

"Wait is that a fox!? Woah what is that?" I said as I saw more and more things, catching my attention.

"Peter. Shhhh." Cole mumbled annoyed, laying down on the couch now.

"Oh, your fine." I said, busy trying to grab some of the cute animals.
"Hmmm." I hummed, thinking about what to make and how to do it.

"Oooo, I need to get more of this then if I do it that way it'll look great!" I said to myself. Excited about my idea.

"Peter." Cole said firmly. "Why can't you be quiet!?" He complained.

"Your the one yelling at me. I'm just trying to play a game." I said annoyed.

"Your the one you won't shut up!" He yelled, looking at me.

"Why don't you just go to sleep or go upstairs then! I'm having fun."

"Just be quiet, damn." He huffed, putting his arm back over his eyes.

"You can leave at anytime." I said under my breath.

"If your going to say something, then just say it to my face." He said sternly.

"You don't have to be such a jerk about it. You can just go upstairs or something, I'm busy trying to play a game." I said annoyed, facing the tv instead of him.

"All I asked was for you to be quiet! But you just keep bugging me! Ugh." He complained.

"Your the one you keeps talking. Damn. Go take a shower, cool off."

"It's really fucking hot and I don't want to deal with this right now!" He yelled.

Whipping my head back to look at him. "Then go take a shower. Or do you need a pond!?"

He leaned up, staring at me.
With a scoff he said "Just shut the fuck up."
Shaking his head then laying back down.

Sitting there stunned about what he just said. My jaw open.
"Your such a dick. Why the fuck would you say that to me!?" I yelled.

"Why can't you just leave me alone!? It's to hot to be dealing with this!" He yelled back.

"When why the fuck are you yelling? Huh?" I said more calmly.

"Just- go away. Ugh." He complained.

"You can't just speak to me like that!" I said, flipping him off even though he wasn't looking.
"Damn." Looking back at the tv, I tried to relax.
Take deep breaths, forget it, move on...

But fuck it.

"You need to chill out, making a big deal out of nothing." I said firmly.

"I thought we were done with this." He said in a deep voice.

"No, because you can't just treat me like that!" I said.

He sat up, looking at me angrily. "Why can't you just listen to simple instructions!? Just shut the hell up for while!"

"Why should I!? This isn't just your house, your not the only one who lives here!" I said, standing up.
"If you need to cool down, just do it! It's not my fault you can't walk away and take care of yourself."

"Why can't you just be a supportive boyfriend!? Just be nice for a minute, at least. Damn."

"O-oh, me? Says you, Mr. Anger issues!"

"Why do you keep yelling? Huh? You just want to start something, don't you, drama queen." He said in my face.

"Uh, really? Name calling? That's what we're doing!?" Standing up right next to him, staring into his eyes.

"Oh, yeah like you didn't start it!" He yelled, staring me up and down.
"You always have to say something! Have the last word! You and your passive aggressiveness!"

"At least I'm not out right agressive like you!" I yelled in his face.

"I'm so tired of you being like this!" He yelled back.

We argued back and forth, right in each others faces, yelling loudly, over lapping words. No clue what we were really saying.

"Your such a fucking idiot!" He yelled, leaning over me.

"At least I'm not an a-angry...j-jerk like you!" I stuttered.

"You don't even know what your saying or why! You just s-s-stutter ransom ass words out at me! It's giving me a fucking headache!" He yelled loudly, his face red and hands moving around.

"Your the one that did this to me!!" I yelled out firmly, staring at him.
He paused, stunned as he looked at me.

"Fuck you, Cole." I said quietly then ran upstairs into the guest room.

Cole's pov
<><><><>

I stood there dazed, my head was pounding, my heart racing, my body overheating and this- overwhelming anger.

What just happened?...

My body was so tense and hot, my mind foggy, feeling light headed I sat back down on the couch, closing my eyes as I tried to calm down. My jaw and fists hurt from clenching them, my head was so hot and dizzy, that I couldn't focus at all.

Sitting with my hands holding my head, trying to breath and not pass out.
Slowly moving, I got up to get another cold water. Taking time to cool down, physically and mentally.

Ugh, what even just happened? What did I do!?
That was so stupid...

What did I even say?

I fucked up. Bad.

Peter...

I quickly turned to head upstairs but felt dizzy again. Taking a deep breath I slowly walked, going upstairs to find him.

My bedroom door was still open, walking closer to look, the room was empty, he wasn't in there.
Turning to the guest room, the door was closed.
Maybe he's in there.

Pausing, taking a deep breath before knocking.

"Peter?" I said softly. "Are you in there?"

Silence.

Knocking again, "Peter? Please open the door."
Resting my head against the door. "Please?"

Sitting down on the floor, leaning back onto the locked door.
"Are you okay?...I'm sorry. I don't even know why we were fighting. It's- it's just so hot out."

Waiting for a moment, quietly breathing.
"Peter? Baby? Can you open the door?" I asked softly.

Still no answer...

Cindy's pov
*~*~*~*

"Boys! I'm home!" I said, walking in holding bags full of groceries.
"Hey, boys! Anybody gonna help me with these?" She asked, struggling to get through the door and carry the bags to the kitchen.

Putting the bags onto the counter then Cole walked into the kitchen.
"There you are. I could of used your help a minute ago." I said.

"Oh, sorry." Cole mumbled. "I can help put them up though."

"Thanks, honey."
Cole moved slowly, putting things up, he looked tired.
"Are you okay?" I asked, rubbing his back with my hand.

"Uh, tired." He sighed.

"Yeah? Are you hungry?" I asked sweetly.

"Uh, yeah. I could eat." He said.

"Alright. I'll make you and Peter something." I smiled.
Using some of the new groceries I made a simple, small meal for us.

"Here you go, honey." I smiled, handing Cole a plate.

"Thanks." He said quietly.

"Where's Peter? Isn't he hungry?" I asked.

"Uhh, he's sleeping right now." Cole explained.

"Oh, okay. I'll leave some for him later."

We ate together quietly.

Cole's pov
<><><><>

I grabbed a plate and drink for Peter, bringing it upstairs.
Gently knocking on the door.

"Peter? Are you hungry? I have a plate for you. If you just open the door for a moment I'll give it to you." I explained.

Still no answer. Why would he even want to talk to me?
Maybe I should just give him space. But he does need to eat.

"I'll leave the plate here for you. Okay? Please eat something." I said, leaving it there for him then going back downstairs.

Slowly making my way to the couch, flopping down.
My mom walked over with a worried look.

"What's going on, honey? What's wrong?" She asked sweetly, sitting on the edge of the couch.

I gulped, taking a big sigh. "I messed up."

"Mm, how so?" She asked, gently playing with my hair.

Leaning my head towards her. "We- we got into a fight earlier. And, I don't even know why." I said sadly.

"Oh... hmm."

"He doesn't want to talk to me now. I said- I said something really bad." I frowned.

She rubbed my head, helping me relax.

"Tell me what happened, honey."

Sighing, "Okay."

☁️🌧️🗯️

"And then I said that and I- I couldn't even- I didn't realized what I said until it was to late! And then he ran off, probably crying, because of me!" I explained, getting emotional.

She gave me a little hug. "Ah, well. You should give him some space and give yourself some too. But after having time to cool down and something to eat, it should be okay. You can go talk to him, or just sit there together for awhile. Then apologize to each other about everything." She explained slowly.

"Yeah..." Sitting up on the couch I thought about him. "I'm going to go up there and see if he ate. Then I'll try to talk to him."

"Okay. Take it slow." She said, kissing my forehead.

Nodding, I got up, walking upstairs.
Taking a breath as I thought what to say.

The plate and drink where gone, so I think that's a good sign.
Knocking lightly, "Are you in there, baby?"
"Did you eat everything?"

He's still not answering me.

Sitting down next to door, prepared to stay there awhile.
"Do you wanna talk? Or just sit together for a moment? Whatever you feel comfortable with."

Pulling my legs up to my body, resting my arms and head on them. My fingers fidgeting together.

What should I say? How long will he stay in there?

There was a muffled noise, like footsteps getting closer. I sat there quietly, staying still. It sounded like he was next to the door.

I tried to think of something to say but nothing sounded right.
Suddenly I started to hum, just thinking about him. A soft, relaxing hum, not a certain song or anything, just thinking about us.

"Mmm, hmm, hm, mm, hmm, hm~"

"Can you open the door?" I said softly.

A moment later, the sound of the door unlocking caught my attention.
The door was still closed, but now unlocked.

🔐❤️

Standing up, gently turning the knob. "Baby?" I asked in a soft voice.
Peter was standing behind the door shyly, looking down, his hands fidgeting.

"Oh, I- h- mm." I mumbled, walking over to him slowly, embracing him in a gentle hug.
"Oh, baby. I- ugh." I got choked up thinking about what I said earlier.

He hugged onto me, leaning his head on my chest. We grabbing into each other tighter, closing our eyes, breathing together.
"I'm so sorry, baby. It was so wrong to say something like that to you. Your didn't deserve to hear that. I'm sorry we fought, there wasn't even a reason why."

He was still quiet, holding onto me.
Placing my head on top of his, swaying back and forth as I held him.
Taking a moment to just breath and exist.

"Are you okay?"

His head rubbed against my chest, snuggling.

"Baby?" I asked, gently pushing him back to look at him.
"Hmm?" He looked up at me, his cheeks red and puffy. He had been crying, for awhile.

"Honey..." I sighed, on the verge of tears myself.
Pulling him in again.
"Baby..." I said sadly.

Looking at him, gently holding his face with my hand, he leaned into it.
"I'm so sorry." I said quietly. I hated that I yelled at him, making him feel this way.

Using both of my hands to hold onto his face, looking into his tired eyes.
"I'll be right back, just stay here, okay? And, don't close the door again, please?" I said jokingly.

He smiled, "Okay." Rubbing my hand.

"Alright. Just give me a minute." I said, quickly going downstairs then back up to him.

"What?" He asked confused.

"Just- stay still." I said, holding a small towel with a few ice cubes inside. Gently placing it on his face, cooling down his red skin.

"Mm." He mumbled with a small smile.

"Is that better?" I asked.

"Yeah. Thank you."

"Your welcome, baby. I'm so sorry we fought. You didn't deserve that." I said sadly, patting the ice towel on his face.

He sniffled, leaning in closer. "Can we sit down?"

"Yeah, of course. Come here." Sitting down on the edge of the bed, he sat down in my lap.
Still using the ice to cool down the puffiness in his face.
Crying may be good for the mind and body, but then your nose gets stuffed or runny and your skin turns red and puffy.

"I'm sorry too." He spoke up.

"Why, honey?" I asked confused.

"Because it's just been a hot day and you weren't feeling well, I shouldn't have provoked you." He explained.

"Nooo, baby. It's not your fault. Its hot and I had a headache, but it's not anyone's fault. Fights happen, sadly." I said, holding his face in my hands.

"And I shouldn't of yelled at you. It was wrong. I'm sorry." I apologized again.

"How many times are you going to say sorry?" He laughed.

"Until you feel better!" I smiled.

He put his hand up to his head, laughing. "Your much an idiot." He said playfully.

"Hey! No name calling..." I said jokingly.

Looking at each other for a minute. "I love you."

"I love you too." He smiled, kissing each other.

"I guess today was just a bad day. It happens." I said, brushing his curls out of his face. They were all messy, tangled up.

"Yeah..." He said quietly, looking down again.

"Baby? What is it?" I asked concerned, trying to look in his eyes.

"You-" He sighed. "Earlier, was a lot..." He sniffles and gulped, rubbing at his eyes.

"Mm." I hated that I yelled at him.

"You haven't gotten angry in awhile... It- It s-scared me." He said sadly, his voice breaking.

"Ooh, baby..." I said saddened, firmly grabbing onto him. He snuggled into me, holding on tightly.
"Please don't cry again. Honey..." I sighed, rubbing his back.

He sat back up, shaking his head, wiping away a few stray tears. "Yeah..." He sniffled.

Holding his face in my hands, rubbing my thumbs on his cheeks. "You are so amazing and deserve so much. I will give you all the love I have." I said, looking deeply into his eyes.

His hands grabbed onto mine, squeezing them. "You are a amazing boyfriend. Even if we have our own issues, I'm glad we have each other." He smiled.

Leaning in for a kiss. Our lips gently pressing together, showing our love.

"I love you so much. Your my good little boy." I smiled.

"Ha, Cole! Stop it. Why do you keep saying that." He nudged me, using his face.

"Because I can. And you are my good little boy. Just don't tell Toby, he'll get jealous." I said, whispering in his ear.

He laughed, smiling at me.

"Mmm, did that make you happy?" I asked, holding onto his waist.

"Yeah." He nodded.

"Good. Cause I know what will make you even happier." I smirked.

"Cole!- ah!" He shouted as I pushed him back to the bed, trapping him under me.

"Ugh, what's with you and doing this?" He asked.

"Because it's fun." I smiled. "Plus we both like it." I whispered into his ear, kissing his neck.

He laughed, shaking his head. "You are so- mm."

"So what?" I asked, looking into his eyes.

"Your so annoying... -ly adorable." He smiled.

"Adorable? Why not handsome? Or hot, Or sexy? Hmmm?" I asked.

"Alright, stop it, ugh!" He laughed. "Cole! We're still in the guest room, can we at least go into our room?"

"Oh, really. Our room? Okay." I smiled, picking him up, carrying him to out bed. Making sure to close and lock the door behind us.
"Is this better?"

"Yes."

*

"Good. Why don't you let me make you feel better? Hm." I said flirtatiously, laying on top of him.

"Why do you get to be on top!?" He said sarcastically.

"Because I am. Now be a good boy for me." I said in a deeper voice, kissing on his neck.

"Oh, really... mm, okay then..." He said suspiciously.
Suddenly pushing me over, getting on top of me.

Surprised on what he just did, I laid there, looking up at him.

"What was that about you being a top?" He asked, tilting his head.

"I-uh, um, mmm." I mumbled, my mind going blank. All I found focus on was his weight on my lap.

"What? Are you having trouble focusing?" He asked, rocking his hips.

"Augh." I groaned.

"Yeah... definitely a top." He said sarcastically, shaking his head.
Leaning down to my neck, kissing and licking, then taking a sudden bite down on my skin.

"Ah! Oh! Mmm." I moan out, squirming under him.

"You are..." He shook his head. "You are great. And easy." He whispered in my ear.

"Hey!"

"Am I wrong?" He asked, biting down again.

"I- ugh. Hmp." I mumbled, biting my lip to not moan.

"Yeah. That's what I thought." He smiled. Sitting up straight, pulling his shirt off.

"Damn." I bit my lip, looking at him. Why is he such a turn on?

"You ready?" He asked.

"F-f-for what?" I stuttered.

"For me, silly." He smirked, kissing beside my lips, teasing me.
"Mm, I love you." He said, rocking his hips on my very obvious boner.

"Ugh, mph." I moaned, squirming around under him.

"Oo, good boy." He said, closing his eyes as he tilting his head back.
"Are you going to be a good boy for me? Hm?" He asked.

"Y-yes."

He smirked, kissing me on the lips. "Good."
