SYNOPSIS!

  HARLOW PALMER COULDN'T REMEMBER her life before the world ended. She wanted to assume it was good and normal -- white picket fence, nuclear family and all that. But deep down she knew that wasn't true. Her father was a distant memory and her mother was getting sicker by the day. She can't even remember the last time she and her brother had a conversation. Negan kept him busy, and close. A 16-year-old girl wasn't useful to the Saviours.

  CARL GRIMES WANTED TO do more. He needed to be more. If his dad could see that, could see that he was an asset to Alexandria rather than a burden to protect. It was stupid of him, but maybe he could get through to Negan in one way or another. He would do whatever he could to keep his people safe and family safe.

  OR WHEN HARLOW MUST come to terms with the fact that she's wrong.
