You once kept me safe from the pressures that could cause me to crack. You once were the one who made sure I was ok, you made sure I wouldn't crack. You once were the one who made me feel invincible. But you left. You opened the door and slammed it shut as you walked away causing my heart to break. The breaks, chips, and cracks that I thought where now only a memories, littered my skin. At first I was ashamed, but then I realized just because I'm cracked doesn't mean I have fallen apart. I'm still here, without you. I can survive this without you. I'm cracked but not broken.
