"How was it?" Asked Erwin the next day. "Tch..,Let's just say we left on bad terms..." Levi mumbled as he sat down and sipped on his coffee. "Did it really go that bad?" Asked Erwin.

"Oh boy it went bad...I guess calling your date a clown for wearing to much makeup is offensive to them" he thought to himself. Levi just nodded and ended the conversation.

Levi sighed as he finished the last of his paperwork. He wiped down his and Erwin's desk and left. All Levi wanted to do was sit in silence and drink a nice warm cup of tea, just thinking of it made him relax a little.

As Levi entered the cafe something immediately caught his dark grim eyes, a raven haired woman facing opposite of him. "Someone new..." he thought to himself and sat down in his usual booth. He relaxed and got lost in his train of thought...

"What will you be having today sir"

The question surprised him, Iris (the fat waitress) always knew what he ordered, she stopped asking him what he wanted after 4 months of him coming every week. Levi turned and was surprised to see the raven haired woman, her eyes were soft...she wore a white blouse with a red sweater.

"Where's Iris?" Levi asked impatiently

"Retired" she answered in a mean tone

"*sigh* a cup of green tea and 2 napkins please" Levi groaned. The waitress walked away and came back in a instant with a cup of green tea and 2 napkins.

Levi sipped on his tea as he glared at the raven haired woman. "I've seen her before in the streets...I guess she'll do okay, she got my order right and that's all that matters" he thought to himself.

Levi checked the time and got up. It was closing time for the cafe, Levi always wiped down the tables and organized the chairs before he would leave. He began to clean when a voice behind him said "Sir what are you doing?" He turned and looked up at the new waitress...(he's still 5 foot 2)

"Cleaning what else does it look like I'm doing?" He asked. "You do know the staff is supposed to do that right?" She snapped at him. "Yes but apparently the staff doesn't know how to correctly clean the tables and organize the chairs" he snapped back.

They glared at each other for a while then continued with their tasks. When Levi finished he grabbed his coat and umbrella and exited the cafe. Just as he walked out it began to rain...he looked back and saw the new waitress starring up at the sky...her eyes soft and filled with calmness.

....

That night Levi couldn't sleep, all he had in his mind was that rude, raven haired, soft eyed waitress...
