I was going to shoot the rest but there was one problem. No more bullets. I groan and take Ethan and Adeline to the backyard and hide in the barn. Thomas runs after me and yells "STOP!!" I freeze and turn around. He than runs over and picks up the gun I was about to step on. "Come on! In here!" Thomas says taking my hand and running inside the barn. "Wow!" The barn was FILLED with guns and ammo. "Just incase this whole wall thing happened to have a glitch in the system." I look at him confused "system??" I than turn on the radio. "Turn it to 256" Thomas says. I turn it to 254 and I hear a girl screaming "help!! Help me! Someone! Anyone! Is anyone hearing this? Ahhhhh!!!" I than heard groaning and screaming on the radio so I quickly changed it so I wouldn't scare the kids. I changed it to 256 and I heard music playing and a woman talking peppy-like, it was an advertisement "Go to the city! It's wall has a special force field so nothing can ever penetrate it except us! And-" Thomas takes a mallet and smashes it. He breaths heavy and yells "THEY LYIED TO US!!! THEY SAID IT WOULD BE SAFE!! BUT NOOO!! I guess I had some kind of allergic reaction because it made me worse. My face turns red and my breathing gets heavier. Thomas than yells "calm down CALM DOWN!!" I start to cry a lot. Tears were streaming down my face. He than just pulls my head in and kissed me with all his strength. And for some reason it worked. My breathing decreased. My heart rate slowed down too. I than grab the back of his head and kind of kissed back? And after like 10 seconds of the kiss, my heart rate was back to normal. Once Thomas was done he slowly pulled away from the kiss putting his forehead on mine. We close or eyes and breathed a little heavier than usual. I open my eyes and say "See? He sits next to me and says "ok kids NAP TIME!" I laugh as the kids groan and go into the sheep pin and slept with them, and using they as blankets and pillows. i whisper to Thomas "come on grab a gun." I grab a gun and look outside. They were gone? I pick up the kids and carry them to the couch inside the house. Thomas than locks all the doors and boards up the windows with me. I try to sleep but I couldn't over the screams coming from the fallen city. I start to yawn and pull the covers over my head. "Thomas can I ask you something?" He than pulls the covers off my head and kisses my forehead. "I'll be back my princess." I look at him sad. "What? But there are zombies out there! You'll die! I-" he shushes me and says "trust rule one: trust me." I was to tired to argue right now so I let him go. "I'll be back by sundown ok?" I close my eyes and yawn."ok why?" He smiles and says "first quarter is a food, second quarter is survivors , third is ammo and guns, and the last is a surprise my princess." I yawn "ok promise you'll come back?"
