This story was written about nine years ago, it is a cast heavy, complex tale, with a lot of twists and turns, about a family trust that was set up for nefarious reasons, and became the cause of endless distress for all involved.

The first two short chapters establish the family, and the reason for setting up the trust. After that, the entire cast takes over, and we meet the main character. He is in love with the fictional detectives of the thirties and forties, and believes, or hopes, he can function successfully, following their style.

It's one of the longest stories I've written, and is a little more detailed than my later works.
