2 weeks later

Scene shows a warehouse as there were many people working it. Scene shows people working on what was a green rock... glowing as they looked at it.

Guy #1: You got that in a black market?

Guy #2: Yeah, they said they found it in the ocean.

Guy #1: That's not like any rock I've seen.

The other guy agrees by nodding as he others were playing cards, until the light blinks a few times, making one of them sighs.

Guy #3: Fellas. Who is the electrician in Vale? Service is horrible.

Guy #4: Definitely not Ozpin, not him.

Guy #2: Okay. Jack can you fix the lights? Zach and Blue, can you go with him?

Zach: Yeah. *pats the one called Blue* Come on.

They walk away, as the guy named Jack had a flashlight as he walked outside.

Blue: Why do we have to go with him?

Zach: Seriously? This is Vale. Hell on Remnant, we're being haunted by the devil.

Blue: The devil? You mean the hood guy?

Zach: That hood guy is Red Hood.

Blue looks confused.

Blue: And?

Zach: Damn, you really don't understand, do you? He is satan.

Blue: The devil?

Zach: In a sense, he was created, and he does his bidding, he hunts those who have murdered and raped, he hunts those who deserve to die.

Blue: So why are we even doing this? We will get killed either way, we will... oh god I should get out of here!

Zach: Dude... chill... I'm kidding!

Blue: Huh?

Zach: The Red Hood isn't real. I've never seen it, no one here has.

Blue: This isn't funny!

Zach laughs as Blue got very annoyed, as John went to the light, as he lights up the panel, until he sees that it was broke by hand.

John: Huh?

He later froze as he saw a few petals being pushed by the air, as they pass by him, until he grabs one, which was leaking red, making him look confused.

John: Petals? Rose petals?

He looked to where the petals were coming, from until he saw at his right something go towards him as scene changes to Zach and Blue, but Zach stopped laughing until be cleaned a tear.

Zach: Still, I'm sorry for putting so much fear in you man.

A gunshot was heard and John's scream was heard from afar, as the lights finally went out.

Zach: Oh god.

Blue: W-What's going on?

Zach: Go!

He pushed Blue as they ran to the door and Zach opened it.

Zach: Everyone get out! Hurry!

They all got up, but from the window, it shows a red glow, red eyes, red rose symbol and parts of the pants glowing as well as the guns. He landa as everyone stops running, as the red glow started to get up slowly clenching his guns, but he puts them in their holsters, but from his back, he grabs a chained kusarigama with a metal ball in the other end. He slowly spins it but each time it got faster as some grab their guns and shoot at him, as he started to deflect the bullets, some shot him from the back but bullets did nothing to his armor. He threw the metal ball and hits Zach back as Blue goes to grab his gun but by the moment he looks down and the forward, Red Hood threw the kusarigama blade to the neck of one, wrapping it later he jumps and kicks him far back as he impales the leg of one and pulls him up, ripping part of the leg as he made a few spins mid air as he hits two guy in one swing with the metal ball part, putting them down for a while. He looks forward as he saw Blue having his hands shaking, but he runs away but even before the first step, Red Hood threw the kusarigama and pulled him towards him as he grabbed his head and slams it to a table breaking it.

Red Hood: The rock... what is it?

Blue: *crying* P-P-Please... let me go.

Hood grabbed his neck and lifted him, pinning him to a wall as he choked him.

Red Hood: The green rock! What the hell is it?!

Blue: I-I-I don't-

Red Hood: TELL ME!!!

He slams his body time and time and time again to the warehouse wall, about to break it as Blue fought for air.

Blue: Black... market...

Red Hood pulled him closer as he lets him go, making him catch some air.

Red Hood: What black market?

Blue: We were given... the rock. It was caught from the sea. The rock isn't in any of the periodic table, it is unknown, it's alien!

Red Hood frowned as he walked towards the rock as he broke the glass covering it, making Blue jump as he grabbed the rock, it was a small one, he had it in one hand.

Blue: We were given a small amount, another person got the rest.

Red Hood: Who?

Blue: I-I don't know.

Red Hood frowns and walks away but not before breaking a few ribs with a kick and later leaves the warehouse.

Red Hood: Call the ambulance, or in a few minutes you will pass out.

He closes the door leaving Blue alone gasping as scene turns black.

Morning

Scene shows a room, two people were in a bed sleeping, until the alarm turned on, as someone grabbed it and threw it to the wall breaking it, it was Y/N as he scratched his eyes. He looked to the side seeing Aryl snoring as he slowly got up, as he scratched his hair as he grabbed his scroll and puts some earphones, turning some music on as he stretched

Y/N: *voice* It's been already two weeks since Roman, can't say I left satisfied. I heard Ruby and Yang know who is the man behind the mask, they're own dead failure. They've tried to reach me in some sort of way, thing is... I'm too hard to catch.

He had some papers in the table with photos as he walked towards the counter of the kitchen where there was a bag, as he grabs it and walks back.

Y/N: *voice* The night showed me so much, as well as the evidence I've picked, having Aryl who is a good detective really pays off, the rock is alien and they were right... coincidence that the rock is alien... as well as the hero from Mistral... well... Anti-Hero... The Ultraman.

Scene shows Y/N looking at a laptop as he sees bunch of news about this Ultraman.

Hero or Villain? Alien from far away.

Is The Ultraman really a hero?

Ultraman escapes the scene after brutally beating the Black Hole group.

Y/N: *voice* He's been over the news, maybe a bit too much, but he's trying to stop criminals with force. Can he be trusted? Or is it someone I have to put down... if I could. His powers are completely beyond of the Maidens, even the four combined will not even phase him, but yet... with so much power, he doesn't act like a god... maybe he doesn't have those intentions. Can't trust him though.

He looks to the bag and opens it seeing a small case, opening it showing the glowing green rock.

Y/N: *voice* The helmet almost went haywire when the radiation was shown, luckily Atlas has the perfect tools for it... especially James. The case should contain the radiation and absorb any of it that is outside the box.

He closes it as he sighs and hears some steps, turning the music down, seeing Aryl wearing one of his oversized shirts really tired.

Aryl: *sleepy* Did you... go emo again?

Y/N: No... of course not.

Aryl walks slowly to the sofa and falls in it as Y/N puts her head in his shoulder. Y/N stayed looking  at the computer as he looks at Aryl who fell asleep.

Aryl: *sleepy* Go back to bed.

Y/N had a small smile as he picked up Aryl, had her in his arms and walked to the bedroom as he puts her in the bed, putting the blanket over her body and had a hand caressing her hair. She moans a little, as he puts his forehead on hers but later walks away.

Mistral

???: Beau!

Scene shows a guy with a leather jacket, jeans and actually some chains in the pants. He walks from the ledge of a apartment, which had a party behind him. The guy had a slicked back brown hair and very blue eyes while having a stubble beard. He looks back seeing two guys dressed like him.

Beau: What?

Guy #1: Gotta get more drinks. We're going to store, let's go.

Beau sighs and follows as scene shows the three of them walking towards a store.

Guy #1: I'm going to say it again. If any of the ladies puts some kind of jazz music, I'm canceling the birthday party.

Guy #2: You're saying it like it's really bad.

Guy #1: It is!

Beau: Gotta agree with Agate, the music is horrible, who plays that?

Agate: Girls... at least our college girls.

Beau: Makes sense.

Agate and the other guy laugh a little as Beau laughs a bit later. They reach the store as Agate and the other guy separates to get something else.

Agate: Jarek, can you grab some candy? We will get the drinks.

Jarek: I'll get them.

Jarek walks away towards the candy isle, as he grabs a few candies, until he sees some people from another isles, they were grabbing some stuff and putting in their bags, but Jarek takes a step back as he looks quickly seeing a camera and later acta normal, as he in a way vibrates but it was for barely a split second, as a can falls behind as he looks back grabbing it, as he grabs a few candies and walks to the counter to pay, as the other guys walk away with a bunch of stuff, until they slip, the floor had a part frozen. A bottle of whiskey was rolling and a few other things. The two guys get up as the cashier went towards them, but when the first idiot went to the door, it was locked and the other bumped into the first idiot and the two went through the glass, showing that inside, there was a metal pole holding the door locked.

Cashier: Don't ever return to my shop you motherfuckers!

The two ran with a few cuts as the cashier who had a gun returned angry and puts the gun under the table. Jarek puts the stuff and grabs some liens from his pockets.

Jarek: Are you okay?

Cashier: I'll be. Whoever put that pole really deserves some praise.

Agate and the other guy returned with the drinks and looked in shock.

Guy: What happened here?!

Jarek: Some guy stopped some shoplifters from stealing.

Agate: So it's all here?

Jarek: From what we know, yeah.

Cashier: This will be with the drinks, 14.45 liens.

Jarek pays part as Agate and the other guy does as well, as well they go through the broken window, until Jarek looks back, and gives the guys the candy.

Jarek: I'll catch up!

Agate nods and the two walk away, as the cashier slowly walked to grab the stolen stuff, but Jarek grabbed it first, showing it to him.

Jarek: Do you... need some help cleaning the place?

Cashier: Well... one hand wouldn't hurt, kid.

Jarek smiles and helped the cashier clean up the shop, as scene slowly turns black, ending the chapter.

Hope you enjoyed the new take of this volume, like in the rework chapter, this vol won't be based in BVS and Superman is officially not part of the book. Every member of the Outlaw team isn't related to the main hero, they all have their own history in a way based on their comic versions. This Earth does not have the hopeful light heroes, is realistic with people willing to put the animals down.
