"Hello." I said as I got near him.

"Hey." He said as he hugged me.

"So, you hungry ?" He asked.

"Oh, you have no idea." I said, because I hadn't eaten for like 6 hours straight.

"Great, let's go to a restaurant. We have a lot to catch on." He said as he walked towards his car.

"Wait Sid, I have a better plan." I said smiling.

"What can be better than feeding a hungry stomach." He said making a cute face.

"We can have lunch at my place. You can meet my parents and Abhi. He really liked you. I mean, he liked Riya the most, but still." I said, flashing him a smile.

"You are inviting me to your home. Aarohi, that's so great. You are finally getting out of your shell !" He said as he hugged me again.

"Now that's too much. I was not in a shell." I said.

"Okay, so have you told your parents about Aarav yet ?" He asked.

"No." I replied.

"Have you thought about getting our numbers from Vivan and Ishu ?" He asked.

"Yes." I said thinking I beat him.

"Okay, let me reframe it. Have you got our numbers from them ?" He asked smiling, knowing my answer.

"Ummm, no." I said.

"So you indeed were in a shell." He said smiling widely.

"Okay, fine you win. Now can we drop this topic and go at my place ?" I said.

"Yes, now we can." He said as he opened his car door for me.

After about 30 minutes of non stop stupid debates, we finally reached  home.

"Okay, Sid, my parents don't know anything about Aarav, and I really hope that you won't talk about him. Please." I told him.

"Okay, chill girl. I know I can't. Now can we get inside I am really excited to see uncle and aunty, and not to forget Abhi." He said pushing me towards the door.

"Welcome home, Princess... and your guest." Dad said as he opened the door.

"Dad this is..." He didn't let me finish speaking and interrupted.

"First, you get inside and freshen up and let this man come inside." Dad said smiling at me.

"Yeah, right." I said and we entered.

"Sid, you sit here, I will change and come." I said and went inside.

After taking a quick shower and changing, I went outside to find mom and dad talking and laughing, along with Sid.

"Aarohi, I love your parents." Sid said as he saw me.

"This boy really is something. Nice choice." My dad said smiling.

"Choice ?" Sid and I both said at the same time.

"Yeah, he is your friend, right ? And so far he seems to be the best among all your other friends." Dad said.

"Yeah, of course he is." I said.

"Wait, what did you two think when I said choice ?" Dad said smiling.

"Nothing." I said and sat next to mom.

"So, I have heard a lot about you. You seem to have affected Aarohi a lot. She didn't stop talking about you and also Riya." Mom said.

"Oh, he is that Siddhant. Sorry son, I haven't seen you then, so I couldn't remember." Dad said.

"It's alright uncle. But you must be really proud about Aarohi. She really is different. And also a doctor." Sid said.

"Yes, we indeed are." Both mom and dad said at the same time.

"Well, where is Abhi, I wanted to meet him ?" Sid said.

"He is in class." Mom said.

"Well, how did you two meet today ?" Dad asked.

"You might think I am a stalker, but I kinda searched for Aarohi a lot." Sid admitted.

"And that's for ?" Dad asked.

"Actually we are getting married in a year." Sid said smiling widely.

"We ?" Mom said a little too loudly.

"Ohh, sorry, I didn't mean we, I meant me and Riya. And I wanted to invite you all." Sid said.

"Ohh, I am really happy for you both. And yeah, that's makes you seem like a stalker, but we trust you." Dad said.

"Okay so, we have to go out for some work. So that you two can catch up. We would be back in about 2 hours. See you then." Dad said.

"Yeah, uncle, and thanks for trusting me." Sid said.

"Okay, we are leaving. You two can go to your room Aarohi. Bye." Mom said, and I asked Sid to follow me.

"Okay, Aarohi now that we are alone, I want to ask you something." Sid sad.

"Mmmm, I am all ears." I said.

"Why are you rejecting boys ? I mean, is there a reason behind it, is it Aarav ?" He asked.

"I don't know Sid maybe, maybe not. But, it's like I unknowingly compare them with Aarav. Maybe I am hopping that one of them turns out to be Aarav." I told him honestly.

"I hate to be the one to tell you this, but, Aarohi, Aarav is married now." Sid said.

"You are joking right ? But what am I saying anyways, it's not like I can marry him, but it still hurts. And why didn't Vivan tell me about any of this ?" I asked.

"It's because, Vivan don't know about this. He married 4 months before. I am really sorry, but I had to tell you this, because I don't want you to live in the past." He said.

"But, he should have informed me. Why did didn't he ?" I said, and started crying.

"It's already done and now we couldn't do anything about it. But I told you this, so you could also move on. And, he didn't inform you, because, it was really hard for him too." Sid said as he hugged me and tried to calm me down.

"So Aarohi, promise me, you would move on. I know it would take time, but promise me Aarohi, you would." Sid said.

"Yes Sid, I promise." I said.
