Erin's POV
"Wha do we got?" Nurse Maggie Lockwood asks as we rush into the ER "Detectives Jay Halstead and Nia Willows both shot in the lower abdomen" Brett says "Natalie you get Detective Halstead go to treatment 1, Will you got Detective Willows go to treatment 6" Maggie yells as the two doctors run over to there patients. I watch as Dr.Manning starts to work on Jay. He's lost a lot of blood. "What happened" Dr. Rhodes says walking into the room where Jay is being treated by Natalie when he realizes what happened. "I'm going to be doing the surgery on Nia Willows so call Dr. Zanetti she will do his surgery" Rhodes says exiting the room. Moments later Dr. Zanetti comes in "we need to get him in the OR now" she says as she leads Jays gurney to an elevator, I follow quickly behind "Erin you need to stay here" Nurse April Sexton says but I keep walking. "Erin" Voight says "she can wait in the OR waiting room" a nurse on the elevator says as I slip on before the doors shut.

I'm waiting in the waiting room shortly after when I see Nia being brought in.

15 minutes later
I can't sit still. I have to know what's going on so I go into the doctors observation room. After watching for a little bit a nurse yells "He's crashing" and indeed he was.
