Erin's POV
"Have you decided on the names" Dr Manning asks "Sage, Winter, and Autumn" I say looking at the unit. "Antonio's holding Winter, Atwater your holding Autumn, and Voight your holding Sage" I say.
Jays POV
We are nearing the end of the funeral ceremony. Once it's over I leave and go pack my things. I go to the airport where Willows, River, and Smith meet me and we board our flight. We sit together in one row. River is sitting on my lap. I pet her as the plane takes off.
Two and a half hours later
Erin's POV
Voight gets a phone call, he answers it and I see a smile I haven't seen in a while come to his face. "Hey Erin I got to go I'll be back soon Antonio is coming with me" Voight says kissing me on the forehead. "Here you go" Antonio says handing me Winter.
Jays POV
I get my stuff from baggage claim as quickly as possible and go outside. "Jay over here" I here Antonio say, I run over to him Smith Willows and river following. I drop my stuff and immediately grab Antonio giving him a hug as I start to cry. "Hey Jay your ok your home now" Antonio says patting me on the back Voight puts our stuff in the back of his truck as Antonio gets in his car. I hop in Voights truck and lean my head against his shoulder "I'm a wreck" I say as Willows and River get in the back, Smith going with Antonio as we drive away.
