Abibia's POV:

"WAKE UP DEATH BREATHHH ITS ALMOST BREAKFAST TIMEE!"I screamed.

Hazel was already awake and out of the cabin, taking a morning walk with Frank. But Death Breath wouldn't wake up and I needed the lights to see.

A pillow hit me in the face.

"IF YOU DON'T GET UP IN THREE SECONDS I AM TURNING THE LIGHT ON ANYWAYYSSS! THREE TWO ONE!" I flicked the light on. Another pillow hit me in the face. Where did Nico get all of these pillows?

I snuck over to Nico's bunk. I grabbed the blanket and pulled. Nico tumbled off the bunk and onto the floor with a 'thud'

"HEY!" he shouted.

I grabbed him by the ankles and dragged him outside. I tied him to the cabin. He thrashed and tried to get away but I stuck him there while I got ready. When I went outside I found him sitting crisscross looking annoyed. I smirked and untied him from the cabin, keeping my grip on the string tied to his wrist like a leash.

"Come on. We have to get to breakfast." I smirked.

"I don't eat breakfast." He grumbled. I kicked him lightly in the head, so he only toppled back, but didn't go unconscious. "Oww!" He wailed.

I dragged Death Breath to the dinner house thing, and plopped him down on the bench next to me at the 'Hades' table. The kids who had captured us had explained what was happening, but I still didn't get it.

As near as I could tell, the Greek and Roman gods are real. I remember a little about it, because when I was little, my stepdad read me the myths. The gods have kids, like me apparently. I am a child of Hades. I don't really get it, because they say gods don't stick around, but I remember something about my dad. I always thought the smile was my moms, I had lost her at a young age, but now I think it might have been my dad.

So the children of the gods, demigods, we attract monsters, which explains why I was always being attacked when I lived by myself on the streets, and when I was running away from the school with my friends. Well, the gods made two camps to protect there kids. One called Camp Jupiter, for the Roman gods, and one called Camp Half-Blood. They had magic borders that kept out monsters unless they were brought in by a camper, or stocked in the woods.

So, these demigods went on quests, and saved the world. Oh, and they often die painful and suffer greatly in life! I love painful deaths and extreme suffering.

"I'm not eating anything." Nico said. I took a pancake and stuffed the entire thing in his mouth.

"Yes. You are. I don't know you very well, but this is unlimited food, and I will not be related to someone who doesn't take advantage of free food!" I say forcefully. He grumbles and spits the pancake into a nearby trash can. Then he gets a apple and takes little bites.

"What am I supposed to do after breakfast?" I ask. He glares at me.

"I am going to the sword arena, but you can't come with me." He glares. I make a mental note to come with him, but then I see Aquaina trying to be discreet, mouthing 'We are going to meet by the canoe lake' I decide I will do a bit of exploring before meeting my friends.

After breakfast I walk into the woods. Last night, I had pressed the heart charm on my charm bracelet and it had turned into a shield. I wanted to see what else my bracelet could do. I stopped by a big rock formation, Zeus's first I think it was. I climb to the top of the rocks and scan for people-nobody in sight.

My charm bracelet has three charms, a heart, a bow and arrow, and a pen, along with my mother's wedding ring from when she married my stepdad. My mom drowned in the ocean when I was five. I remember it clearly. I had asked if we could go deeper, and she obliged. A wave drown her, but I survived.

I used to think it was all my fault, so I refused to cooperate with the foster home people, but when I ran away for the last time, while I was living on the streets, I meet a old man. I had been crying in an alleyway when he hobbled in. He sat down next to me, and even though he needed it more than I did, he gave me a muffin he had found. Then he asked me what was wrong, and I told him everything. He told me that it wasn't my fault. It was the way life was. He also said I was getting stronger every time I lost someone or something. He said I just needed to move on and accept it, and I would come out stronger than before. So now, I don't dwell on things I can't control.

The next week I saw a new report titled 'Old Homeless Man Died of Hunger' I knew if I hadn't eaten that muffin, he might have been alive still, but I also remembered what he said. So I took a deep breath. I knew he was in a better place. Somehow, I knew he got the best of whatever happened when people died. Now I know that was my Hades magic, and that he got Elysium. I continued to live in the streets, but I was more happy. Not because of the deaths, but because I didn't hold them against me.

On the streets, I learned karate and how to use a knife. I built a ultimate box fort home in an alley out of cardboard and scrap metal. So if anyone asked if I had a home, I would say yes, because I did have a home.

I pressed the bow and arrow charm, it did exactly what I thought it would, it turned into a bow and arrow. I drew it and fired at the nearest tree. It hit a pinecone, nocking it clean out of the tree. I retrieved the arrow. I looked around for another target-a log moving down the river, I shot at it. I hit it, but I forgot that the log was moving quickly down the river, so I lost an arrow. I knew my heart turned into a shield, I wonder what the pen turns into.

I pressed it and a knife-no-a dagger lands in my hand. It has a oak handled, carved with pictures of the Greek gods. The blade is decorated with names of thousands of heroes, ancient ones, like Perseus and Heracles. The dagger was made of-a name popped in my head-Stygian Iron.

I air fought with it. It was nicer than my kitchen knife. It was built for battle against monsters, not battle against cucumbers..

Then I summoned dead soldiers. I found Alexander Hamilton, and George Washington. I started to teach them the first part of 'One Last Time' it was great. Then I realized how late it was and decided to try my last power-shadowtraveling. I dismissed the dead and stepped into the shadows.

I appeared in front of my friends, who looked impatient, by the canoe lake, then my legs failed me. A random red-head girl who had been walking by, talking to another demigod, cushioned my fall.

"Hey!" She shouted.

"Ow!" I responded. A look of realization crosses her face.

"Oh! You must be the new kids, Ari, Abibia, and Aquaina? Children of the big three?" She asked. "I'm Rachel Elizabeth Dare."

"Aren't you the prophecy girl?" Aquaina asked. I think Nico said something about a prophecy girl.

"Yes, I am the Oracle of Delphi." She confirmed.

Then her eyes turned green. She opened her mouth. Green smoke came out. In a different persons voice, she spoke what I could only assume was a prophecy.
