بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم  

  Assalam Alaikum sisters and brother, I hope you're doing fine Alhamdullilah and insh'Allah I hope Allah cures those who are sick and forgives those who have sinned.  

Today I have decided to share with you guys about my favourite hadith in which involves a conversation between Umar RA and the Messenger of Allah SAW: When Umar RA entered the house of the prophet Muhammad SAW, he  saw that they were no cupboards, nothing to sit, no fruits, no desert, no nothing. Umar sat on the floor and looked at the prophet SAW and said to him ''O Messenger of Allah...'' Umar started crying, he continued ''O Prophet of Allah, what have you got? , the Prophet of Allah asked him ''O Umar what makes you cry?''. Umar replied, ''O Prophet of Allah, the Roman kings, the Persian kings their seats are made of ruby, their clothes are made of silk and gold. While you are the best of creatures chosen by the Almighty Lord, Look at how they're living and look at how you're living. The Prophet SAW said to him, ''Umar (with a smile), doesn't it suffice us, that for us is the hereafter and for them is this world and only this world. Which his meaning that this world is their paradise, the Prophet Muhammad SAW didn't want to live in the luxury of this world, he wanted to live in his everlasting palace in Jannah. 

I wanted to write a lot more about Umar and his life story but I will insh'Allah do that in the next issue if I can, Jazakallah Khair for tuning in.
