Life advise from Jibril (As)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
Assalam Alaikum sister and brothers, I apologize for not posting up an article the past few days but I was sick and didn't have much time, so I apologize. But anyway, I hope you're doing fine by the grace of Allah, and insha'Allah I hope you will benefit from this incredible article.
In this post, we will talk about the life advise from angel Jibril AS to our beloved prophet Muhammad S.A.W in which he advised him about the most important life advice we need to take by heart today.
This narration is at the end of the life of Prophet SAW.
Jibreel said O Muhammad! (When Jibreel says Ya Muhammad, it's his way of telling him that this is outside the capacity of Revelation, what I am about to say is from me to you.)
He advised the prophet Muhammad S.A.W, the following advice:
Live as you will, but know that one day you will die.Love whom you will, but know that one day you will be separated from that person. Do as you will and know that you will be compensated and rewarded accordingly. (In the Hereafter)Know that the nobility of the believer is in the standing in prayer during the night. As for his dignity, it's in being independent of people (financially, emotionally, mentally, physically).
This life advise is important anything other life advice people tell us because it mentions the truth in which we seem to forget or don't want to think about it because isn't very uplifting but it's the truth. And that's all I can say.
The first advice is something that I take as very important in which if you can follow this one then you can definitely follow the rest. We all seem to avoid the thoughts of dying or seem to always question ourselves what happens when we die or how will leave this world. Let me tell you one thing I have learned over these past few years about death:
You will die the way you lived!
This statement summaries the whole topic of death to me, because it makes you think about what you're doing, your lifestyles, how your worshipping Allah daily. I want to explain more but I will leave it to you to think and research about yourself.
Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion. - 3/185
Jazakallah Khair
