*Naira's Pov*

I was entering inside with the bestest smile on my face and I bumped into the muscular chest , making me fall down the stairs . I couldn't help so I closed my eyes on the fear of falling down , but the muscular hand of the person covered my waist making me go collide with his chest again . I just opened my eyes feeling that I hadn't fell down , But couldn't see anything due to the hairs on my face . The person in front of me tucked my hairs behind the ears , and here I could see the person's face and it was Kartikkk.....

I stared at him still frightened of the thing that I might have fell down , my heart already pumping fastly and feeling that Kartik is holding me from this closer was also making me go crazy . Just inches apart and still his hand on my waist and my one of the hand on his shoulder and other on his chest . Now I know why the girls go crazy about him ...

His body is so fit , this couldn't be seen within the shirt but once you feel it , you are gone , you are gone to the different world . Godd , what am I even thinking ?? Shittt , no this is not me .

I feel like who would be the lucky girl , who gets a chance to adore his muscular chest . Aghh , no you are all taking me wrong I m not talking about myself but the girl who would marry him .

We still in the same position , and just staring each other . If it would have been any room , I swear we would have kissed for sure . But since it was the staircase , we were interupted by Dadi. She was just staring us in that position . I quickly pulled of myself , unaware I was still on staircase I was again going to fall down . To which again Kartik helped me come back to my normal position . I was hella awkward not knowing how to confront Dadi after this drip of moment.

We just moved from there with the fastest speed so we could escape the place asap . Thank god .... I hushed as I reached my room. I shutted the door and jumped on my bed in the sleeping position , afterall it was all hectic day. I met Maya today. We were just damn emotional seeing each other after a long time , We talked about every single thing took place at time when we were not together. 

This madam shocked me by telling that she have been in the relationship just after I went to California , I mean how could she even ... And she didn't even told me who the guy is , Such a secret keeper.. 

Its true , its true that friendship changes when one of the friends gets into relationship.. I just spinned all over my bed just thinking that what flaws should I take out from this day , when it was just all perfect. 

I drifted into the sleep thinking of all this , and this has to be the best sleep after a long time.

I woke up yawning and my eyes grabbed the attention towards clock , which shocked me as it was 7:45 and I needed to be at diner in fifteen minutes . I jumped off my bed , and quickly got freshen up.. You know how it feels like seeing everyone already on their places and you be late again ? And this was the only thing I could feel now ..

I went downstairs in such a hurry and got on table , and wished everyone . I couldn't even think of another thing as I saw Swarna aunty serving my favourite breakfast . My mouth was watery already and I was waiting for Swarna aunty to reach my side but she just sat at her place after serving to everyone from house except me. I really didn't liked her this behaviour for me , but I couldn't help it. I just grabbed an apple and dadi just looked at me through the pitiful eyes , I knew she wanted to speak but she didn't wanted to create ruckus during the eating time.

I went to my room and sat on the couch with my empty stomach which was growling in for food. I ignored it and took phone for diverting my mind. As soon as I took the phone , I received the call from the very amazing person of my life. It was Maya's call. I quickly received it and she told me to come out of mansion as she was waiting for me out there. I quickly went out not before informing dadi. I hugged her as soon as I saw her , and asked her to take me somewhere for having food. She took me to nearby café where I ordered nothing but sandwich and started eating it so quick as I was really so much hungry.

She then while having a bite in her mouth asked me with a grumpy face , " You wanna meet my boyfriend ? "

And I just glimpsed at her and then at my sandwich and replied , " If you make him meet me "

And she smiled to which I glared at her because she had kept her relationship secret from me. I don't know who that idiot would be , but till the time my best friend is with him I will cooperate...

We moved out of the café chit chatting , yeah you know after long time when you meet your best friends your mouth cannot stop blabbering anything. She took me to garden which was not even a walking distance but still being lazy we took the Rickshaw. I sat on the grassy land and asked her to sit too , but she being impatient for her boyfriend to arrive just kept standing looking for him. Just to give her boyfriend the green flags , so he could know we are here. I really don't know how is she managing this relationship thing , but one thing I know is she really really have fallen for whoever the xyz person is. I just wish for her relationship to be the strongest one with no misunderstandings.

I came out of my thoughts as she sat frustatively beside me finally getting tired off standing for her Mr. Boyfriend. I laughed seeing her and teased her , " Where is your so loyal and disciplined boyfriend ? "

She made a frown and said , " He will come , maybe his lazy friend I making him late "

I rolled my eyes , " So many ways to defend the love of your life "

She replied , " Whatever you think "

And here with this she started telling me about her boyfriend again , I feel like crying that I lost my best friend to her boyfriend. Overdramatically , but I m happy for her !! And here in this chit chatting we just got into the sleeping position on grass and after sometime , two long legs standing infront of us. I tried to look toward their face but was unable to so we with each other's support got up and I was shocked to see Kartik there !!

Here , My stupido got up with the thousand percent extra smile on her face and hugged the boy standing beside Kartik. I was still trying to figure out what exactly is going on here. Kartik with his hands in pocket was also shocked seeing me. I stood up finally , and our eyes met. Happiness on her face which was making me feel that the boy she hugged is her boyfriend. As Maya got herself out of her hug , she holded my hand and said gesturing to the boy she hugged " So , Meet him he is my boyfriend and Siddharth meet her she is my one and only best friend "

Siddharth shaked his hand with mine whispering a " Hi " , but it is still a question for me what Kartik is doing here ! And here as Maya intoduced me Siddharth took initiatives to introduce the other one , to whom I unfortunately already know. Siddharth , " Meet him he is my one and only best friend and Kartik meet her she is my One and only girlfriend "

I laughed at the way how he tried to do press on the word ' One and only '. But here I was shocked that now I have to hangout with this frog too !! Godd , why the hell it had to happen like this anyways I have to be calm for Maya. I just placed the smile on my face seeing Maya extremely happy that she was finally successful in making me meet her boyfriend. But what our plan was to go to amusement park with her boyfriend and her boyfriend's friend. I want to escape this so badly but can't help , anyways I went to Maya who was busy in flirting with her boyfriend.

I snapped infront of their eyes as they had been in the eye contact for a long time , as she got out of the contact nothing else but blush could be clearly seen on her already pinkish cheeks. I reminded her about our plans and she like an alarm clock grabbed Kartik's and Siddharth's attention who were busy on their phone. Siddharth stood and came to her , and asked her " What happened ? "

Maya spoke up , " Guys I and Naira had some plans for today "

Siddharth : Okayy you can enjoy no problem.

Maya : Can you please hold up and listen to me first.

Siddharth : Okay , continue !!

Maya : Cool ! So what I was saying was like I and Naira had made some plans for us today. We have thought of going to Amusement park.

Siddharth : Wowww , cool ! I and Kartik are in.

Kartik looked at him , like when he said that he is in. To which Siddharth made a pleading gesture to him. I smiled looking at his small efforts to make Maya happy. Now I could say that this my dumbest piece has got someone like her and for her. I sighed and moved to Maya with excitement for going to Amusement park. I cannot deny but I was stealing the glances from Kartik all the time since I saw him. I don't know why this guy makes me so much curious about him. 

After all of much thinking and all , we finally decided what to do in a chronological order on paper. We prepared ourselves and moved to the park which was out of the town , but near Mumbai only. I swear , I had to visit the park and finally its happening. We all four were in the Jeep brought by one and only Siddharth of Maya , where the cold breeze was making the journey more and more amazing. As ofcourse Maya was sitting on the parallel sit to Siddharth's so I had to sit beside Kartik. I and Kartik were like the silent puppies who wanted to speak but didn't due to awkwardness. Our fate is seriously something , never letting us to be away.

* Author's Pov *

They all reached the Park safely , and here as soon as they reached Maya and Naira got into a hug. It was not even an hour still a hug ? Thats the best friends thing ! Kartik and Naira were following the couple throughout the way who were walking holding the hands. They took the tickets and moved toward their first ride.

Where three of them were excited Kartik was hella nervous of going on ride. He have been scared of heights since childhood. Once this ride was emptied and here Kartik was throwing his dramas just because he didn't wanted to reveal his fear in front of Naira. 

Siddharth convinced Kartik anyhow and they went on ride , Kartik just chanting the god's name on his mouth got on the ride beside him was Naira and next to her were Maya and Siddharth. And ride was started , no doubt Kartik was closing his eyes whereas Naira was recording the moment in her phone. 

Kartik in fear grabbed Naira's other hand and Naira noticed how scared Kartik was , she laughed and turned her camera to capture this sight of Kartik. As the ride was over they climbed down and Naira while laughing was revealing all the facts about the Kartik to Maya and Siddharth , and for this Kartik couldn't help but just beg Naira to stop. 

The headed toward the next slide and captured lots of pictures. Time goes but memories exist.. 

Here Kartik and Naira were in one compartment and in other were Siddharth and Maya.

And this ride just tested patience of Kartik , as being the most horrible and longest ride. But the conclusion came as that in this all the rides , Kartik and Naira got close to each other. Finishing the barrier of being enemies they were finally thinking out of that. 

This all the rides were heavier to all of them and after this they bidded bye to amusement park making their way to the beach. As its the only peaceful place to spend the time on.
