Yuuri POV

After a long train ride, we finally made it to Hatsetsu. To our surprise, there were still posters of both me and my sister everywhere.

"They sure like to brag that you're from Hatsetsu," Yurio said as I was embarrassed.

"Well at least they support us," (F/n) said trying to be nice.

"Yuuri~ (F/n)~ welcome home!" Minako said as she twirl with a 'welcome home' sign.

"Well, some things never change."

Your POV

As expected Minako would have found out about our arrival. She was getting us a lot of attention which is sort of embarrassing.

"Come you two smile!" She said being her happy self.

"Minako how did you know we were going to arrive today?" I asked as she showed a post from my fan page.

"Your fans gave me a tip-off and so I just waited here to surprise you both, but I didn't expect Viktor and Yurio to come too," she said as I sigh seeing that our surprise was ruined.

"Well let's go say hello to everyone in town!" She said as she grab both mine and Yuuri's hands.

"Minako can we just go home?" I ask as she stopped and looked at me.

"What happened to the sweet and adorable ice princess I know?" She questioned as she check if I was sick or something.

"Nothing happen I'm just tired after watching over Viktor for the last few hours," she seem unsure but sigh and accepted us going home.

Yuri POV

As we made our way to the hot springs that their family runs, I was a bit worried that she was tired. She doesn't like people worrying about her well-being but it's worse when she doesn't ask for help.

"Hiroko guess who I have with me?!~" Minako said as she open the door to Yuutopia.

"My babies are home!" Their mother said as she comes running and hugs both the piggy and my little mouse.

"You brought Viktor and Yurio, how wonderful," she said as Viktor waved at her.

"Well is this a surprise Yuuri and our little ice princess are home. Finally got some time off from training?" They just looked and sigh.

"More like we need inspiration for our little ice queen and her programs for this season," Viktor said as she groan.

"So is that why you're tired, you can't figure out your program's songs and theme?" Minako asked as the little mouse hid her face in her hands.

"Well since you're here why don't you go relax and enjoy the baths, so how many pork cutlet bowls shall we put for you both." Their dad said as the piggy got embarrassed.

"I sorta need to pay my respects first, if you don't mind that is."

"Of course, go right ahead," she took off her shoes and went to a room with her things.

Your POV

I paid my respects to Victor, our former dog, and left him an offering. After winning gold in my 4th year as a senior skater I wanted to give this medal to him as an offering.

"Yo," I turn to see Mari in her work uniform.

"Hey Mari, how have you been?" I asked as she smiled.

"Good but it does get pretty lonely here now that you guys left to train in Russia," she said as I felt a bit guilty leaving her behind

"Hey come on don't feel bad there's a good thing about it, I get more food on my plate and fewer dishes to clean." She said jokingly making me smile.

"So I heard you've been having a hard time with your program this year from Yuuri. Want to talk about it?" She asked as I sigh seeing that theirs no escape.

"It's just so hard this year, first theirs is my backup plan when I retire from skating. Then deciding what school to go to and if I should stay online or go to campus. Oh and then some new girl who sees me as a rival for the gold medal this year. Plus deciding on a theme for this season, it's just so many things to do and not enough time. It's like I'm sinking in an ocean and I can't swim to the surface." She stayed quiet and came towards me to pat my head.

"Well for someone who is still trying to figure things out it's best to focus on one thing at a time," she stated like she's gone through it.

"Did you have to go through that a lot?"

"Of course, it's part of life, but theirs's a secret weapon that each one of us has. You've used it a lot during competitions too," she said making me curious about the weapon we have.

"It's called courage."

"Courage?"

"Yeah, courage makes us change, and you've changed a lot because you've had the courage to keep moving forward." She said as I smile seeing that in her eyes I've changed.

"Courage can make people change,"

"That's right it takes courage to grow up and become who you truly are, and you've done that with the help of your friends," she said as I felt a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder."

"Thanks, Mari and I think I've finally figured out my theme for this season now," I said as I got up and hug her.

"Good and just between us girls, has Yurio proposed yet?" She asked as I blushed.

"What no! Why does everyone keep asking us that?" She just smiles and gets up.

"Well you two have been together for a long time it's only natural to think you two might end up getting married." She said as I blush.

"True but it's like you're rushing us we just barely turn 20 and everyone already wants us to get married. I don't want Yuri to be rushed to marry me, I rather let him decide when he's ready and hopefully I'll be ready too." She smiled and started to take her leave.

"I know you guys will be happy, after all, it took a lot of courage for you to tell him how you feel."

Viktor POV

"Ah this is great, a nice warm open bath," I said as I enjoy the warm water both Yuuri and Yurio were enjoying the bath as well but were a bit distracted.

"Yurio you better not think of peeking into the girl's baths!" I said as they both snapped out of it.

"Viktor!"

"I'm just kidding," they seem unsure but we heard someone laughing on the other side.

"Well, it seems someone is listening," I said as I stood up only to pull back into the water.

"Don't you dare!"

"Yuri?" I heard (F/n) call out as I smile and decide to tease Yurio.

"My what's this, have you two done something more than just kissing and cuddling?" Yurio blushed and was at a loss of words.

"Viktor care to explain why you and my brother were late last week?" She yelled out as I stopped and sat back down.

"Nothing happen we overslept," I said as I could tell she was judging us without even looking at us.

"Sure and just like that time when you two went missing before your free program. Seems kind of suspicious that happens to you two a lot," she said as Yuuri blushed brightly.

"Well look at the time I should get out and try to get some sleep!" Yuuri said as he left quickly.

"Eh but Yuuri the night is still young, stay and drink with me!" I yelled but he was already out of the bath and inside.

"Well this is awkward," Yurio said as I began to cry.

"YUURI!"

Hello sorry for not updating for the last two weeks. I haven't had the chance to edit until today and I couldn't post any chapters cause I was house sitting for my parents. Since they had a family emergency to visit my grandmother, I would have gone but it was decided on the last minute so I had to prepared and since I couldn't get a dog sitter for my boys I volunteered to stay behind. Everything is fine but now we're keeping track of my grandmother's health from home. I'll try to update soon as I can a day thank you for your patience.
