1. This story happens in an alternate universe. The world is somewhat like how Korea was in the 1600s (i have no idea abt their culture), but the morals are similar to how it is now. Cars and all kinds of vehicles exist. Kings exist. They communicate through letters. If it's urgent they use pigeons. Superpowers exist (that's the whole point of the fanfic).
