Day 2:

OMG!
Dlive picked up a spear, sticking a knife in his pocket. He followed Mark, Felix, and Marzia into the woods. Wade and Bob stayed behind to guard the camp. Mark swung his sword aimlessly, looking around. Marzia out her arm out to stop him. They could hear voices. Felix motioned for everyone to crouch down until they knew who the enemy was. Dlive crept forward, peering through the bushes. Dan and Phil were talking quietly and urgently. Phil made a gesture in a Northern direction, saying something.
The careers froze when they heard,
"Minx....Killed two of them..."
Dlive turned back to the others, wide eyed.
"She took on two at once and won?" Marzia hissed.
Mark shrugged, and Felix frowned.
"Are we gonna kill them?" Mark asked.
Felix nodded.
The careers charged out of the bushes. Phil's eyes went wide, and he grabbed Dan's arm, yanking him into the woods. The careers were chasing them, and Dan tripped. Phil grabbed him, pulling him back to his feet. They continued to run, they froze when they reached a cliff, more than twenty feet above the main lake. Phil and Dan turned, wide eyed and scared.
Mark smirked.
"You aren't going anywhere, now are you?" he said.
Phil glanced at Dan, grabbing his hand. Their eyes met, and they came to an agreement. Dan jumped off the cliff, dragging Phil with him.
"What?!" Marzia cried, running to the edge of the cliff. Dan and Phil were plummeting towards the water and rocks below. Dan smashed into the rocky cliff on the way down, slowing their fall. They hit the water, causing a column of water to erupt into the air. The careers stared down, curious if they had survived. They then spotted them, on the bank. One of the figures seemed to be dragging the other though.
Phil dragged Dan onto the shore. Dan had smashed his head on the cliff, and he was bleeding badly. Dan groaned, pressing his hand against his head. Both of them looked up, when they heard a yell. The careers were making their way down the cliff. Dan shoved Phil towards the woods.
"GO!" he yelled. "Leave me here, I'd only slow you down."
Phil gasped in surprise.
"NO! I'm not leaving you to die!" He protested.
Dan motioned at his bleeding head, and the stream of blood that had dyed some of the lake red.
"I'm going to die anyway. Just go, so we both don't die, okay?" Dan reached up and kissed Phil, catching him by surprise. "Now go."
Phil stood there, stunned.
"GO!" Dan screamed. Phil turned and ran into the woods. After a few minutes, he heard Dan's scream, and a cannon go off.
Boom.
I'll win for you Dan, I promise. Phil swore.
Sorry everyone, but I had to do it. :P
Sean saw the entire event at the lake. He turned away, running into the woods. He paused when he heard Dan scream, and the cannon. Sean winced. He continued to walk through the woods when he came across Sky. The two stared at each other. Sean had a knife, but Sky had run away without anything. Sky let out a sigh.
"If your gonna kill me, than do it. If not, than go." he snapped, sitting down on a tree stump. Sean hesitated, unsure of what to do.
"You know what?" Sky said. "I'm sick of being useless."
Sky lunged at Sean, punching him across the face. Sean reeled, swinging with his knife. He stabbed Sky in the shoulder, and yanked the knife out again, backing away. Sky screamed in pain, jumping at Sean again. Sean side stepped and swung the knife at Sky, stabbing him in the back. Sky collapsed to the ground. Sean slowly lifted the knife, bring it down on Sky again. Sky screamed in agony.
A cannon echoed through the arena.
Boom.
Sean backed up, clutching the blood covered knife tightly. He backed up into a tree, and slid down it to the ground. He shuddered slightly. This was the first person he had to kill. Sean shook his head, sighing.
You were a career, get a grip on your self, He thought, leaving Sky behind. He stopped at a spring, refilling his water supply and washing the blood off of him. The sun was starting to set, and was casting shadows across the forest. Sean climbed up into a tree, climbing as high as he could. He poked his head out above the trees, peering around. Across the forest he could see a lightning storm. He climbed back down to a safe distance above the ground, and went to sleep.
Ohm and Cry walked through a dense forest of pine trees, when they noticed a storm brewing above them. Lightning shot from the clouds striking a nearby tree. The tree lit up in flames, and freezing rain poured down. Lightning continued to strike around them as they ran. They slipped and slid on the muddy ground, which was soaked within seconds. As they ran, Cry noticed a slight shimmer in front of them. Ohm ran straight into the barrier, and bounced backwards. Cry stood there in shock as a cannon echoed through the arena.
Boom.
Cry turned and ran, hurtling over collapsed trees and huge puddles of water. Lighting and thunder messed with his vision and hearing, throwing his senses off. He tripped over a tree root, sliding across the ground, he jumped up and kept running, almost getting nailed by a strike of lightning. He exited the woods, and collapsed, drained in a clearing. The storm stopped at the edge of the woods, and slowly broke apart. Cry breathed hard, than stood up and looked around. He thought back, to how Ohm had died, He glance to his right, and spotted the shimmering of the barrier. He picked up a rock and threw it at the barrier. It bounced back, and he reached up and caught it. Cry walked over to the shimmering barrier, curious. He poked it with a stick, and the stick was ripped out of his hand. It flew up into the air and landed behind him, burnt and black. Cry decided it wasn't a good idea to stay near the barrier, and walked across the clearing, holding his bow and quiver tightly. He swung the quiver onto his back and crept toward the direction of voices. He saw the careers standing on the bank of the lake, arguing. A body lay next to them, drenched in blood. The blood had run into the lake, causing part of the lake to turn red. Cry lifted his bow, aiming at Mark's head. He fired the arrow, and it found its target. Mark collapsed to the ground, blood dripping from the wound on his head. Marzia cried out in alarm, and Felix and Dlive jumped up, looking around wildly. A cannon blasted through the sky, causing all the careers to look up. Cry took this as an opportunity to fire another arrow. It struck Dlive in the side, causing him to fall to his knees. Felix grabbed his sword, and Marzia ran to Dlive's side. Dlive slumped to the ground, and rolled, half of his body submerged in the lake. Felix grabbed Marzia's arm.
"We need to get out of here!" He cried, yanking Marzia with him. Marzia seemed to be in a sort of shock. Felix turned, facing her. He pressed his lips against hers. I pulled away, looking her straight in the eyes.
"Are you paying attention now?" He asked. Marzia nodded, and the two of them ran back to the career camp. It had grown dark, and the anthem began to play. The faces of the fallen tributes were projected in the sky.
