Day 13:She brings him to orgasm with no intercourse - hands, mouth, and body only. (Bonus play: use breasts or feet to bring partner to orgasm)

Chapter dedication: Sutton_29

Song recommendation for the chapter : Rewrite the stars - Zac Efron ft Zendaya. 🎧🎶 (I like their version better because you can feel the emotions).

There were two door leading to the garden; the one he just walked through, and the other one by the patio of the main house. Chris made sure to lock this one and could only hope that the other one was locked.

He followed the pathway that led to the centre of the garden where a stone bench was situated. The soft fragrance of flowers blended together, creating an unusual, yet, tantalizing smell. The glass dome above the building showed the dark, starless sky.

He found her on the stone bench in the middle of the garden; head bowed, shoulders hunched in; the slight shake of her shoulders gave away her silent tears. For the third time that night, Chris cursed himself again. In the attempt not to hurt April, he'd hurt the woman he loved.

"Ledia." He moved closer to her until he was just a foot away from where she sat.

Her body coiled tightly, but she made no move to flee or to look at him.

Chris bit his lips as he pushed his hand in his pocket to keep from reaching for her. He needed to resolve whatever happened before touching her. He didn't think he could take it if she rejected his touch.

"Ledia, I'm sorry," he said, wiping his clammy hands on his slacks. "Say something, please. "

Her eyes found his'.

Her eyes, and her lips were puffy, mascara streaked down her red face, the makeup a disaster. She looked defeated, which was not a look Chris liked on her. It was as if she was already giving up.

"What do you want me to say, Chris? You want to hear about how all of this shouldn't have happened in the first place or that I am tired of being hurt by the people I trust?"

He frowned at her. "I don't understand what you're trying to say."

"You wouldn't understand, Chris."

"Then make me!" He threw his hands  in the air in exasperation. "One minute, you were chatty with my mother, the next you're crying. You didn't even look at me or talk to me after you returned from the ladies room."

"That's because you allowed another woman to sit in my seat. You were acting all close and warm with her and didn't even acknowledge my presence. She was flirting with you, despite the fact that you have a date, and you flirted right back. What do you expect me to do when my date makes me a third wheel? You brought me here, then turned into someone I don't know."

"I don't know whatever you think you saw, because I was merely apologizing to April."

"I don't know that apologizing to someone entails ignoring your date, flirting the person you offended and dancing with them." Her sarcasm was thicker than the tension between them.

Chris chose to ignore both.

He blew out a breath through his lips. "You were talking to my mother, which was why I didn't have the chance to ask you to dance with me."

"That's a dumb excuse, Christopher, and you know it. You didn't give me an option before coming into a conclusion yourself. Your mother would have gladly let me dance with you. Why didn't you ask me?"

"That's because you weren't talking to me!"

She raised a brow. "Since when did communication become a problem for you?" She shook her head when he began to protest. "Chris, I get that you've already had your fill of me and couldn't wait to move to the next best thing, but you could have waited until we completed the challenge or you could have chosen not to bring me here."

He staggered as if she'd struck him. Was that what she really thought of him? He asked her that, and she shook her head in answer.

"Wow, Ledia, just wow."

She sighed and looked up as if seeking answers from the dark sky. "Chris, I am sorry for saying that, okay? What was I supposed to think when you were all touchy with her? I am the newbie; she's been with you for a long time. It's only right to feel threatened."

Chris rubbed his face with his hands.

How did a night that started so well turn to shit so quickly?

Ledia didn't look pleased with him and Chris could see the cogs turning in her head. He knew he had to do something. Fast. So he took that last step towards her, sank onto his knees before her. Chris could tell that the sudden move startled her because she drew back with a sharp breath and didn't snatch her hand back when he entwined their fingers together.

"I am sorry, okay? I am sorry for leaving you alone and making you feel like a third wheel, I'm sorry for yelling at you just now. I love you, Ledia. I don't want to lose you."

"I am sorry for doubting you too and I. . ." She trailed off, lips parted and eyes wide. "What, what?. . .did you just say that you. . .?"

He nodded. "I love you, Ledia. I know it's been only thirteen days, and we don't really know that much about each other, but I know I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

Fresh tears welled up in her eyes, rolled down her cheeks, mixing in with the mess on her face. "Chris, I don't think we should continue with this." She untangled her fingers from his own. "April seemed like a better partner for you than I am. She's beautiful, rich, and your parents love her."

"My mother likes April, yes, but not enough to force me to marry her. My father only likes April because of the money she will bring into our union. My mother loves you, Ledia."

She shook her head. "She seemed to like me now, but what if she changes her mind and decides she wants you to marry April in the future? April is rich and I don't have anything to offer other than cupcakes and pastries."

Chris growled, his face tightening. "Are you trying to convince me or yourself, because if it's me you're trying to convince, then you're doing a poor job of it. I own my life. I have the right to choose who I want to spend it with."

Lee sniffed, her lips trembling. "The people in your world wouldn't accept me as your partner. Don't you see, Chris? I am no good for you. See the ruckus I made in there. People will start talking about how much of a klutz I am." She tightened her fingers around his, eyes imploring him to take her advice. "You two looked good together while dancing. I am a nobody from Harlem, she's a big household name. I have nothing to give you; she has plenty to give you.  Why would you throw something like that away for me?"

"Because you're worth it!" He tamped down the urge to reach for her shoulders to shake some sense into her. "I don't get where this is coming from, and I don't like it. Ledia, I don't care what the rest of the world thinks because they don't have control over my life. Have you heard me complain about you not giving me anything but cupcakes? Have I ever mocked you or made you feel bad about your financial situation?"

"No," She whispered.

"I don't care what anyone thinks because we make our own destiny. So what if we weren't meant to be together? We will rewrite the fucking stars and you will be mine, Ledia. I love you, that's all that matters."

Lee shook her head, one strand of her hair came loose and tumbled to her shoulder. "It's not that easy, Chris."

"Have I ever tried to hide that I want you? I know you want me too, so stop bringing up this arguments in attempt to push me away. No one can stop me from being with you. You're the one I want to spend my life with." He pressed his handkerchief into the hand.

Lee squeezed the material with her fingers, her eyes softening the more he spoke.

"I know you're wondering why I am acting the way I am right now," she said. "It's because when we are in private we can do what we want, be who we want. But, out in the real world, we can't. It's hopeless."

"No, Ledia." Chris combed his fingers through his hair, eyes growing weary. "It's a mistake on my part. I will apologize over and over until you forgive me. You're the one I was meant to find."

"Chris. . ."

Chris entwined their fingers again, kissed the back of her hands, his heart pounding. It seemed Lee already made up her mind from the time she chatted with Beverly and now. There was no way he was letting her go without a fight, though.

"Ledia, I love you. That should be all that matters. All I want is to be with you. Give me all of you, Ledia and I promise you that I won't hurt you. A second chance is all I ask."

She stared at him for a few minutes, then her gaze went somewhere over his head before returning to his. "It feels so impossible to me, Chris. I love you too, but sometimes love isn't enough. We aren't even dating for real and we're already hurting each other this much."

"We can make it enough if we try." His knees hurt, but it was nothing compared to the one growing in his heart, when he thought of her walking away from him. "There is no way couples won't fight because it's part of what makes their love for each other stronger. We have flaws, Ledia, every one of us. I am sorry I hurt you."

She didn't meet his eyes for few minutes, and when she raised her eyes to his, Chris knew without a doubt that he was forgiven.

Before she opened her mouth to confirm it, he was already pulling her off the bench, into his arms. Their lips met with a fervent urgency that neither of them expected.

It was as if they both felt how close they came to loosing each other tonight, and seek reassurance that they were still there together. There was nothing sexual about the kiss, only affection and re-acquitance of lips, mind and soul.

Most importantly: hearts.

They explored each other's mouth thoroughly and when they finally came up for air, Lee rested her head on his shoulder. Chris didn't give a fuck about the stain his face and suit was sporting and the extra fee he would be charged to get it out, all that mattered to him was that the woman of his life was in his arms and she loved him too. The world could go on a bender or explode into one big ball of fire and he wouldn't care. Lee was all that mattered to him.

He kissed her sweet smelling hair with a smile. "Can you say it again?" He asked, needing to hear those words like man needed breath to live.

Chris felt her smile before she lifted her head and awarded him with that blinding ray of sunshine he loved so much. "I want you?"

He poked her side and grinned when she giggled but didn't squirm away from him. "That's not what I meant, you tease. Come on now, say it."

"Or what, Mr. Ross?"

Chris' answer was to dig his fingers into her sides. Lee's laughter filled the garden as she fought to get away from his merciless fingers. She wiggled and bucked until Chris had her pinned under him, squealing uncontrollably, tears streaming down her face. She slapped at his hands repeatedly until he relented. Chris planted his hands in the grass on either side of her head. The smile on her face was so wide that her cheeks had to hurt. Knowing that he was the reason she looked so happy and relaxed made him feel aphrodisiac.

"You don't play a fair game, Christopher."

"As you do not, my lady. Will you tell me that you forgive me and you love me so much that you can't live without me?"

She eyed him. "We will see about that 'not living without me' part. I love you, Christopher and I forgive you." Then, she reached up and pulled on his ear.

"Ouch!" He shifted his head, so it wouldn't hurt too much.  "What are you doing?"

Her grin was pure evil. "If you ever do that to me again, I will. . ." she whispered what she would do in details, making sure the image was imprinted in his mind, then she released his ear.

Chris' eyes widened as he rubbed his smarting ear with a pout. "You're a meanie."

"And you're a big baby." She laughed.

"I am your big baby."

She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down until their lips was few inches apart. "Damn straight you are! Now tell me you love me."

"So bossy," Chris tsked. "I love you, my bossy Ledia and I plan to show you how much for the rest of my life." He brushed his nose against hers and ran it back and forth while holding her gaze with his.

Her lips curved into a satisfied grin. "That's a plan I can get behind." She pressed her lips to his and Chris was a goner.

They kissed lazily, not minding the grassy floor or the soft bite of stone against skin. They were so lost in each other that Chris almost didn't hear the sound of a phone ringing. He pulled away from Lee, who looked dazed and  confused. She looked thoroughly debauched; messy hair and swollen lips. It took all of his power not to take those lips again.

"Why did you stop?" She growled.

"Your phone."

By then, the phone had stopped ringing. Lee looked toward the bench where her purse sat before turning to him. "It's not ringing anymore, can we continue already?"

She started to pull him towards her when her phone began to ring again.

Lee growled as Chris pushed off his lap, and rose to get her purse. He handed it to her before joining her on the floor. Lee didn't bother sitting up as she took her phone out of her purse. Her lips quirked at the corners, irritation at being interrupted forgotten when she saw the caller's name.

"It's Sutton. She's probably calling to ask how the meeting with your family went."

"Ah," Chris said, grinning.

Lee swiped her thumb across the phone, setting it to hands-free mode so Chris could listen in, too. "Su-Su, anyone ever tell you that you're have the worst timing ever?"

"L-lee." Her sister sounded as if she'd been crying—sniffs, and hiccups accompanied her words.

Humor forgotten, Lee sat up with a frown. "Is everything okay, Sutton? You don't sound so good."

"It's daddy." She inhaled sharply. "I am so sorry."

Lee was on her feet, her face tightening at what she knew was coming, but wasn't prepared to hear. "Where is daddy, Sutton? Where is he?!"

"He is dead."

A/N:

Baaaa dummmm tsssssssss. 🥁🥁.

Trouble in paradise. Ah, I am sorry for doing this, but it can't be helped. Can't help it.

I was listening to the song for this chapter on repeat when I wrote it, and it really helped me. If you read the lyrics, you'll see some similarities between the words exchanged between Chris and Lee.

QOTC: you weren't expecting that, were you?
