Y/N POV

I entered the tower and found myself in a large circular room, there were strange chunks of ice with marks that showed signs of a battle happening in here recently however there was no one present at the moment.

(This is the room where Dante fights the Cerberus however that battle is already over at this point since Y/N arrived at the tower a few minutes after Dante.)

At the other end of the room was another large door, it was clear to me that that was the only way deeper into the tower. I pushed open the door and found myself in another large room, this one had spiralling staircases, all of which lead upwards.

Looking around the room, I muttered to myself "What is this place?" I continued just looking  around at the same room, adding "I guess I just go up from here." Before I could move though, I suddenly did a front flip, narrowly dodging a scythe's swing.

I landed on my feet and spun around to see a Demon standing behind me, though this one was much bigger than any of the ones I had faced up to now, though it didn't seem like it would be too much of a challenge.

I drew Eclipse once again and spoke in a bored tone "Let's get this over with shall we? I don't want to waste too much time on you." With that, I dashed forward, slashing Eclipse towards the Demon.

It raised its scythe to block the attack however I swiftly moved back and slashed again with Eclipse and managed to slash the Demon across the torso causing it to let out an ear-piercing shriek. I kicked off its chest allowing me to regain some distance.

I swiftly pulled out Cinder and fired several shots into the Demon's chest until it suddenly disappeared in a black wisp of smoke. It reformed next to me and actually managed to slash my arm causing it to bleed only a little.

I clutched my arm but raised my gun and said "The game ends here!" I fired multiple more shots into the Demon's head until finally, just like that it eventually died and disintegrated into nothing.

Staring down at where the Demon had previously stood I just caught my breath again for a moment. I must admit, I felt quite strange in this tower, there was something about it that put me on edge and that felt 'off' to me.

I just shrugged the idea off and approached the stares, however suddenly a ROCKET came surging towards me, narrowly missing and hitting a nearby wall, creating a large explosion. I spun around to see who was responsible.

A woman stood at the top of the stairs on the opposite side of the room, she held a large rocket in her hands, the end had a trail of smoke pluming from it. I just pointed at her angrily and snapped "LADY! Who do you think you are attacking me?!"

(In this story, Y/N will be the one to give Lady her nickname.)

The woman didn't answer however she scowled and slung her rocket launcher over her back, she suddenly pulled out two handguns as I pulled out Cinder, we both leapt off out respective staircases, shooting at one another until we landed back on the ground opposite one another.

We glared at one another until I noticed her eyes, one was blue while the other was red, EXACTLY the same as Arkham. I decided to ask her "Hey you! You wouldn't happen to know a man who calls himself Arkham would you?"

I noticed a look of knowing flash through the woman's eyes before they were replaced by hatred and she yelled "What's it too you?!" She dashed forward, pulled her Rocket Launcher back out and attempted to stab me with the bayonet.

I managed to block the attack using one of my secondary Hook Swords, known as Dark and Light, these two similar to Cinder were a purchase when I first became a Demon Hunter. I went in to slash however she managed to dodge it. I yelled at her "Answer my question!" I then swung at her again though she kicked me in the chest and made me stagger back.

She went for her pistol in one hand and a submachine gun in the other, she just fired away but I raised her arms and forced her to shoot upwards, she attempted to re-aim her gun at my sides but I moved them again. She kept up like this but I kept moving her aim. She fired in short bursts as I dodged each one.

Eventually we stopped and once more, we just stared directly at one another. I raised Cinder at her one last time before saying "Listen lady, I don't want to hurt you. But if you force my hand, I promise you will regret it, now answer my damn question!"

The woman just kept glaring at me before suddenly throwing something towards me. My eyes widened when I realized it was a GRENADE! It exploded and I was forced to shield myself from the blast.

Through my arms I saw the mysterious woman spin around, aim her Rocket Launcher at one of the higher ledges and fire out her bayonet like a grappling hook. The blade lodged itself in the ledge and she whisked herself away.

I stepped forward and stared up at the woman as she disappeared up to one of the highest ledges  and vanished from sight. I  just continued staring with a look of anger and confusion.

Who even was that woman?
