[}3~Meeting Them{]

I walk in the streets of New York, aware of everyone around me. You never know if someone around here could be a secret HYDRA agent.

I walk into a coffee shop and order coffee. A small latê, I mean. I sit down on the bench by the shop and drink the coffee. I put my sunglasses on, the sun shining on my face.

I finish my coffee quickly and go to put the cup in the trash can, when just then someone runs into me. I fall to the ground, my sunglasses falling off me as well.

"I'm so sorry." The young man says. He holds his hand out to help me up. I kindly take it and he pulls me up.

He was about to say something, but he pauses. I put my sunglasses over my head. He just stares. This is creepy.

"Anya?" He, more like, says. My heart skips a beat. He must be working for HYDRA.

"I have to go." I say while letting go of his hand.

"Wait." He says. "I'm not working for them, I promise."

Then he must be an Avenger.

"Nor the Avengers." He says. This guy must be psychic or something.

"H-how did you know I was thinking that?" I ask. "Who are you?"

He sighs. "You probably don't remember me. You were only two."

"How did you know about that?" I ask.

"Because I was there." He says. "Anya," he takes my hand "It's me, your brother."

OK what!? I don't have any siblings! Or do I. He must've seen the look in my eyes, because he says:

"I know, HYDRA probably fiddled with your brain. Like they did to me." The man says. I refuse to respond, but I do anyway.

"You were in HYDRA too?" I ask.

"Ya, expiremented on and everything." He says.

I recognize him now. He was that dude with the silver hair. He could run fast and everything.

"Remind me what your name is." I say.

"Pietro." He says.

Ok, that sounds familiar. A memory flashes into my head. I really did have a brother. And a sister. I take a step back. This can't be true.

"You ok?" He asks.

I finally respond. "Where is my sister?"

He takes a deep breath. "She's with the Avengers."

"She's that girl in red." I say silently to myself. He nods. I then spot someone behind us.

The girl in red with a man. My eyes widen.

"Speaking of the girl in red" I pause. "We have to go." I say quickly. I look at them, casually ordering coffee.

"What? Why?" He asks. He looks behind him and sees them. He immediately turns around when the man makes eye contact.

Pietro takes my hand and we casually walk away. Once we were around the corner, he picks me up and runs.

We end up in a abandon house. It was surprisingly clean, though. There was one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. There's also a secret room in the bedroom.

"This secret room is for when someone breaks in, rather it be HYDRA or the Avengers." Pietro expla-ins. I nod in response.

That night I had a hard time sleeping, Pietro in the sleeping bag beside me. The ground was cold. I couldn't bare it. I get out of the sleeping bag and head outside.

The air was fresh, just like it would be after it has rained. I breathe it in slowly. I then have a feeling someone was watching me. I turn around, no one.

I get myself ready to fight. I look around. Then something fell in the kitchen. Someone is here. I go back to the bedroom. Pietro was still there. I head back to the kitchen, my heart racing.

I then find a pan on the ground. I pick it up and put it back on the counter. I then feel my heart race. Many visions fill my head. They hurt. They all hurt. Every memory I had was rushing through me.

I scream in pain, trying to get help. I fall to the ground in pain, covering my ears. I could hear Pietro zoom to me. He stops dead in tracks, seeing something behind me.

He looks furious. I finally get the chance to look behind me. The memories still flooding me. I see her. The girl in red. She was there. Just staring at Pietro then back at me. I try to stand up, but the pain returns. I scream in pain once more. This time my powers take control and a sonic wave shoots out of me. Pietro gets back up and picks me up. I hold on to his shirt for dear life, crying in his shoulder.

"I should've known this would happen." I hear Pietro say.

"I- I didn't know." She says.

"I don't want to hear it." He says.

I loosen my grip on his shirt and look up, my eyes wet with tears. The man was behind her as well. Pietro sets me down. She moves closer to us. I step back in fear.

"We don't mean any harm." The man says.

"Really? You call my sister screaming in pain 'no harm'?" Pietro says.

No responce. The girl just sits there in shock, a tear running down her face. I then realize what I'm doing. She's my sister and I'm letting her cry. I look up at Pietro, who looks back at me.

Then there were more people who came in. The Avengers. I clench my fist. They hold guns at me. They were about to pull the trigger. The gun turns red. I look over at the girl, she was doing this. She was protecting me and Pietro.

"Don't hurt them." She says. "Please."

They put their weapons away. I step behind Pietro. They notice him and I could see both sorrow and surprise in their eyes. The girl puts her hands down.

"What your working for HYDRA now?" The man with the shield says "That girl"-he points at me- "Is a HYDRA weapon!"

I'm getting a little angry, but more offended. I hold Pietro's hand in fear. I squeeze his hand and he spueezes back.

"She's not a weapon!" Pietro fires.

"Well, she works for HYDRA anyway." The man with the shield reponds. "You three can come back with us, just leave the girl here."

"I'm not leaving her here!" The girl in red says.

"You have to unless you want to get hurt. She is a monster." The man in the suit says, the same man who bombed the apartment.

Tears fill my eyes. I run to the bedroom. A man with and arrow and a girl with a gun were standing in front of the secret room passage. I turn back around to see the Winter Soldier.

The man with the arrow grabs me by the wrist. I struggle to get out but his grip was too strong. He holds so tight my wrist starts to bleed.

"Pietro!" I scream. "Help me!"

Then everyone falls down. Pietro appears in front of me.

"You ok?" He asks. I nod in responce. Right behind him was the girl in red, looking as worried as much as Pietro is. They get back up and see Pietro. The man with the bow and the girl with the gun pause. Someone then comes up behind Pietro

"Look out!" I say, but it was too late. He layed there, unconcious. "No!" I exclaim. The man grabs me by my throat, choking me. "Let me go!" He doesn't.

"Let her go." The girl in red says, a red ball forming in her hands.

He doesn't let me go. I could feel myself running out of oxygen. I gasped for oxygen, but nothing was coming in nor out.

"Let her go!" She repeats . "Vis! Let her go!"

"Sissy." Is all I can manage to get out before he let's go. I black out.
