As I thought about the Snow Ball, I realized it was only three days away. The Snow Ball was this Friday. I was so nervous. 
What if I do something wrong
I thought.
"Hey Millie, excited for the dance with Finnn??" Maddie asked as she walked into my room.
To be honest, I really do miss maddie. Even though I left maddie only a couple weeks ago, it feels like I haven't seen her in forever. I miss hanging out at her house after school and going to the dinner for lunch because we couldn't find lunch spots. She was one of my best friends and she still is, she'll always be.

"Yeah, I guess. I'm more nervous though"

This was my first real school dance and the first one I've ever been asked to. At my old school we had a few dances but they were manly for the grade 11 and 12- the grade 9 and 10 had a spring dance but that was it. I hope I don't mess this up.

"Oh stop worrying! Finn likes you and even if you do something stupid he will still like you" maddie responded with a chuckle.
"Oh because that makes me feel so much better" I say laughing with her.

"Soo Finn, excited for the Snow Ball?" Sadie asked
"Yeah I guess. It's just another school dance"

To be honest I was scared. This is the first girl that I've ever really liked. Every other girl I've ever dated was to just stay popular and make all the others jealous. I really like Millie though.

"Well I'm excited because I found I really nice dress, maddie helped me pi-" before she could finish Gaten cut her off.

"Do you think that maybe Maddie would be going to the dance to? Did she stay something on how long she was staying for?"

"She said she is leaving on Saturday night, why?" Sadie asked curiously.

"Oh um I don't know I was just thinking that maybe she wanted to go to the dance"

"Oooohhhh gates has a crushhh" Noah started to taught. This caused all of us to burst into laughter.

{ the next day }
Authors pov
Once Millie left her house, she walked by Sadie's and then Noah's. It was like a system. Every morning they would walk together due to where their houses were located.

Once they arrived at school they noticed Grace leaning on Finn's locker.

"Over here!" Millie whispered shouted while grabbing Sadie and Noah's arms.

She pulled them into the closet room. It was the science room, one of the subjects that Millie and Sadie actually had together.

"W-what's going on Millie? Why are we in here?!" Noah whispered back.

"I saw Grace leaning on Finn's locker. I think she likes Finn."

"Omg that would explain it," Sadie whispered to herself "Millie remember how at the party you got so drunk? Well that would explain why I saw Grace and Romeo over by the pink with a flasky thing in there hands. After she left you, she went to talk with Finn, she did that so that she could get Finn!"

Now that Sadie told me this, everything makes sense. It makes sense why Grace started to talk to me before I got a glass of punch Millie thought.

"That bit-" before Millie could finish she was cut off by the teacher walking in.

"What are you guys doing in here?" He asked slightly annoyed.

"Oh, um, we just-"

"I was just showing Noah what we do" Sadie said cutting Noah off.

"Do?" The teacher asked.

"Um, yeah. What we do during-"

"The day. Like where we sit and stuff." Millie finished quickly.

Before the teacher could ask another question the bell had rung saving them.

"Well gotta go bye mr. Harbour!" Noah said while running out of the class
"Well that was close" Noah said with a laugh.
