I later found out that the pictures taken were being posted on the news all over the world, and now that I was finally accepting that I was dead, I decided to visit some friends and family, I needed to see how they would react.
First I went to my moms house. When I got there she was frantically looking through phone books and my phones contact list to see who I was closest to. The tv was off.

She dropped her phone and plopped back on her bed. Tear stains already forming on her pale cheeks. I felt bad, but she needed to know. I decided to visit my old high school next, where they were showing the report on an assembly. I scanned the room for familiar faces, and noticed way too many.

Laurence and Garroth were both staring at the selfie I had taken with them when we found out we were all in the same art class together, and the painting we had made at the fall festival. Lastly I found Kai, I had had a crush on him my sophomore year, turned out her had only decided to date me because I wanted to have a girlfriend just for the sake of having one. Total player by thee way.
Looking around the room, everyone seemed pretty sad, but it was those who I had once loved that stood out the most.
