Clorinde-Candelbearer, Shadowhunter

Hmph. All those unfortunate souls think that they can win, but I know they can't. My name is Clorinde and I'm the champion duelist of the Court of Fontaine. If anybody requests a duel in court I'll be there. They don't stand a chance against me. I'm walking to the arena where Itto is supposed to explain the rules and send them all to their death. Except me. I'm confident I will emerge victorious because of my experience in dueling. I finally found the arena Itto was talking about and I waited there.

Soon other people started to arrive, some of them look like they have already made alliances beforehand. One by one, I examine my competitors and their alliances. Kazuha and Raiden, Zhongli, Xiao, Baizhu, Lynette, Lyney and Freminet, Alhaitham and Maya.

Of course Alhaitham and Maya made an alliance, I should have seen that coming. Then I spotted Addie and Navia. Navia. Traitor. Of all people I wanted to be the one to make an alliance with her, Addie's gonna pay for that. Finally after what seems like forever Itto starts explaining the rules but I don't pay attention.

I have anger built up inside of me from seeing Addie and Navia's alliance. Finally Itto yells for us to start and everybody runs off to other places where they think they will be safe. Of course they should know that none of them will be, considering this is a game of brutal killing.

I draw my sword and run off into the city of Fontaine looking for anybody to kill. One thing's for certain though, I will show no mercy.

A few hours later I spot Furina. She has her puppets, Gentilhomme Usher, Surintendante Chevalmarin, and Mademoiselle Crabeletta, in front of her for protection.

Then I spot Zhongli with his spear ready to stab Furina. No. I'm Furina's bodyguard. Maybe I could earn her trust and kill her off later. All I have to do is save her life. Zhongli is about to stab her when I use my lightning skill to get behind Furina and I blocked Zhongli's spear with my sword and kick him in his stomach, sending him flying backwards.

"Clorinde! I've never been happier to see you in my entire life!" Furina said excitedly.

Of course. Furina is only happy to see me because I saved her life, no other reason. I just decide to ignore her. I need to focus if I am to take out Zhongli.

-I pull out my gun and shoot in Zhongli's direction. I hear him fall to the floor in the distance and then a bomb comes and explodes near me. Furina screams really loudly before I grab her wrist and pull her into the forest. We hear the figure running behind us. Eventually, me and Furina come to a dead end.

"Ah! We're trapped!" Furina said.

"Don't worry, whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be easy to take down." I replied so Furina would shut up.

Finally out of the shadows came the figure that threw bombs at us. That figure was none other than Klee. Looks like she'll be really easy to take down. I draw my sword and start to walk slowly towards her, but she keeps moving backwards.

"S- stay away from me." Klee stammered holding up her bomb for defense.

"Hmph" I replied. "Don't even try with the bomb."

Klee decides not to listen, she throws the bomb at us and I use my lightning to slice the bomb. Klee screams in fear and curls up into a ball on the ground.

"Any last words?" I ask Klee.

"I- I wanna g-go home now." Klee said, burying her face in her knees.

Hmph. Like I thought in the beginning, I will show no mercy, not even to little children like Klee.

"Well then, say goodnight." I say, raising my blade.

Then I hear a male voice screaming Klee's name. In that split second I stopped, Albedo came from behind the trees.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" Albedo screamed.

Albedo slashed my arm with his sword and stood in front of Klee. Oh great. This is one of the first injuries I have gotten since I became a champion duelist. Again though, it is the hunger games, I should expect to get more injuries than this. I charge at Albedo with my sword multiple times but he dodges all of them and occasionally slashes me with his sword. After a few minutes of this I realized I had a way to beat him.

I raise my sword and lightning starts to shoot all over my body. I let my power reach its peak before putting the sword down.

"I show no mercy." I said before using my lightning skill. Just like that, Albedo slumped to the ground, bleeding to his death.

hows life? Also, I'm sorry for killing of albedo, and sorry for killing off klee ((yes after this chapter she's pretty much cooked))
