"Where are they?!"

Leo was busy trying to contact the guys. It had been 2 and a half hours and no one but the female teammate had shown up. He was mainly surprised that Harris was not present. He was early or on time for literally everything. He was even early for school when it wasn't open yet. So, him not being here was a shock.

"They were supposed to be here by now." Leo said.

"Why is it so important anyway?" Veracity questioned.

Leo sighed.

"There's someone I found and they need to know about her. It...may be the only time we get to see her and we have to." He explained.

"Who is she?" Veracity asked.

"We need everyone here so we can discuss." Leo told her.

"I'll just call then. Chances are Mark is trying to look awesome, Spyder got grounded, Harris is studying for something, and Ryan...uh...what does he do?" Veracity wondered.

Leo chuckled at her not truly knowing the pilot. The female genius brought out her device. She saw that she already received a message:

Need help. Been captured by Ryley at her house. Here's the address (Landford's Tunnel on 4th avenue). Hurry!

Veracity looked up at Leo.

"The guys are in trouble. They're being held captive at Ryley's place." She said.

Leo nodded.

"O-okay, uh...you meet them there. I'll show up and hide in the back so she won't see me. Bring a weapon with you." He told her.

"What are you gonna do?" Veracity inquired.

"Come in as the surprise attack. Don't you watch movies?" Leo questioned in return.

Veracity in turn gave him a weird stare.

"Now go! Go, I'll meet you there." Leo urged.

The two immediately split up. Why Ryley has the boys locked up in her house is unknown to V. But if it's urgent, that means that the young lady must be up to no good. And as messed up as it is, she needed to go and help the others. With or without Ryley alive.

The machine was quickly activated. Hannah made sure to set all of the controls correctly. Bernie went outback to check the barrier. When he saw that it was still going strong, he smiled. He returned to the others shortly. While the two were testing everything, the cheerleader led the male technopath to the another room in her house. It was behind her little cage, which means their voices could still be heard.

"Thank you." Ryan began.

Ryley gave him a confused look.

"For what?" She asked.

"Everything. Ryles, my first few months of highschool have been insane. With me and my friends trying to fight monsters all the time I...I never thought that anyone outside of us would understand or even care about us enough to keep our secret." Ryan explained.

Ryley nodded.

"I would never want anything to happen to you guys. Your the only ones who don't feel like a waste of skin. Bay City East sucks since the robot blew up our old school. I'ma kill Spyder later for that." She replied.

Ryan chuckled.

"Yeah and he blamed me for it." He told her.

"Well I mean, he was the one aiming so it technically was his fault." Spyder remarked quietly from the other side.

"Shh!" Harris silenced him.

"But I mean, Ryley your amazing. And I never thought you would ever have an interest in me." Ryan opened.

"Well, things happen for a reason. I'm just glad that I knew before someone else stole you away from me." Ryley responded.

"That'll never happen. You've been my friend for years. Hard to believe we've actually stayed that way for so long." Ryan stated.

"Yeah, being friends with kids is not good for my image." Ryley counteracted.

"K, you know what Dennis?" Ryan spoke to her playfully.

The two shared a laugh. The fifteen year old grabbed her hand. He guided it to his neck. His girlfriend did the rest while the freshman had her by the waist. The two were smiling at one another.

"Your sly with your moves sometimes, Walker. Never thought you had it in you." Ryley told him.

Their foreheads connected.

"Trust me, it's only the beginning." Ryan retorted.

"Eww!" Mark reacted silently from the opposite side.

That made Spyder and Morris chuckle.

"K smooth tiger, let's go. Our powers aren't gonna be elevated from over here." Ryley said.

The two were still hand in hand as they left the area. The door reopened, with Hannah looking back. Once the two were fully inside, she grabbed the sixteen year old away from her boyfriend.

"What did you guys do?" Hannah questioned.

"All we did was talk you dirty minded creep." Ryley replied.

Hannah smacked her shoulder jokingly as Bernie finished with the machine. The sound of it starting up caught everyone's attention.

"Alright everybody, we got five minutes." Bernie informed.

Ryan smiled at Ryley, who returned it happily. Hannah pulled Ryan towards her to show him what he needs to do. The sophomore's gorgeous smile stretched to a evil grin.
