"Hey, Appy, what's 3x4?"

"Shouldn't you know this...?", I looked up and glared at the blonde in front of me. "Stuffing your face, as usual...", I snatched a small bowl of chocolate pudding from his hands, he winced softly.

"Hey!", he whined, "That's mine...!", I rolled my eyes and scowled at him, even though I really wanted to pinch his little cheeks. "Len, shouldn't you be studying your basic math facts instead of eating?", he rolled his eyes at me back. "Appy, you're so strict.", I saw the faintest smile spread across his face.

Len got up from his bed and waddled over to the beanbag chair beside me. He grabbed his phone that was carefully placed there in a few swift movements and started to scroll. He sighed heavily and plopped down on the chair. He continued to scroll.

"Punkish asked if I wanted to go to karaoke tonight with him. He told me you could come. I haven't replied yet.", Len looked up at me with eyes that screamed 'boredom'. "Are you going? Because I'm not going if you're not going.", I sighed softly and closed my eyes. I sat there like that for a while.

"It's not a hard decision, just decide already.", he groaned. His tone reminded me of one of my old friends, Strange Dark. I sighed again and opened my eyes,"Okay.". And with that simple word, Len's face brightened up and he grabbed my hand. "Let's find something to wear. Ooh! We can wear matching outfits!"
