(William's House: Will's POV)

So, it's been a week and a half since Star moved in, and things have already gotten interesting. Three days ago, one of her friends showed up, a floating unicorn head named "Pony Head", and took us around a couple weird dimensions to, and I quote, "make some bad decisions.", and I got a feeling she doesn't like me either.

But that's besides the point. I've finally gotten my composure back under control when I'm around Star, but I still don't know what to do about these feelings. Should I tell her? We've only known each other for 11 days! And what am I gonna do when another assassin tries killing me again, and Star's around me? I know she can fight, but these are Oozai.

So, at the moment, we're just watching TV right now. It's another one of Renintah's many shows, this one was some type of office comedy. Renintah was playing the boss, and a bunch of random Oozai were the employees.

(Renintah)"What are our numbers at?"

(Red Oozai)"Our num-f**k you, that's where they're at!"

It then cut to the same Oozai pushing another away from a copy machine.

(Red Oozai)"I'm making copies, MOVE, I'M GAY."

(Star)"Hehehe! My parents would never let me see stuff like this if we had TV!"

(William)"Uh, yeah. Oozai don't really care what words and topics we use, I've seen kids cursing each other out all the time!"

(???)"Wait, did I miss the good part!?"

The little Deku boy ran from the kitchen and threw himself on the couch. Daniel was a strong contrast to Star's best friend, almost immediately taking a liking to her.

(William)"Nah, Dan. Here it comes now."

(Blue Oozai)"I want a raise!"

An Oozai off screen threw a flower pot at his face and it shattered.

(Dan)"Ha! Love that part!"

(Star)"What else does Ren make?"

(Dan)"Oh! There's a romantic comedy, a cooking challenge, a police one, he can make anything look good! Even trials!"

(Star)"Trials?"

(William)"That's a show called Judge Renintah. He's got his own small claims court."

"Knock.... K-Knock... K...knock...."

(Dan)"Hm? Yo, you expecting someone else today?"

(William)"No, but whoever it is sounds a bit nervous. Their knocks were stuttering!"

He went over to the door, finding Crona and Erik standing there. Neither of them said anything for a few moments, just awkwardly staring at each other like they weren't allowed to speak.

(Erik)"...Hi?"

(William)"Um, hey? Do you...want to come in?"

(Crona)"Y-YES!"

(William)"..."

(Crona)"I-I mean, yes..."

(Erik)"Excuse them, they have trouble socializing with people, even with people they already know."

(William)"Hm, ok. Well, you can come in I guess."

They hesitantly stepped inside, so quietly that the Deku and Mewman didn't even notice the human with a demon coming out their back sit down next to them.

(It's a really long couch, one big enough for at least 8 people.)

When they finally took their eyes off the screen, the two fell off the couch when Erik caught their gaze.

(Crona)"S-Sorry! Did I frighten you?!"

(Dan)"Nah, you're fine! It's the flipping DEMON BEHIND YOU!!!"

(Erik)"Well you aren't wrong."

The pink Oozai joined them on the couch, handing Crona a drink.

(William)"So Crona, what's a g...guy? Girl? Uh...what's a person like you doing around here?"

(Crona)"Well...h-have you... You know about Medusa Gorgon, r-right?"

(William)"Heh, yeah! She's my freaking mom! Didn't really KNOW her, she mysteriously passed away when I was a year old."

(Crona)"She...sh-she was...my..."

(Erik)"Ok this is getting ridiculous- She's their mom, too!"

(Everyone)".........."

(Dan)"Wow, didn't you your mom was a two-timer."

(William)"Dude!"

(Erik)"Yeah, it's a lot to take in. The reason we were looking for you is because of our Black Blood connection."

(William)"The what now?"

(Erik)"Many years ago, long before you and Crona was born, Medusa was a member of the Gorgon Sisters, three of the strongest Witches in the world. And one day she came across two creatures known as Demon Swords, I'm one of them."

(Erik)"Long story short; She melted us down into the substance known as Black Blood in a big vat, and kinda injected it into you two when you were infants."

(William)"Oh, she was a Witch? Now it makes sense why I got such a powerful soul."

(Crona)"And that's why we wanted to h-help you..."

They handed Will a bottle of white pills.

(William)"What are these for?"

(Erik)"They're a herbal medicine Medusa created that increases blood flow, as well as accelerating the awakening of the Black Blood. Take one in the morning and another at night, and Ragnarok should wake up in no time."

(William)"Who?"

(Erik)"The other Demon Sword. *William: Oh right.*"

(Crona)"W-Well...guess we should go now..."

(William)"Wait, you're going home already?"

(Crona)"N-Not really. I d-don't really have a home."

(William)"You're homeless...?"

(Erik)"Crona's father died a month ago, and the town we were living in somehow knew they were born from a Witch. Annnnnd they burned the house down."

(William)"Wha- That's horrible!"

(Crona)"I-It's not that bad, really."

(William)"No, no, no! Absolutely not! No sibling of mine is gonna be living on the streets!"

(Dan)"But Star messed up the guest room."

(William)"Then they can live in the castle with Dad!"

(Crona)"Huh??"

(William)"He'll love having some company! There's not much to do in that big palace!"

(Crona)"I-I don't wanna just barge into someone else's life out of the blue!"

(Erik)"Hey now, think about this for a moment! We could finally get some good food in your stomach, your ribs are starting to show!"

(William)"You're starving!?"

(Erik)"Yeah, they are. I can feel it."

(William)"That's it, you're gonna stay here tonight, have a proper meal, and we're going to catch up on the lives we never knew about!"

He ran into the kitchen, and began cooking up a dinner for at least 8 people.

(Crona)"Uh...d-does he normally act like this?"

(Dan)"Only when he wants to help those in need."

(Later: Oozai Realm)

(Zoozai)"So you say this Crona is a child of your mother's previous marriage?"

(William)"That's what they told me. I don't think they're lying."

(Zoozai)"Neither do I! It's just strange that I never new about this child."

(William)"So can they stay over there from now on?"

(Zoozai)"Well, I don't see why not! They can move on as soon as possible!"

(William)"Thanks dad! I knew you'd understand!"

(Zoozai)"It's fine, now I have to go. I have something important to tend to."

Zoozai's crystal ball went black, and had a worried look in his eye.

(Zoozai)"Hm...something feels wrong. I don't know what, but this Crona makes me feel like there's more to them."

Tapping the crystal, he made contact with a cyan Oozai wearing black goggles.

(Zoozai)"Dr. Proton, I have something to ask of you."

(Proton)"Yes, sir?"

(Zoozai)"There's going to be a new person living here, a Human named Crona. They say that my wife was their child from a different marriage."

(Proton)"Oh? And what do you want me to do?"

(Zoozai)"When they get here, I'd like you and the Riivrax Foundation to run a background check on Crona to get the whole story."

(Proton)"Of course, Zoozai. Things like this would worry any man, fearing their wife may have had an affair."

(Zoozai)"It's not that! I just want to know more about this child."

(Proton)"I understand Zooz, I'll call Riivrax and get to work as soon as Crona gets here."

(Zoozai)"Thank you, friend! I'll leave you to your work now."

As Zoozai ended his psychic link, the Oozai scientist began talking to himself while working on a small round device.

(Proton)"So that's the other host, Medusa? Looks like our experiment is going to begin soon. Won't this be interesting...?"
