The pups were stunned, none of them moved or spoke, they had many surprising times in their young lives, but never as surprising as being told that they were chosen to save the world.

Blaze was the first one to break the silence, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!?!?!?!?! But I am just a normal, clumsy and funny royal pup!"

"Yeah! And I am just a normal royal pup who loves to fix!"

"I am just a pup who has a weiwd speech independent!"

"And I am just a pup that appeared out of nowhere from that stinky, polluted planet earth!"

Sapphire shook her head unbelievably, "I can't believe you would say such a thing about yourselves! Who was the one who saved me and helped calm the frantic and panicked citizens on the Magama? You, Chase! Who were the ones who fought the fire and helped collect water? You two, Chase and Blaze! Who was the one that fixed the Magma and made it even better? You Thunder! And Bay, I haven't seen myself if you have saved someone, but I did hear from King Leon that you always helped a lot around Coral Castle. Not every pup would race into grabbing vines and pull someone out, or fight blazing, roaring flames, or have the technique to organize things, or have the skills to catch a 'crown thief', or have the ability to almost fix anything! You pups are truly special! Not just any ordinary, spoiled royal pup! Speaking of that...I need to speak with Queen Alexandra, King William and Prince John, Queen Lauren and King Henry, Queen Aquaria and King Leon later you pups. I have to ask them to give me permission for something, go figure out more about your powers, that talk may be a long one!"

"-so then I thought of making a group of pups that could save everyone! With their strong friendship bonds and with powers of the meteor supporting them, they'd make the perfect team! Now I am asking for permission to borrow them, until we are finished with the evil."

The King and Queens and the Prince looked at each other, then at Sapphire, Sapphire looked at them with begging, pleading eyes.

Prince John finally sighed out, "Okay, you can take Thunder, but he HAS TO return to me alive"

Then Queen Aquaria did her best to manage a soft smile, "You may take Bay. But under one condition: you better keep him away from any harm. I agree that he is a helpful little one, life as a royal pup doesn't suit him as much as we wanted it to"

Sapphire nodded, "I pledge to do so"

She looked at Queen Lauren and King Henry waiting for their answer, "What about you, your majesties?"

King Henry hesitated for a moment then spoke, "I will let Blaze go, but not my precious Lava and Fireball"

Sapphire snorted, "Pff, I never even said anything about them, they didn't get chosen anyways. And I don't think that you actually really think about letting Blaze go, did you? You never loved him. You should really learn to love everyone!"

King Henry just rolled his eyes.

"Well, since you all agreed, I will go talk to the pups"

"Hi Pups!"

"Hi Sapphire!"

"Your owners all agreed on my request! Now I just have to tell you pups my idea! From the day I met you all, I was observing all of you carefully. I found out that you all are incredible at a certain rescue, so I am going to start a rescue team! Each of you can have a job or two and special equipment King William, Queen Alexandra, Thunder and I will design. I have already chosen your jobs, but if it doesn't work out, we can change it. This is what I chose for now: I chose that Blaze shall be our Firefighter, Thunder would be our engineer, Bay, I haven't found your uniqueness, but I am sure that you have one, Chase, you would be the Spy and Police and... " Sapphire's voice trailed off.

"The leader of this team"

Chase looked at Sapphire stunned, "I don't mean to complain, Sapphire, but I am not sure I can manage 3 jobs! And I am pretty sure that I'll also be a bad leader! I think that you should!"

"Should what?!" Sapphire was not sure her ears were working right

"You should be our leader!" Chase answered as if a new-born should know that

"Yeah!" Thunder added

"Chase is right! You should be the leader!"

"You pups really think so?" Sapphire asked

"We are absolutely sure!" the pups chanted

Sapphire hesitated before sighing,"Fine. I'll be your leader. I will try my best."

"Oh! Sapphire! I have a little question..."

"What, Blaze?" Sapphire replied

"Uhh... what will our title be?" Blaze asked

"What about The Rescue Paws?"

Happy March! You must be like "FINALLY!!! SHE FINALLY UPDATED!!!" sorry for the long-no-update. I had to do a lot of brainstorming to write.
