"King Winter! Queen Elsa!"

"Why have you brought us here, Sapphire"

"I know why there is such a big storm. Vile, the leader of the evil team is causing all these weather and natural disasters, well, actually magic disaster problems. I suggest that the kingdom evacuates immediately to the Earth Kingdom."

Queen Elsa and King Winter looked at each other, and nodded, "We'll do it right away"

It was fortunate that Queen Elsa and King Winter agreed, because two days later at dawn, when the sun just started to rise behind Icy Peak...

Swoooooouuuuish!

The wind started to pick up at a fast rate, soon, the wind was blowing so hard that trees and bushes were ripped right out of their roots! Good thing they were in the Arctic Kingdom, if the roofs and walls of the civilians' houses weren't made of ice, they would have been blown away already.

King Winter ran to the North Tower and rang a GIGANTIC bell. The sound was so loud that it swept throughout the whole Kingdom (And yes, if you are worried that the people near the bell are going to be deaf, no worries, they wore special headphones), that signaled everyone and everything that they are going to their getaway ships, Raging Blizzard, Frost, Ice River, Whitestorm (Warrior Fans, this is not the Whitestorm) and Icicle.

But oddly enough, the citizens didn't need to sprint to the big ship, big gales blew and shoved them right onto the ship, as if the wind was kicking them out.

"We...are...going...to...the...Earth...Kingdom!" King Winter yelled, and could barely talk in the heavy winds.

The Captains nodded and steered off.

Suddenly, a strong blow of the wind knocked an elderly woman over, and her fragile body sank and got covered by snow. No one except Storm noticed.

"King Winter! STOP!!! There is a woman that fell out of the ship and is now lost in the snow"

"Okay, We'll stop, but if we don't find her within three hours we're leaving. We can't risk everyone's lives here just for her."

Storm jumped out of the ship and started digging blindly everywhere in the snow.

"Do you need help?" Sapphire and the pups also stepped out.

"Yes, if you want to help" Storm answered while still digging madly.

All of a sudden, Storm's ears perked up and she stuck her nose inside the tunnel she was digging right now.

"I hear and smell her!"

Storm scrambled into the tunnel and kept digging where she had last stopped.

"Storm the-"

Before Sapphire could finish the snow bank Storm kicked up while digging collapsed and blocked the entrance of her tunnel.

"Is going to fall " Sapphire sighed, ending her sentence sadly.

Crash!

She heard something behind her. She whirled around shocked. The left side of her brain thought, Oh no! I am stuck! I have to find a way out! However, the right side thought, If I'm trapped, that means the elderly woman is also trapped! I've got to find her and get us both out of here! Eventually, she decided to be on her brain's right side. She kept digging forward and sniffing for the woman's scent.

Finally she heard raspy breathing and saw some pink cloth poking out of the snow that she was digging into. Yes! I found her! Storm started to dig faster until she spotted the woman' whole body.

"Are you okay, ma'am?"

No Answer.

Everest slid her paw into the woman's thick jacket and put it by her neck, hoping for a pulse.

Bum, Bum, Bum, Bum.

She was in luck, the woman was alive, just unconscious. She turned around and started to widen the tunnel she was in and grabbed the woman's arm with her mouth and pulled her to where she started again to widen the tunnel walls more, then grabbed her by the arm and so on.

Out of breath, she pulled her to the end of the tunnel, where the snow blocked the entrance. I can do this! She stood up on her hind legs and started digging with her front paws. This time, she was aware not to hit the woman with any snow. Finally, she felt the thick snow-wall thinning, and called out, hoping that Sapphire and the pups, or someone would hear her.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the snow wall, Blaze, Thunder, Bay and Sapphire were digging desperately trying to reach Storm's tunnel while Chase guarded where the snow had blocked the entrance. Suddenly, Chase picked up a sound that sounded like "Sapphire? Pups? Anyone? It's Storm, on the other side of this wall!" It was Storm!

"Sapphire! Blaze! Thunder! Bay!"

"What is it, Chase?"

"It's Storm! She is right on the other side of the snow wall! We must help her digg herself out!"

Sapphire knelt in front of the snow wall and started digging with her hands while the pups dug with their front paws in doggy style.

When there only was a thin sheet, Sapphire punched the thin cover and the not-so-strong anymore snow shattered.

Storm stumbled out with the elderly woman she was saving.

Sapphire was not sure if she was surprised or not, she smirked. She had a talk to do and maybe a ceremony to organize.

"Hey Storm, come with us, we want to you something"

Sapphire and the Pups lead her to a small chamber with a big chest in it with soft golden light escaping and seeping out of the splinters of the chest. Sapphire took out a small golden key with a blue sapphire on it that was hanging on a chain with a locket on her neck, knelt down and stuck the key inside the keyhole on the chest. She opened it and a bright golden light jumped out of the box. She smiled as Storm gasped in wonder.

"What is that? It's beautiful!"

"It's the meteor, the one that gave Chase, Thunder, Bay and Blaze their powers. After I saw your amazing rescue, I talked with King Winter and Queen Elsa. Now I shall perform the first real ceremony for a new team member. Storm, do you promise to help everyone even at the cost of your life?"

"I do!" Storm beamed with Joy.

"From now on, you are an official member of the Rescue Paws!"
