She walked over to Scarletrose

"Hey Scarletrose I'm curious about who my father is do you know" Primrosestep asked

Scarletrose leaned in and told her

"Iceleap of Dewclan is your father" Scarletrose answered in a whisper

"Thank you for telling me" Primrosestep replied

And walked away

I'm half clan and my own mother didn't want to tell me Primrosestep thought

She walked out of camp and to a hidden clearing that was full of catmint

She guessed that this was where Brightfern and Hazelleaf got there catmint

If anyone else finds out I'm half clan they well tell Heavystar and he would tell the clan and everyone would hate me Primrosestep thought

She was now going to find some prey

Her clan won't be confused of why she left camp if she returned to camp with prey

"Hey Primrosestep why aren't you out with apprentice Alderpaw" Frozenleaf asked

"I decided to let him have some time with his siblings" Primrosestep answered

"I want to hunt by myself right now" Primrosestep said

And walked away

She started to look for some prey when she was a good distance away from Frozenleaf and Galaxypaw

And she saw a mouse

She crawled forward until she was a mouse-length away from her prey

And she jumped landing a kit step away from it

But she quickly shot out her paw grabbing the mouse and she killed it quickly

And hid it under a pile of leafs so she could collect it later

She got up and started to look for more prey
