I sigh after helping the injured cats. ElmBlaze was resting in a nest I made for him, he was shaken up bad. i shod start considering an apprentice. 'but who? URGH!!' I thought angrily.

Few more moons till everyone the warrior age and such. then kits will be born as I could get an apprentice! It was moon high when I heard light footsteps slowly pad into my den.

I could smell fear. I turned around and saw a shaken up IcePaw. "what's wrong?" I ask the young apprentice. she was about a moon younger then me.

"I-I had a night mare." she spoke softly. "do you want some poppy seeds? so you can sleep?" I ask her. "no! no! not back there.." she said scared. "come here," I spoke calmly as she walked over to me nervously.

I soon noticed a large gash on her stomach. "What happened?" I gaped. "when I went to sleep, I woke up in a dark shadowy forest. a cat walked up to and clawed my stomac- AHH!" she screamed looking at her bleeding stomach.

I raced over and got some cobwebs for it and ran to her putting the cobweb. I also grabbed some celandine, chemomile, and golden rod. I quickly took of the bloody cobwebs and put new ones on and put the herbs on the gash beside the celandine giving it to the cat in shock. ( I had to look up the herbs)

"Lay on you side," I demanded. she followed my order as I treated the wound. "never go to that place AGAIN." I told IcePaw as I gave her some poppy seeds.

ElmBlaze woke up from everything. "what's going on?" he said drowsily. he looked over to his apprentice and was up and awake in a second. "IcePaw!" he gasped padding over to us.

"Go back to sleep! she's just in shock, she'll be fine." I told him as he went back to the nest. I helped IcePaw into a nest. I padded to my nest and went to sleep in a heartbeat....
