"Marriage Means Nothing Without Stability."

"Good morning." Cried a nearby neighbor to a passing lady in a large hat.

"Good morning." Replied the Lady back.

"Here ye, here ye, there's only 10 minutes left till the Dylan's wedding rehearsal at the ol' church." The ol' town crier cry to the whole town as loud as he could.

"Watch it!" Warned a lady all decked out in furs as a servant helped her with her coat.

"It's a lovely morning isn't it dear?" The ravenette woman iquired to her husband.

"It's a rather lovely day." Her curly haired husband replied.

"Yes a lovely day for a wedding don't you think?" The wife asked.

"Not just yet you're a day a head it's the rehersal." The man replied correcting his wife.

She just sighed and continued, "Yes a rehearsal for their beautiful wedding tomorrow!" She sung happily.

The couple stepped out of their house and into their carriage that awaited them. The servant stood by in case they needed assistance. The lady looked down to a mud puddle to which the servant tossed down his jacket for the Lady to walk upon.

The Lady turn to her husband, "Hopefully nothing bad happens to infere with this." Continuing as she stepped onto the carriage steps.

"That we won't know until tomorrow." Her husband replied causing his wife to grimace.

"That's why we planned ahead for such reasons." She said smiling back. "Tomorrow our son will wed." The Lady said before trying to walk through the narrow carriage doors but got stuck.

"Oh dear!" Cried the husband trying to push her through.

"It's not me it's this contraction!" The Lady hollered.

The husband with help from their loyal servant pushed the Lady through the door.

She sat down fixing her rumppled up dress. "Where is Tom? We're going to be late if we don't hurry." The Lady said looking around for her son whom was missing.

The man in question was high above watching from his room but he wasn't the only one watching so was the neighbors The ---

"What a bleak day." The wife said.

"Now don't be so down." The husband replied.

"But it is I mean it's a bleak day for this horrible wedding." The wife continued her tirade.

"It may be a sad state of affairs for us my dear." The husband sighed.

"How did this happen? Our daughter should be marrying a prince or Lord not this common boy." The wife sneered.

"It could be worse you know." The husband said seriously.

"Worse how so?" The wife asked curiously.

"They could be with nothing like us." The husband told his wife who turned quite pale as if she were to faint.

"Oh God forbid." She said terrified.

"That is why our daughter is to wed the commoner." He continued.

"Who knew our daughter would save us from debts?" The wife asked looking generally astonished at the fact.

"She is plain I understand but she is not horrible to look at." Her husband replied curtly.

The wife nodded in approval as the walked up the stairs their daughter's room.

Down the hall sat a lovely blonde at her vanity being tended by a maiden.

"Oh Suz." The young lady spoke softly to the young maiden. "What if we don't love each other like married couple should love each other." Asked the young lady forlornly.

A hardy laugh came from the doorway startling the girl. "Love? Do you think your father and myself love each other?" Her mother asked in a serious tone.

"Well you must a little being married this long." The daughter replied.

The parents eyes widened and they shook their heads defiantly as they answered in unison, "Of course not."

They turned on their heels to leave, "Tighten those strings Stevie I can hear you speak without gasping." Her said before disappearing down the hall with her husband.

In a nearby carriage the other family were having a discussion with their son.

"You've got yourself a real beauty here, Tom." His father said giving him a wink.

His mother rolled her eyes, "Now you've got to win her heart." His mother said wearing a smiling.

"I'm tryin' but shouldn't she be marrying someone in a higher rank?" Tom asked curious as to why a lady was marrying a common man like him.

"Nonsense you're just as good as a prince are." His mother said firmly but with a smile.

"But we've never even spoke." Tom said still confused.

"Well there's something you both have in common." His mother said in her optimistic way she always did.

The driver above started hacking up a lung.

"Oh Lennon! Are you alright?" She asked the man who gave her a thumbs up.

In the nearby house the husband and wife are seen walking down the stairs while on the outside the other family has arrived.

The Dylans ascended the stairs while the --- made their way to the front door awaiting to welcome their new neighbors.
