Steve woke up with a slap to the face. He jolted up and looked towards the hand that slapped him.

Herobrine. He was having a nightmare. Again. With a sigh, Steve shook Herobrine. He done the same thing Steve did, he jolted up and looked where the person that shook him was.

"What happened?" Herobrine whispered, trying not to wake Notch or Neil.

"You woke me up for the 4th time," came Steve's replay. Herobrine looked sad. He wasn't trying to, but still felt guilty.

"I'm sorry. I can't help it..." Herobrine looked away from Steve, so he wouldn't have to look at him when he gets mad. Steve leaned into Herobrine, giving him, yet another, hug.

Herobrine was shocked. He was expecting Steve to get extremely mad. Not hug him. What is with my brother and hugs? Herobrine thought.

"It's okay. I know you don't mean to. It's fine. I would get mad if you hit me on purpose though..." He trailed off when the hug separated.

"Okay..." Herobrine said. He still felt bad about it.

"What was this nightmare about?" Steve asked.

"It was the same as the first 3, I was in a cave, and a zombie came and started trying to infect me..." Herobrine answered.

"Okay. I still don't see how that's a nightmare... We woke Neil the second time you had it, and he said that is just what happens in life. Especially in a cave. Remember?" Steve told Herobrine.

Herobrine nodded. "I know it's just, scary to me."

"Hey, remember, Neil said you won't get attacked unless it's daytime, and, if your in a cave, you light it up well." Steve assured his brother. Herobrine nodded. "Good, now let's go to sleep."

They laid back down and fell asleep.

Herobrine's dream

"Huh, this isn't like my first dream..." Herobrine wondered out loud. "Maybe Steve's words helped!" He said happily as he walked to a giant house. He felt like he supposed to go there anyways.

"Hey, Hero!" Notch said from the kitchen. "Did you get anymore resources?"

"Umm..." Herobrine searched his inventory. " Yeah! Um, 4 raw beef, 6 mutton, 2 apples, and some wool from the sheeps that gave me the mutton." Herobrine answered. He thought that was good. Really good.

"Amazing! I don't know how you do it Hero." Notch said.

"Do what?"

"Collecting resources. You seem to find a bunch of animals." Notch answered.

"Well, I don't know either." Herobrine said with a slight laugh.

Just then a guy that was carrying a picaxe walked in.

"Hey, Stevie! How was the mining trip?" Notch asked.

"Eh, it could have been worse." Steve answered. It was only then Herobrine realized he had blood on his shirt. Steve wasn't exactly the kind to kill people...

"Why is there blood on your shirt?" Herobrine asked.

"Oh, its from the mobs that liked to try and fight me. I killed all of them that wanted to pick a fight with me." Steve answered.

"Oh..." Herobrine nodded.

"What did you get?" Notch asked from the kitchen.

"Tons of coal... I found 5 redstone, 1 gold, 23 iron, and, oh, haha, 2 emeralds." Steve smirked when he said emeralds.

Just then Notch came running in from the kitchen.

"Were RICH!!!!" Notch exclaimed jumping up and down. "M-May I see them?" He asked. Steve smirked. And reached into his pocket.

It does look like emeralds! Herobrine thought, looking in awe.

He placed them in Notch's hands. A look of disgust crossed Notch's  face. He tossed them across the room looking mad. Steve was laughing his head off. Herobrine was confused.

"What? What was it?" Herobrine eagerly asked.

"Steve shaped SLIME to look like a emerald!" Notch exclaimed angrily. Herobrine joined Steve in the laughing fit.

"It's not FUNNY!!!" Notch yelled. He threw his hands up in the air out of frustration.

Herobrine yawned.

"I... don't know... about you guys... but I was finally able to sleep good!" Herobrine said. He realized that his brothers weren't in their bed.

He tilted his head and got up. He walked to the door and opened it. He smiled at the sight. It was a beautiful day. He looked to his right to see the rest talking by a well. Herobrine jumped off the steps and ran towards them. Of course, Notch gasped.

"Notch! I thought I told you no more gasping!" Sidney scolded him. She then saw Herobrine running towards them. He stopped right beside Steve. He was a little out of breath.

"Yay! Herobrine is up! Herobrine is up!" Steve screamed excitedly.

"You guys act like kids..." Sidney muttered. Neil looked at her with puppy dog eyes.

"Do I act like a kid?" He asked. Sidney couldn't help but smirk.

"Especially you." She laughed a bit and nudged him with her elbow.

"What are we doing?" Herobrine asked when he gained back his breath.

"Don't you remember?" Sidney asked.

"No..." Muttered Herobrine. Sidney face palmed.

"Your working on building today then mining and then, when it'll be dark, combat." Sidney answered. Herobrine smiled.

"Yay! Let's go!" Herobrine said in excitement. Sidney and Neil chuckled. "What?" Herobrine asked.

"So you think we are taking you?" Sidney said.

"Yea kinda... " Notch and Steve said at the same time.

"Well we are not. You see all those houses?" She gestured towards the Village. "Other people live in them."

"Why only you and Neil came out when we spawn?" Steve asked messing up his grammar. Sidney let out a single laugh.

"Because I was the second person to spawn in the village. So it's my job to help the newly spawned. And to warn people when someone is about to spawn." Sidney answered.

"Okay, what about Neil?" Notch asked.

"It was only a question yet, here I am..." Neil muttered. Sidney ignored him.

"I decided to take him because he was the last one to spawn. I always do that, so they can see how it looks." Sidney answered simply. Herobrine nodded once, Steve nodded furiously, and Notch was distracted by a butterfly.

"Follow me." Sidney said as she walked off. Neil knew were she was going but, the brothers didn't. They still followed though.

They walked a little further until they came to a house house with a balcony. It was a fairly nice house.

Sidney walked up the steps and nocked on the door. A girl with red hair, black rimmed glasses, a light pink hoodie, and jeans stepped out.

"Oh hey Sidney!" She said in a very bubbly way. "Oh! Is that the new one?" The girl asked when she saw Steve. She could only see Steve because the other two stopped at the edge of the house, unsure if they should go.

"New one?" Sidney asked when she turned around and only saw Steve. He smiled. "you 2! Come here!" Sidney screamed at the 2. They sighed and walked over. The red head gasped at what she saw.

3 people? Huh... Well, it could happen... But that means... We have a glitch? The girl thought. She didn't realize that Sidney was snapping her fingers in her face.

"Which one is the glitch?" The girl asked.

"There isn't, we think the glitch is that Herobrine and Steve are twins." Sidney answered.

"Okay. Come in!" The girl said dropping the subject.

"Uh, okay..." Notch said and went to when Sidney held him back.

"We are starting the building lesson now, so you can go ahead and take them for their lesson while we get the other people." Sidney said. She finally let Notch in and Steve and Herobrine followed.

Sidney and Neil said bye and shut the door.

"Hello guys, my name is Lizzie. I will help you with your building skills, so follow me." Lizzie walked out the balcony door and the brothers followed.
