Serenity was now Queen since she was 22 and that's when mer princess become Queen.

Neptune POV finally doing a pint of view
"Princess well you stay still please!" Said Vanes trying to put flowers in her hair which is quite funny to watch and I don't know why it is. "I cannot stay still I'm just so excited about to night."
